Absolutely loved my stay! Me and my Girlfriend stayed here for the night our first time at a hotel together and honestly we are so glad we chose this one! Very welcoming, Mary is absolutely lovely, unfortunately didnt get to meet tom but I'm sure hes lovely too ,gave us useful info on taxis n shops ect. Honestly felt like our own home!! Room was also really nice and clean, very spacious!! Thanks so much guys!!

Great clean place. Easy self check in and lots of street parking around even at 11pm. Don't think I'd bother with any other hotel in cardiff after staying here. Thanks willows.

A very comfortable room with tea making facilities at a reasonable price. Not far from the city centre and plenty of eating places nearby. My host was very friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay here sgain

Great guest house. I've stay in lots of different places in the last 3 weeks in cardiff and the williows is miles ahead of the rest.best nights sleep in ages with very comfy bed. Rooms are very nice and the owner is great. Will always recommend and will be returning again 100%

Helpful staff, cleanliness was Ok, but was noisey and in a less favourable area than expected.

Lots of parking , but be prepared as the car park has lots of pot holes

It is very clean and comfortable, I recommend it
