Got my order wrong after I specifically asked on the comments and I phoned and requested and they told me it would be all sorted and still then I am missing 2 burgers and my requests were not met the just eat driver wouldn't do anything the resteraunt wouldn't do anything so I've been robbed and overcharged. Not only kfc to blame. just eat service is horrendous also

Unreal. Foods hot, ordered at the machine and was ready by the time I'd got near the counter. Friendly, plenty of seats available on a Friday evening. KFC doing it right

The staff are very rude and also like to call customers idiots and fools good thing I'm a multilingual speaker I understand every word. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, you have lost alot of business I work for a very large building firm in cardiff and we have all agreed to never use this store again. Kfc sort out your staff it's 2024 not the dark ages

Absolutely appalled with customer service ordered a wrap meal that included a drink and wasn’t given one and when asked if we could have it the woman at the counter said “you only ordered a wrap and fries” when we most definitely ordered a drink! The attitude on the lady was disgusting and I had to order another drink!

The food is spicy and tastes great, but there are always no spoons or forks, and when you ask the assistants, they say we don't have them 🙄🫣 and the bathrooms do not lock and there is no paper in them, meaning the services are completely nothing. We hope to solve this problem because we are regular customers of this place.

Worst experience ever! Had missing items once ordered food, went to the store to explain the items were missing. Got spoken to rudely and unprofessionally. Once got home my food had bite marks in them. Definitely do not recommend KFC on Queen Street. Appalling hygiene and service towards customers!

No complaints re food or service but in a place where food is eaten with fingers no hand sanitizer was available. I usually carry some but didn't this time. Pre pandemic at least the individual freshener towels were given but not even those now which to me is very surprising
