We went for Tots morning with a 5yr old. We only paid entry for him which was great. Buzz is a well maintained trampoline park, seemed lovely and clean and generally better condition that previous parks. We didn't use the cafe but it looked clean with plenty of drink and snack options. The only downside to Buzz is having to have separate socks for trampoline and Inflatable sections. Switching between the two is a pain with little ones. We just wore one pair ontop of the other and removed a pair when required. The trampoline socks have grips whereas the Inflatable ones are just regular cotton socks. It would make more sense to have grip socks for the inflate section as its very slippery. Also I cannot see why we can't wear regular socks on the Inflatable? We had a great time though and would highly recommend it and would visit again

I run a group for children & young adults with disabilities called Sparrows Additional Learning Needs. We visited buzz last night as a one off exclusive hire for our families and I must say we had an absolute blast . Everyone including parents had a brilliant time and so much fun . The staff were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with our children the majority of which have Autism . Nothing was too much trouble and they interacted wonderfully with us all. I couldn't of asked for better understanding from any of them . Entrance ran smoothly thanks to Emily , Tara & Chris . We have already booked our next session 😀and hopefully we will continue to have monthly sessions with the great staff at BUZZ . Thank you all so very much . See you soon 🤗 love, Nana Debs xx

Best of both worlds, even us adults can get involved and have a gym session at once. Kids loved it once they knew rules

Great fun for all ages. I (42) took my nephews (7 & 9) for 2 hours and while we were all utterly shattered by the end it was a great couple of hours of fun. The kids particularly loved the inflatables, spending most of the time on there. The cafe prices are reasonable and there is a filter water station if you take you have your own bottle with you. The staff are really friendly and helpful and they all seemed to be happy in their work. Will definitely return!

Fun day out for all ages. Kids enjoyed the trampoline and inflatable areas. Tots area was good to see. Little annoying having to change socks for different areas but just keep one pair over the other for a quick change. You soon get used to it. Friendly staff especially on the front desk area and cafe.

Great entertainment for the kids. We have used lots of similar parks and my kids have reported back that this is one of the best. The reason for not giving 5 stars is for the limited space around the café area and the café being very basic. But for children's enjoyment the this place Is great.

A very fun experience with plenty to do. Would’ve enjoyed more if they still had the air bag. Nice food and nice staff as well.

Absolutely brilliant! Went today for the first time with my 2 year old twins and they had a ball, as did we! Toddler Takeover session i definitely recommend. Its expensive for your first time as you have to buy the socks for all of you but you know you'll be going back and you'll keep them for years so you don't mind!!

Absolute joke, the trampoline section requires different socks to the bouncy castle area, they need to swap sock each time. 3 kids, 6 pairs of sock at £2.00 each, plus entry fee, what a Rip off. Supposedly their sock are Hygienic socks...🙈 They can't even walk across the trampoline section in the wrong socks on without a member of staff pouncing on my 6 yrs old, he had no clue why he was being told off. Good luck finding a seat if you're waiting for your kids to finish.

I just want to say what a great helpful team you are at the park, earlier this afternoon after driving back to the park to collect my son & his friend up, as I was entering the carpark a little boy about 4 years old run out of the carpark onto the road, I managed to get him to go back in the gates so I could quickly park my car, then this boy who clearly had disabilities began running up the side of the building so myself and another lady customer at the park chased after him, he couldn't communicate to tell us where his parents were so we both took him inside Buzz where Hannah and her team were very helpful, as this little boy was trying to get away Hannah allowed the little boy to go on the trampolines with the ladies daughter's so we could see he was safe whilst we tried to find his parents, eventually we had to phone the police then his mam turned up all flustered & upset as she said they were in the nursery by the car park and that the little boy had escaped from the hole in the fence and she had been running around looking for him, she said he was severly autistic and non verbal and she was very grateful that her son was safe, the staff offered the mam a drink as they could see she was very upset whilst we waited for the police to come, when they did turn up all was ok and the mam & boy left. Hannah and her team were so thankful and grateful of our help and supportive with this incident, both myself and the other lady were a little shaken up to and Hannah offered us refreshments in the cafe which was very kind of her. Things could of been alot different but thankfully with the help of Hannah and her team the little boy was reunited with his mam, well done all fabulous team work x

If you're coming with toddler owver 6 years old - it's nice place probably, if your child is under 6.. well you have extremely small space dedicated for, which gets boring in 5 minutes. So for the next 55 minutes there's nothing to do

A decent trampoline park. Staff are friendly. Wasn't too busy when we went. Kids loved it as usual. Plenty or parking Toilets are clean and they were being cleaned when we were there.

Huge trampoline park, small cafe attached. Kids love it! Car parking. Lots of viewing areas, but some only accessible via stairs. Can be cold, as it's a huge space to heat. Good for parties, but not cheap.

It’s a great trampoline park. Coffee shop is excellent but very limited seating spaces. It was freezing when we went there. Parking is challenging. McDonalds is next door.

Kids love it here, got alot to do and loads of fun, abit pricey on food there but rest is great. Staff are friendly and welcoming

Well organised and the grandkids loved it. Cafe area could be a bit larger as we had to wait a while for a table but the coffee was good so that was ok! My 8 year old grandson gave a review too - "very bouncy"

Dirty and run down , very expensive for what it is. In the changing room which was tiny most lockers were broken Toilets look neglected and unclean A lot of the safety pads loose on the trampolines The obstacle course was filthy with sweet wrappings and dirt all over it.

