Don't fall fo the pics! Rooms are too small and felt so claustrophobic. The kettle was so moldy. Not enough light. Isn't worth paying £60 a night. Pay extra but go somewhere better. Don't ruin your journey. Do not recommend at all.

I would avoid, the rooms are quite small and the walls are thin. I wouldn't ever stay again even if the price was a lot less.

After reading bad reviews I had very low expectations. The room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed provided. The room was small but nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Simple, yet comfortable accommodations, the rooms don’t provide much room for much else but sleeping. The bedding was quite comfortable and the room was quiet and dark. 10-15 min into the center via the two bridges

Very clean and tidy. Everything we needed on a budget. The room was warm, the shower and toilet facilities were perfect. Sofia gardens and Bute park are across the road and an easy 5 minute walk to the city centre.

So well placed for city centre & rail station ( 8 mins walk!) Room was very clean & adequately furnished, with all provided for our short stay. Really liked the pin code entry, no worries about remembering a key!

Lovely place to stay! The room had all amenities and was very cozy. Checkin and checkout was made very convenient by the team.

Good value for money, clean room with everything required for a comfortable short stay. Located close to the centre and stadium which is helpful. Heating set just right overnight which helped with a comfortable sleep.

Rooms were too small for the price. £800+ for 10 nights for a super SUPER tiny room. Barely any space to move around with luggage. No wardrobe. Shower and toilet were separate and really small to even manoeuvre around. Sink was really too small to do anything let alone wash hands. Quite cozy yes, service was good. Bed was really comfortable. Perfect location, but, anything more than a day or two of stay is pretty bad. Overall cozy, but appalling place. definitely needs to reduce their prices.

Ill start with the positive aspects of my stay. The room was a nice spacious twin with reasonable decor throughout. Small ensuite which was nice. Code entry gave full access when needed. The location is ideal for the centre of Cardiff. The less positive bits of my stay. The room was ridiculously hot. There was a fan attached to the wall but with that on full blast (incredibly loud btw) it made no difference. I managed to open the windows but this meant at 6am a ridiculously loud rumbling noise was heard throughout my room. This was an unwelcome wake up when away working 16 your days. The beds were far too hard for my liking. I know this is a personal preference but for me I could barely sleep between the heat, the noise and the rock hard beds. If you're looking for a budget level room with easy access to Cardiff city centre and not too bothered about noise or heat, this Is a perfectly reasonable but not great stay.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Third party booking screwed up slightly with small print not guaranteeing the room I booked (a twin and was put in a very small single). Third party refused to help in any meaningful way. After a brief chat with the staff, they were very understanding and gave me a new room for no extra hassle which meant a lot as it was my graduation weekend and were prompt and helpful with any request. I like being mostly left alone during stays so not being bothered every day or staff in and out the room was perfect for me. Advice is to book directly though them, much better service.

Amazing value for money. I paid a hair over 20 quid for a night and so I had low expectations, but the room was nice, the bed was comfy, there was double glazing so it was very quiet, there was even a kettle in the room and towels. It is also incredibly well located. The walls were a little bit thin but not annoyingly so, there was some old staining on the carpet and curtains although everything was very clean. But frankly at that price that's to be expected. I will definitely be staying here when I come back to Cardiff.

Not good -room too small, no double bed, no in-house kitchen or meal, poor response on their emergency line, staff only available till 5pm

Single bedroom very small. No value for money. No daily cleaning as mentioned on the advert. Very noisy at 7am couldn't sleep.

Small but very clean single room and cosy bed, I loved the touch of colour of the walls and the bed sheet with green leaves (not the usual plain white ones every hotel has) I would say would love a chair in the room .... to be getting ready easier, but I have to admit then would be feeling too congested so is not a issue. Wasn't none around to talk to ... but hey! There was no problem to need someones help... easy access with the code(clever).Lots of entertainment on TV so even you are alone you won't get bored, it has available Netflix, Prime &YouTube very easy to use all in one remote My experience was a real good one so I am recommending this 3 min away guest house from the city centre.

Fantastic location within an easy walk of the centre. Small but comfortable. Totally insufficient sound insulation from room above meant being woken at 04:00 and staying awake until 06:00 by crashes, bangs, swearing. What a pity. Sleepless in Cardiff

Really nice place good rooms nicely equipped and decorated can be a bit noisy with late night arrivals

Basic accommodation near the centre of Cardiff. Bed and shower okay. No breakfast included, which is disappointing for a B&B. In my case the basin had no hot water, there was nowhere to hang anything (not even a chair or a hanger, or even a towel rail ) and there was nowhere to plug in a shaver or electric toothbrush. Staff very polite and accommodating, but as everything is automated you might never see them.

Great place, exceptionally clean and very conveniently located - 20 min walk to the centre. Check-in/access is done via a code so you can arrive any time you need. Hair-dryer and Kettle in the rooms for tea makes a difference.. and a coffee machine in the hallway with everything you need. Good people at the reception also.
