It always feels like a good idea and then it never is. Service forced. Portions are small and way overpriced. It is fast food at very high prices.....no hoisin in the duck buns, the duck was pretty non-existent too....lame, just lame. Next time.....I hope not.

Great food all be it slightly overpriced imho. My first ever visit to wagamama was here this week and turned into three nights dining here in a row. Waiters can be a bit hit and miss, but mostly a good and speedy service. Dough chi and chouxnut with black honey are a must if you are a sweet tooth like me! Duck gyozas were nice as was the katsu curry. Grilled chicken ramen was a little bland, but at least not spicy as most other ramens on offer

Had an enjoyable meal here. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Food was good, really enjoyed the octopus balls and the yaki soba. Miso ice cream was nice but could have done with more Miso. Few dishes could probably have done with a little bit more flavour, we added chilli oil but it could have done with a bit more of a kick.

It's great to be back !! The service is impeccable and the food , well amazing. We were served quickly and paid via the app , no issues at all. We will be back.

Probably the worst wagamama I have visited. It was incredibly busy when we visited, which may be the cause of the issues. The table was dirty when we sat down, and the menu was covered in food and noodles which was digusting. However the food was nice, and the same quality as other restaurants, just maybe avoid when it's busy.

The ramen was great, and location convenient given the car park, however service was a little unusual - nice initially then seemed to disappear after ordering, including wanting more water and having my partner's main came out more than 7 minutes before me (with no word or follow up about it).

We all enjoyed our food. The highlight was my dessert a white chocolate and ginger cheesecake. The staff were friendly and the service prompt. The branch is obviously popular and busy There were queues for a table.

Very busy, waited 15 mins for table for family 3, but given menu to browse whilst in queue. Food tasty & fun experience. Plenty vegetarian options for teen daughter. Staff friendly & engaging. Plenty staff in restaurant to make everything run so smooth. Would highly recommend.

Great place and friendly staff. The place wasn't too busy on a Monday evening. Food came quite quickly and tasted wonderful.

Stunning food. Gorgeous zingy fresh smoothies. Service was a little slower than id have like with drinks but food came out very quickly and tasted lovely.

What can I say. Kelly, the manager! Incredible service. Our daughter has a peanut allergy and therefore the care and attention provided was 1st class. We have eaten in many restaurants over the years, and never have we had service of this level. Thank you!

Really enjoyed the food here . Erica and Helena were really helpful. With my dairy intelorance, Helena was really helpful in knowing my choices and they were both really patient with my husband and I. Really impressed by the non dairy choices on the menu especially with the desserts. Will be coming again .

Always a pleasure to eat at Wagamama's Bridgend. Food was excellent and was promptly served. Our party included children and they were well catered for. It is a fairly noisy environment mainly due to the building but I would definitely recommend eating there.

We always enjoy coming to this Wagamama's Bridgend because the staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and we never have to wait too long for a table. However, if you're looking to fill up, be prepared to spend a bit more as the portion sizes are quite small. While I do feel that the prices are a bit high for the amount of food you receive, the flavors are delicious and really make up for it. Overall, while it can be a bit pricey, the friendly staff and tasty dishes make it a worthwhile visit.

I had spicy miso mackerel for the very first time, and I was surprised at how delicious it was! So much flavour in one plate of food. The mackerel fillets served on rice with kimchi, sweet potato, tenderstem broccoli, bok choi, and shiitake mushrooms. Topped with red chilli, fresh ginger, and coriander. Yum! My other favourite is grilled duck donburi - shredded duck in a sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce, served on rice with shredded carrot, cucumber and spring onion. Topped with a fried egg and kimchi on the side. However, I wouldn't recommend the ramen, though. They are more like basic soups and very far away from what is known as ramen.

Wow wow wow. First time going here, I'd never expected such a fantastic vegan range of food 😋 The staff were excellent, friendly, explaining how to order and pay via the app if wanted. I ordered with a lovely waiter lady, lovely juice and free green tea which is lovely, I enjoyed four green teas and my boyfriend enjoyed it too. We had no problems getting the staff to bring over more green tea. We placed our orders for food and in just a few minutes our meals and side had arrived. It tasted so good, fresh, crunchy and felt so healthy, we ate all our food and didn't get that over eating food coma feeling we left full of energy ready to finish our shopping trip. The food blew our minds and we will be going back again to try something else. We couldn't go without dessert and both enjoyed the orange chocolate cake and ice cream, my boyfriend didn't realise the ice cream was vegan it tasted so creamy 😋 Fantastic visit, wonderful food and great service and staff 😀

Delicious as always! The firecracker is literally a firecracker!! The service was good and the food was brought us fairly quick.

After our recent visit we have had to rethink our rating. Undoubtedly presentation of food is excellent, service is swift and staff great. But we had to chase up on a delayed Gyoza order, the katsu curry seem to have a bitter taste to it, not as moreish as I have experienced in other Japanese restaurants. The wife's Ramen had hardly any broth as the picture will testify, very strange not to able to slurp on your Ramen! My wife thinks they either forgot to add the broth or were very stingy. Should have complained, but not much point after accepting it for what it was. Disappointed on this visit.

Absolutely stunning food in a lovely setting, and talk about brilliant value for money. The serving sizes are great and prices are so good. My partner and I were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience. Will be back very soon.

I've eaten at Wagamamas over 50 times all over the UK and this has by far been the best experience. Service from the two lovely ladies was brilliant. I was lucky enough to sit near the kitchen and asked the chef for a recommendation, he suggested the Shirodashi pork, so I followed that and of course ordered extra pork! Dish was presented by the chef Richard himself, very nice touch, BRAVO. Date 25th November 7.30pm

For my work leaving do, we went to Wagamama's in Bridgend. The staff & Manager where so efficient, polite and cared about allergies and food requirements instantly. Very approachable and food was extremely nice. I recommended it instantly to friends and family.