  • 3/5 Steve 11 months ago on Google
Little disappointed as we took two 10year olds which loved it but also took 2 toddlers 3&4 which were not allowed on the trampolines at all we were not told when booking and paying for them. So whilst it’s great for older kids poor for under 5s

Amazing Trampoline Park. HUGE. Good area for adults to sit for coffee/cakes/snacks. Only dislikes was the music was really loud, and found the price of admission expensive. The inflatable area wasn't the cleanest either. However overall my 8 year old loved it. Wasn't busy. And staff were helpful and kind.

It's a great place for children to let off steam 👌 just make sure parents you are keeping an eye out as they are still our responsibility. My grandson aged 8 had a two hour slot & wants to go again.

Our recent visit to buzz was not a great experience. On the inflatables there was a bunch of teenage boys that was monkey fighting and despite the team member on duty telling them to stop they still carried on and laughed at her. They carried on running at speed and fighting. And the team member just allowed it in the end. My daughter was victim of 2 attacks and my son got full force pushed over in which he and she did not stand a chance against the older kids and as you can see a black eye and cut to the face in the picture attached. If you have kids who are not wild I would avoid until they stop allowing chaos to run wild and to prevent your kids being hurt.

The park it's self is good but the people running it are dodgy. Just went for my nephews birthday and you have to buy 2 different socks to do everything. We got told this and did then got kicked off because we weren't wearing a pink wristband since we didn't know we had to. The worksers just sat there just watching the kids and going up to them saying "you can't be on here because they are different socks. I switched the socks and crossed from the trampoline to the inflatable and some one came over to me and said your wearing the wrong socks we don't want you to hurt yourself. I wanted to say I'm jumping on a trampoline not skydiving. When I said kids I ment my nephew, Niece and there cousins.

Tots takeover was fantastic. Took my little boy who is 2 and he absolutely loved it, little ones have access to the whole site and you don't have to worry about them being knocked over by older children. Such a good idea and it's early in the morning perfect for little ones. Will definitely be coming back.

My 2 boys absolutely loved it and after 2 hours of play my one boy had to be caught to be taken out because he didn't want to leave lol. They have food and drinks also and they make a really nice caramel cappuccino if you like them.

Great ASD sessions run here! The staff are so helpful and they put frequent sessions on in the day time for kids with additional needs. This does not sound like a lot, but almost all Sen sessions are exclusively in the evening or late afternoon. Keep up the good work! We will be returning frequently.

Cool place for all ages. Good that they have a section for smaller kids (under 5's) but could of been a bit bigger and/or more things to play on to keep them occupied for a bit longer. Great prices though and will be back again!

lovely experience and staff; went for a date and had great experience even as adults! was served by a girl with long brown hair who talked us through everything and was very helpful:) cheap food and drink prices. would have loved if there was a photographer bouncing with us to capture it all but besides that i would definitely recommend.

Cost me £45 for the 3 kids so I wasn't happy when I had to pay for socks when they are no different to their normal socks. You have to wear grip socks for the trampoline then switch to cotton socks to go on inflatable but you have to buy their cotton socks to go on. Apart from that there's loads for the kids and cafe is cheap, great place

  • 5/5 lesley h. 2 years ago on Google
First time going here with my grandchildren aged 7 and 8. They absolutely loved it. Would be great if they could have a little longer! As it's £10 an hour and of course they have to stop and drink. Apart from the price it's great! 😊

  • 5/5 Samantha M. 2 years ago on Google
So much fun, very grateful to have a place like this in our area. Staff are super helpful and cheerful. Tots takeover session is nice and early, just wish it was extended a little longer.

Whether you're a big kid or a little kid and you love to bounce, this is the place for it! Awesome inflatable maze slide course at back a little inflatable area for little ones under 5s. Also can book birthday party's which are catered for, hotdogs pizza etc...you you just bring the cake and party bags. It's not the cheapest but it's not the most expensive by far either. 👍

Great fun with the mix of trampolines & inflatable area. Children and adults enjoyed

Came here today with my Niece and 2 daughters. 1st time returning here since before lockdown. My niece informed me they needed 2 pairs of socks (one for trampoline, one for inflatables) so had to pay an extra £12 on arrival, which wasn’t stated at time of booking. My daughter then got on the trampoline end, to walk over to the inflatable side, but was very rudely told by a member of staff she wasn’t allowed as had the wrong socks on, she had to walk all the way around. Plus they didn’t have any large socks for my teenage daughter so she wasn’t able to go on the trampolines only the inflatables. Best part of the whole trip, was the very pleasant young gentleman, working in the cafe. Won’t be returning in a hurry.

I took 3 boys, 14 years of age and they loved it. Only thing is the cafe shut about 10 minutes before the end of the last session so you can't buy a drink at the end. Wish I knew this as had to stop at McDonalds

Absolutely disgusting!! It was hell, the manager I think was lovely but the overall experience was outrageous one very rude lady on desk who gave out the bands, the rules are not clear at all it was a disaster the whole 2 hours thank god my son didn't notice a thing as it was for his birthday my daughter however got stopped numerous times going onto the trampoline and inflatable won't be going bk anytime soon

Kids had fun but I have doubts about cleanliness. We visited 1600 on a Friday toilets haven't been checked and quite dirty with seat hanging off the toilet.

  • 3/5 Ian H. 2 years ago on Google
Great fun but....... Cafe closed 45 minutes before it closes, no warning so had to look for a shop after we left to get the kids a drink and toilets shut an hour before close, again no warning. Bit of a pity really as the kids was loved it otherwise
