First match experience - I booked Heineken Lounge for my dad's birthday. We parked at the stadium for £10 and headed straight to corporate entrance. Quick entry with np queues. We were greeted by a host in the lounge who gave us few details and offered complimentary bottle of Heineken. Food was really nice and portions are decent. Complimentary tea and coffee was available during half time. Staff was very polite and helpful. Superb experience that I would recommend yup anyone who wants to spend some time with a friend/family.

As a visitor from the United States I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first visit to a soccer match. Well, I am now a Cardiff City superfan. It was incredible. Everyone was awesome, helpful and it was a great match. We won against Bristol. So good! I recommend The Captain’s Lounge seats. It truly makes the experience.

Argyle on tour in Wales !! First time in this ground. What a great stadium ( apart from the strange red seats in the top stand ). My first experience in this league of safe standing and I it was very workable and I loved it. The concourse is huge and hardly any queues with excellent service. We went to The Lansdowne pub beforehand and home and away fans blended in harmony in a super no frills venue. 3k fans made another 300 mile round trip. We should have won ( where have I heard that before ) but grew 2 - 2....so frustrating....

Loved the safe standing in the away end. I know it was a Bank Holiday when I went, but I was surprised to see the home stands so empty & the fans there didn't sing!! It's a good distance from Cardiff Central Station so allow yourself plenty of time to walk there. View is good from the away end.

Great stadium. Beers are decently priced but you can’t bring them to your seats. As an American not being able to drink during a sports game is a bit odd. Besides this I enjoyed my time at the stadium and am looking forward to coming back for more games.

First time at this place for a works training day, bigger than I originally thought! With a lot of different training rooms. The tea and coffee was terrible! And food was not to mine or others liking, staff friendly would definitely go back but won't have food, and for a football fan you should definitely come! Probably on a game day the atmosphere will be fantastic? Unfortunately I'm not a football fan I prefer rugby but this place definitely worth a visit.

Modern stadium with plenty of parking. Both seating and safe standing in away end. Stewards were really friendly. Taken a star off for expensive lager (£6.25 when I went) and only vg food was a packet of crisps. Other than that very good experience, helped by the fact we won 3-0 😬

No atmosphere from Cardiff fans. Coach stewards disgraceful,, would not let a lady off the bus having a panic attack, no duty of care, the steward should be sacked, His exact words were I DON'T CARE. Food extortionate.

Las Vegas circus 🎪. Brilliant experience. Good family fun. The acts were all excellent and thrilling. Some near falls which added to the excitement. Costumes were colourful. Well worth the money, recommend this show.

Went to see Wales vs South Korea in a friendly. A bit of a tedious nil-nil draw. Stadium was well organised and the stewards were friendly. If you have children then the family stand at the Grange end if ideal. Light show was good.

Nice enough ground, very friendly and efficient staff, and easy and quick to get back to the coach as a visiting fan as the car park is literally outside the away end. Food and drink is the usual football ground with over priced beer and pies etc as is the norm.Visited with my team Leicester city and we won, so good day out.

Been many times to the stadium but this time we had the VIP fan experience for my birthday. - 3 course meal was fantastic. - The staff were extremely professional. - The main VIP area could have been a little more luxurious (More Cardiff memorabilia) but was excellent for what it was. - The stadium is as always a great place to be either home or for away supporters. - Drink prices were imo a little too much. Ie £7 a pint of Heineken Silver but still tasted fine and were brought to the table with a smile so all good. Overall a fantastic stadium to visit in Wales whether you are a casual fan or hardcore one. Would highly recommend.

Concourse roomy, good selection of food and drink. Eateries surrounding the ground. Standing section for away fans. Programme kiosk outside ground.

Came here to see the friendly match between the Wales and South Korea team. Overall, it was a nice experience since this was my first time watching live games. It was pretty organised, with no chaos and friendly staff. Good selection of foods to accompany the watch as well.

Good place to visit for away fans - good views - safe standing areas and wide concourses so no crowded queues. We were on the very back row, so the roof covered us. The first 10 or 12 rows aren't so beware if it rains and you are sat towards the front. We travelled via coach and parked right outside the stadium, so we can not really comment on parking. The stadium is situated in a retail park, so there are plenty of food outlets if you don't want pie/ hot dogs, etc. The stadium bars only serve Fosters or Strongbow fruit cider alongside cola and water - hence 4 stars.

