What a great night! Dirty dancing movie on a big screen with an orchestra. Who couldn't enjoy themselves? Stewards were helpful, drinks were very expensive, seats were fab! Johnny and Baby 😍 Loved it.

What a place for live entertainment. The acoustics are second to none. There's not a bad seat at the venue. Easy access and at the heart of the city centre

Great concert hall in Cardiff city centre. There is a car park near by in St Davids shopping centre. The hall is on six levels. Inside the arena there is a great view of the stage from every seat. Acoustics are great. We went to see Billy Ocean.

A great venue in the heart of the Capital city by the Hayes. Significant amount of seating, however despite being on the top seats the experience of the venue wasn't dampened. Great acoustics and a guaranteed professional experience. Multiple concessions available on each floor for drinks, snacks. There are also some great balcony retreats with some unique views.

Very venue for rock gigs, with good sound although they do like it to be all seated. Sadly far too few rock bands compared to the early days.

Saw Noel Fitzpatrick here and the venue was lovely and clean, set over a number of floors. The areana seats are staggered so views were quite good from most seats. Plenty of seating available, there's snack and drink area to buy refreshments. Seats looked a little worn but done the job. Parked nearby in St David's Centre which was just a short walk.

2023 Cardiff University Graduate here and I can definitely say the venue was up to high standards and the graduation ceremony ran flawlessly, leaving a lasting impression on everyone involved. Definitely recommend for 2024 graduates! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🎓

Visited twice in the same week for two very different shows -St. David's is easy to get to from a variety of different parking options in Cardiff - we generally park somewhere around the museum & walk into town. The Hall has great views from all the various seating options, the acoustics are great, and access to & service at the bars is excellent. Readily accessible toilets, all round a great venue.

Fantastic night, watching Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets. First time at the venue & must say, I'm totally impressed with the whole place. Seating & vision of the stage is superb

Not been for many years and it's great to see it's still a fantastic venue to enjoy some top quality performances and acts. My 1st ever Ballet attendance and with surprise mainly coming from myself...I'm looking forward to next time✌️

Watched the BBC orchestra and choir, beautiful sound inside the hall. Have been to the venue for other things previous eg. Comedy, magic shows, tribute acts but this was truly amazing.

Was fortunate enough to attend the woman to woman concert on Friday this week. What a truly wonderful experience it was. All the musicians and singers were brilliant. It’s always an intimate setting for a concert at this venue. It is our favourite concert venue in Cardiff by far. All the staff and volunteers are also extremely polite and helpful at this venue. I find that the toilets are nice and clean too, which is also a bonus.

Very disappointed I want to watch Adam ant he put on a brilliant show my issue was I had 2nd row tickets I'm disabled so seated was perfect for me should have been the perfect view but unfortunately people from behind ran to the front of the stage and completely blocked my view there was a lady on the front row that tried to help me by asking people to move as they were blocking my view she also told security and they did nothing at all about it so what was a brilliant night was ruined I have complained to St davids Hall about it and I haven't heard anything from them

It's such a lovely place when it is found . We and a few other people walked past the entrance as there were no signs about to say where or the entrance to the hall was. Cardiff doesn't have many sign post to say the way.

I really like the St David's Hall as an entertainment venue. I've been twice, once to see a music concert and the second to see a comedy performance and they've been great. Staff there are extremely helpful, it's organised and reasonably priced at the bar.

In Covid times, a delight to enjoy a chill experience. We dutifully provided our Covid pass & ticket details at entrance, then end of admin. Even had time to enjoy a pint on the rooftop balcony before a superb concert from Nick Cave & Warren Ellis. Live music is back!

Attended a concert, and was really surprised that the entire audience were seated next to each other while half the seats were completely empty, and most people were not wearing masks. Given the current high levels of covid in Wales I would have thought mask wearing should be compulsory and the audience should have been more spaced out, using the empty tiers.

4/9/21 Went to see Riverdance but could only see the word Riverd on the stage. The letters were blocked by the curtain not being fully opened. I was told after there was a guy playing the drums on the right hand side. As for the show itself it was fantastic. Those guys done an amazing job.
