Very welcoming place for youngsters.. Web portal for students can be very challenging while reserving their accommodation, management need to improve their IT. Staff is very friendly and helping.

Staff is amazing, rooms and everything is fine , but during midnight students get drunk and talk so loud that it dusturbs my sleep. I complain almost every night ,😩that's the only frustrating experience for me. I miss my undisturbed sleep ever since I came here.

Whilst I've not stayed at this place, and cannot speak for the quality of the rooms I'm frankly glad I didn't. Customer service is dreadful, received no reply enquiring about a few things when I was originally paid and planned to stay, called up and found out they were sent to spam, which for some reasons just wasn't being checked, that alone isn't all that bad if not just a bit amateur, since then I've found a different place and have yet to receive my deposit refund of £250, I was told on the 1st of June it'd be received within 14 working days, it has been well past that, I've received one reply to an email I sent about this where I was essentially told it was out of their hands and in the financial teams hands, which isn't really acceptable. Frankly disgusting service, I'd steer far clear. Update: as of a couple of weeks ago I have received my refund, this being after I put a chargeback request with my bank. Took way too long but it is there.

Decent place for student accommodation - stayed there for two years! Professional and tidy. Can be a little on the expensive side but they are private accommodation in the city centre. During COVID-19 the management didn’t offer the best support with issues / troubling flatmates, but other than that, alright place!

Mixed feelings. Nice Studios for Students who want a quieter experience. I moved out to move back Home, found another Tenant and was told I’d be able to receive my Refund of over paid Rent (£2370) after 14 days. 14 days pass and I’ve received nothing so I Email to no avail, I call and get told to call later so I do and am told that I’d be waiting another 14 days for the refund to be processed. I moved out on the 28th October, nearly 4 weeks later and I’ve not seen a Penny…

The best ever! Staff were great, Stewart is a star, told him to come and work with me, however he has other plans. He's gonna be a tremendous asset wherever he goes. Oh well at least I got to spend time with him. Go Cardiff!!

Really stunning student accommodation. Recently built building that is maintained to a very high standard with high security and preventing non residents from entering the buildings. The rooms are equipped with ensuite and a double bed with plenty of space for storage and workspace. Ideal accommodation for students who are either beginning university or towards the end of their degree as it is within walking distance of town and the university campuses. Would recommend to anybody interested in looking for accommodation.

I have an email confirming refund would be processed but yet another scam company. After several calls and more promises, no refund. Small claims court is next step.

Reception staff were SO welcoming and lovely. But dirty bathroom, no towels, but cheapest place to stay on game day so you get what you pay for!

😐 Liberty Gardens is one of the newer liberty branded student accommodations in Cardiff. It is situated opposite Cardiff prison and next door to Cardiff's fire station, and Is just a 2 minute walk from the University of south Wales. 👍👍 I have lived here for a year now and I'm going in for another. A brilliant accomodation: 1) This is a beautiful building, right in the heart of Cardiff, 2 minute walk from the cinema, the mall, the food shops, the town centre itself! 2) A building full of common spaces. You have a free gym, karaoke...

😠 One of the worst accomodations you can get in Cardiff. The rooms are really small. The kitchen's size is unacceptable for 8 people. The fire alarm rings whenever, and they don't even inform you that tests are being carried out. The whole building is very old, and it is also quite depressing. It is r...