Located in the Leckwith area of Cardiff, Wales, Cardiff City Stadium is the home ground of Cardiff City Football Club. As a modern and well-designed stadium, it offers a great matchday experience for fans of the Bluebirds and visitors alike. One of the standout features of the stadium is its accessibility. The location is easily reached by public transport, with regular trains and buses running to nearby stations. There is also ample parking available for those driving to the stadium. Once inside the stadium, fans are treated to a modern and comfortable atmosphere. The seating is well-designed and offers great views of the pitch from almost every angle. The stadium also features excellent facilities, with plenty of food and drink options available, as well as clean and well-maintained restrooms. The atmosphere inside the stadium is electric, with passionate fans cheering on their team throughout the match. The stadium's sound system is top-notch, ensuring that even those sitting further back can hear every announcement and chant clearly. Overall, Cardiff City Stadium is a fantastic venue for football fans. It offers a great matchday experience and is a credit to both the city of Cardiff and the football club itself. If you're ever in the area, I would highly recommend taking in a match at this superb stadium

The atmosphere was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Toilets were clean, even had plenty of loo roll, think it's fantastic that they have free sanitary products in there too. Food wasn't great and very expensive!

Good sized stadium to get an atmosphere but also feel part of the game too. Facilities clean and tidy. All well organised. Parking could be a bit safer around the stadium.

I have been to quite a few stadiums, it is nice here but very small bar and congregation area for away fans

  • 2/5 Roger B. 2 years ago on Google
If you travel here by car as i did you will be aware of the appalling lacl of parking for away fans. I drove around the surrounding streets for over an hour in search of somewhere to park. All roads in a two mile radius are for permit holders only. Disgusting by planners to lure you to their Stadium and create no parking. At least the Baggies gubbed the local favourites four nothing.

Had that moment when you think they've run out of sausage rolls only to see a tray of piping hot, straight from the oven, new ones appear as you get to front of queue. Priceless. Great range, great value. Always satisfying.

We go to Literary lunches at the stadium every so often, large dining area on the third floor, nice outlook over the empty pitch, usually sunlit somehow even here I Wales!! Bar not well manned or stocked in general and catering reasonably efficient.

First time got my booked tickets by friendly staff. Massive queues 2 stewards were not helpful at all. Inside a steward that went out of his way to get to our seats. Great view place including toilets were clean.

Great stadium for visiting fans with plenty off space both in the stand and below the stand in the refreshments concourse. Excellent organisation of the queues so very quick to get in and get served.

Fantastic atmosphere, family stand very accommodating. Could review prices for drinks and snacks, expensive when taking a family. I know people can take their own but want children to have the whole experience. A special tribute to a very good friend was the icing on the cake.

Was there for the Wales Austria match. It was a fantastic atmosphere. Did not join the huge car park snaking through the car park. It was one of those that forms from the British tendency to queue. There were plenty of free gates at the front.

Nice stadium, fairly decent away fans seating area. Bars a rip off, £6 for an average pint, food was ridiculously priced. Will always have fond memories after winning the double over them 0-4 lol

Lovely ground. However away supporters are stuck in the corner. This does diminish the viewing of the pitch. However, the 2022 version of safer standing is available for the top 5 to 10 rows, which we took advantage of. The only appreciable benefit was having a bar to lean on.

Still a great place to watch football, especially from the Premier Lounge. Great view.

Home of Cardiff City a companionships side. That has been twice in the premier league unfortunately relegated both times after one season.

This stadium is a great place. Seating here is good, the amount for tickets are one of the lowest in the league, the only criticism for the seats is that we bought the tickets under cover so we didn’t get wet but the cover was leaking and we were drenched. The food is expensive inside the stadium but there are a great selection of food trucks outside that are very cheap for the quality. It was very easy to enter into the stadium, all you needed to do was get your ticket on paper or online and scan it then your in. A very nice experience for the price and the fans are accommodating and kind. 4/5
