We had a brilliant day at the open day on 10 September 2023. We rode on four buses and it was so much fun. The refreshments were reasonable and really tasty. Volunteers very knowledgeable and passionate about everything. All in all an excellent day. The range of busses was very interesting as was the room with all the smaller artifacts.

I had been taken here by a good friend. The history behind the busses as told by the resident tour guide was interesting. It's free and hosts buses from a range of different decades which were used for Cardiff and and surround areas. Really interesting and unique accessories on the buses such as a native Indian chief. I guess if you appreciate learning about social history of communities in Wales you'll be interested in this. I really loved this and would go back.

An old bus depot choc full of vintage buses and coaches. A great place to pop in for a look and some fantastic volunteering opportunities for anyone that wants to get involved in the restoration and preservation of these historic vehicles

Not only could I see the restored vehicles and ongoing work, I was able to ride on a few on the buses because it was a special open day. Interesting to talk to the people involved and see the museum.

My bus mad 2 year old son loved his experience at the event and so did the rest of us. Staff couldn't do enough for visitors, made to feel very welcome. Loads of history, staff know their stuff.

Indoor event with limited facilities, all stalls seemed to be selling similar goods. Poorly attended by the public. Free bus journeys seemed to be well patronised.

An excellent bus museum in Barry with plenty of different bus and coach exhibits. Knowledgeable volunteers on hand to explain the different types and workings. Well worth a visit.

It was a visit organised after they gave a talk at South Wales Classic car club meeting. It was nice to hear the interest and dedication of the men caring for and restoring the trolley buses which were the ones we were I terested in. They rely totally on donations so we did our bit and e joyed our visit immensely.
