Absolutely awful. This place is dirty and poorly managed. Also there is a night club below the hotel, that seems attract drunken degenerates who just go there to pick fights. There must have been about 5 fights break out the night I stayed there as well as people shouting and arguing outside my window until 5 in the morning. Didn't get any sleep that night. Paid £50 to stay in a dirty uncomfortable hotel and be kept awake all night. The location is awful too in a very rough area of Cardiff with litter all over the streets outside. Please don't waste your money here, the staff and club goers have no respect for the hotel guests or the people who live in the area.

Just spent 2 nights at the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Even appears to have anti ageing properties 😆. Would definitely stay there again.

Went there for a Stag Do, it was a great little hotel fairly close to Cardiff Town Centre. The staff were great, really friendly and VERY helpful. In house bar is open until around 5am if I remember rightly, also has a nightclub in the hotel, unfortunately that would be my only downfall for here, purely because our rooms were directly above the nightclub. All in all, great experience!

We went on a stag weekend. Expensive rooms for what you got. Brown walls, surprisingly the carpets were clean. Beds with springs in your back. You got an old iron and a mix of TVS but no hairdryer unless you paid a deposit to get one. On top of your room costs you have a £20 room deposit in case of damages which you get back. Showers worked but weren't very high if you are tall and didn't drain very well. Overpriced, but ideal for what we needed it for so can't complain. They had a decent bar area with a pool table and TV for sport. Breakfast was reasonably priced for £7 with all you could eat buffet. Not much choice but did the trick for a hangover. Ideal for a stag party.

It is in an ugly area, a 20 minute walk to the centre. There is a lot of traffic in front of the house and it is not necessarily quiet in the house either. The bathroom is very small and everything smells strongly of chlorine. The receptionist spontaneously booked my room first on the wrong date. For this my stay was charged twice. Despite phone calls and emails, my money was not refunded. That was over a year ago. I don`t recommend anyone staying there !

Located in a prime location, very much accessible to train station and city centre by walk. As of now not open for public.

Staff are very friendly and polite, breakfast is lovely there is quite a lot of options for a buffet. The rooms are basic but very clean, beds are comfy and price is very reasonable. Starting to look fresh with the decorating going on :)

This hotel helped 11 of us ladies out for a 30th Birthday. We had booked an apartment which when arriving turned out to be something close to a drug den and nothing like the photos through the booking agent. We called this hotel is desperation, knowing everywhere was super busy due to the rugby. Not only did they accommodate us, they did it for very little extra due to our circumstances and were so very hospitable. The staff are awesome, very friendly and informative. Its well located, walking distance into the centre for bars and restaurants. Clean rooms and over all a great little hotel. Would highly recommend.

Booked through Lastminute.com only to fi d upon arrival that the hotel was no longer a hotel. It had been overtaken by the council and is now a homeless shelter. I now need to find away of getting my money back as my whole trip was ruined. Lastminute.com don't have any customer service at the moment just to add to the annoyance.
