I take my cavalier, Henry, to Frank to be groomed and I'm so impressed every time. I was really apprehensive about getting him groomed at first but Frank was very understanding and introduced us to his two cavaliers and I was instantly put at ease. Frank is fantastic with Henry and makes sure that he was relaxed before getting to work. I told Frank that Henry normally hates hair dryers and Frank recorded Henry having his fur dried to show me how comfortable and relaxed Henry was. Henry always comes home looking and smelling amazing. I wouldn’t dream of taking him anywhere else, thank you Frank!

Frank was amazing! Very patient and you can easily tell he has a lot of experience in dealing with dogs. He done one of the most amazing grooms on my precious pup, i cannot recommend Frank and SnugglePups enough! But the most important part of this is, he was reasonable, great communication and easily the most reliable dog groomer in Cardiff! You will not be disappoined! Alice x

I have a shitzu who can be quite aggressive so was looking for a professional dog groomer who would be able to handle him. I came across Frank. He carries out a wonderful job grooming my dog. He is professional at all times, polite, well presented and most importantly treats my dog like his own making him feel comfortable and at ease. My dog not only looks fabulous after Frank has finished but he smells wonderful too! Frank does an incredible job and I highly recommend him. It puts me at ease knowing that he is parked outside my house being able to groom my dog. Thank you so much!!!!

My Labrador Chester didn't have a great experience with a previous groomer and after seeing Snugglepups advertised we booked in straight away. Frank made Chester feel comfortable and he always comes home looking and smelling lovely. Frank always takes the time to talk to us about ours and Chester's needs and always fits us in. The parlour always look immaculate and has state of the art equipment. Would highly recommend.

I took my cocker Spaniel Tirion this morning. It was his first time to ever have a professional "groom" . Frank had been a delight to talk to on the phone prior to me booking this appointment and he is just as lovely in person. His facilities are excellent and very clean. I left Tirion and I was quite relaxed about everything. When I collected Tirion he looked amazing! Frank had told me about all the work he had done and I could tell Tirion had been well looked after. I fully recommend snuggle pups. I will be taking Tirion back.

Fantastic, 1st class service. Salon is like a surgery, immaculate and clean. My Bedlington loves Frank. He always makes a fuss of her as she's a bit timid but by the time I pick Betty up Frank is her best friend. As importantly Frank takes his time and does a great cut.
