I found this tour very informative. We went at 11a.m on the hour tour and really enjoyed it. We had a couple of taster whiskeys at the end of the tour.Lisa was a fab guide and helped us choose appropriately with our tastes. Would definitely recommend.

Heaven for whiskey lovers and not only. Super friendly staff. You can take a tour of the distillery learning how the Welsh single malt is made and have a degustation 😉. They have a fantastic shop there with their own products. Whiskeys, gins, whiskey creams, jams and many other things. Highly recommended place

A brilliant little place to learn and jndertsmd about the making and production of Whiskey. An incredible experience and the staff are very friendly and passionate about what they do. The car park has no height restrictions and easy to park. The tour lasted for about an hour before you were then able to have 4 small samples. They also have gin to taste as well as Whiskey. Very educational. Would recommend. @momentsofoutdoors for more

Absolutely amazing place! Would fully recommend. All of the staff were all so welcoming and friendly, even with a problem our end, they were very accommodating and attentive. Caitlyn, who did our tour, was brilliant. They were very knowledgeable and engaging. Any questions we had about flavor, nose or strength, Caitlyn did not hesitate in answering. In my opinion, a real asset to the team. A fantastic experience that I can not fault!

Haven't visited yet, but this whiskey is delicious! Our Welsh friends brought us some to California! Wonderful whiskey, not to be missed!

Absolutely fantastic place to visit, I cannot recommend this distillery enough. Went here with my elderly father, we didn't have to pre book just turn up. Cost of tour very good. A nice size group of people were shown around the vats and how the whisky is made, and at the end a delicious tasting of the different types that Penderyn sell. Of course that then leads you to just purchase some of your favourites, and why not! A trip I would do again.

I attended an extremely enjoyable and informative tour which ended with me having a profound appreciation for Penderyn whisky. Large number of whisky tasted at the end including single cask and niche export runs. Would thoroughly recommend!!

Carla gave a very enjoyable tour with a great whisky tasting to follow. A couple of members of our group were not whisky drinkers and received tastings of gin(s) and rum. Even the designated driver got a miniature to take home. The your have a good look at the distillery and an informative overview of the distilling process. The single malt whisky produced is excellent, easily on a par with the more familiar names from Scotland and has it's own distinctive profile. We thought the tour was well worth the fee, even for the non-whisky drinkers, further evidenced by the purchases in the shop. Very competitive prices too! For the more enthusiastic whisky drinkers, the facility does allow you to fill your own bottle of Penderyn from one of two casks. Worth a go.

Great visit, friendly staff with seans of humour. You can see whole process of making single malt whisky. Worth to book in advance on the website. Recommended for any whisky lowers. Thank you for your hospitality.

Excellent exhibition about whiskey distillery in general, followed by a great guided tour of the distillery finished by tasting of two drinks or one mini sample bottled drink. Shop before exit.

A lovely experience. We went on a tour around the distillery and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Alison was our tour guide, she was very knowledgeable and a fantastic voice for Penderyn. As I live nearish I will be popping in to get some more treats nearer Christmas

The best range of Welsh Malt Whisky around, plus a fine selection of other liqueurs like Gin, Rum, etc. The tour of the distillery amazing as well.

Very interesting tour. Learnt a lot. It's very hot where the tour is, so be prepared. Taste testing was good. The shop catered for all pockets which I thought was really good. Well worth a visit.

Great tour with details beautifully explained by our host. Can't fault at all. We were made welcome and I thoroughly enjoyed the tasters, which probably accounted for my spend in the shop! Would definitely recommend a visit to anyone.

Attended a Masterclass as part of a stag party. Fantastic experience. I've been on other distillery tours but this was definitely the most comprehensive one. Lee, our masterclass guide, was clearly passionate and knowledgable on the world of whiskies. Highly recommended and great value considering the amount of alcohol offered!

Very smart and presentable. It was easy to book and our guide, Helen, was excellent. She talked us through the process and fielded all of our questions. We were limited to a choice of two whiskies (or other spirits they make) from their product range. You can't include all the products in the range but maybe 3 or 4 would have been better. A really good visit and would recommend it.

Great whisky. It's good that it was revived in Wales. Excellent whisky. Good luck!
