Disgusting , Filthy store - strongly advise you don't eat there - staff attitude is disgusting Service is not worthy of even 1 star - open rubbish bags left in eating areas - it is like organised chaos - ranks as one of the worst McDonalds around - cannot cope with orders and appear to prioritise Delivery over customers in store and I would give minus stars if possible DONT EAT THERE

I don’t come here so often but whenever I have it has been good since I’ve been twice recently and customer service is excellent. Food is hot and fresh those times I’ve come with nothing missing and the lady at the front Shakila is very helpful with seating, hygiene and giving information to me and my friend. Was well looked after. I hope it stays like this.

Went here earlier today wasn’t busy at all but yet everyone was slow in doing orders. Food was awful I had a wrap and it tasted fowl cucumbers didn’t seem up to date tasted awful. My fries weren’t filled like they should have been and the restaurant was dirty with overflowing bins and rubbish left on the tables and the floor. Weren’t customer friendly didn’t offer any sauces or napkins just passed the tray. My boyfriend ordered a double quarter pounder it was very dry. Not worth eating here even as a last option

Half the drinks are not there, I had to choose between orange juice and oasis. Food good tho ngl. Food came fast. Floor is more slippery than a wet shower.

Waited 15 minutes for a Breakfast Roll only to be given one with stale and clearly mouldy bread. McDonald's seem more interested in delivery orders nowadays and the staff were being overworked because of it. Won't be returning.

I am new to UK and I visited this branch of McD first. My experience was wonderful. My international card didn't work at the self order station. The staff was very helpful and kind. I met this beautiful lady who worked at the St. Mary's branch named Shakila. She helped me out with the whole process and even checked up on me multiply times during my visit. I will always come back to this branch for the excellent customer service and how she treated me like family.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to the 2 security staff, and the manager for how we were looked after on Tuesday night. We we’re stranded after missing our train, and the hospitality you showed to me and my daughter I will never forget. Thanks again gentlemen!

Shout out to Shakila (lady with glasses) for always being kind and supportive to a lot of customers, including me. I often see her asking for extra suaces or any other requests customers might have. She keeps running back and forth for order requests. On top of that, she keeps it all tidy. I liked their vegan burger meal.

Best staff at a McDonald’s I’ve ever seen, midnight on a weekday. Was waiting a while a for something but they was so friendly, polite and transparent.

This is by far the most dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever been to, there was feaces all over the floor and walls in the men’s toilets, staff just stood around talking, tables were absolutely mortifying, it looks like a mop hasn’t touched the floor in years. Health and safety need to visit here. It’s fair to say I never stayed and had food or even purchased anything as to be honest I was worried for my health. Head office needs to go here asap.

Very busy, staff couldn't cope. Person doing drinks ran out of cream for the coffees. Was gone for ages getting some more, came back finished making the coffee so it was cold when he gave it to me as was the food which was also waiting the same time

My previous experience with staff has not been good here, But Today I was served by Shakila, She is such a darling with so much enthusiasm, It was a busy hour and the place was so crowded, she smoothly managed all out tantrums and handled everything so perfectly! Loved the experience at MCd today cuz of shakila.. I am gonna definitely visit again to greet this lady

Went there yesterday not the 1st time it’s happened. Literally had a bad tummy in the evening. Had diarrhoea all evening and into the morning. Always from this McDonald’s. Duno whether the machines are dirty or workers not cleaning there hands properly as I felt fine before I walked through there door

We have medical issues and the bouncers wouldn’t let us use the toilet in an emergency. Absolutely unacceptable, I’m not sure what they expect us to do, I’m sure it’s not their fault and it’s their bosses, but there needs to be a system in place for disabled people like me who are desperate for a toilet. Not all disabilities are visible. It’s only 10pm and I cannot help my need for the restroom :(

A normal McDonalds restaurant. Quick preparation, good service really good service, great food and I when I went to this McDonalds I had breakfast for the first time in a McDonalds. I love McDonalds but one thing in particular is the tea. Now maybe people disagree with me but I think McDonalds tea is way better that Starbucks tea. Does anyone agree?. I would recommend coming here!

Food was good, fast service, when ordering around 10pm was only to takeaway and toilets were closed. Not really sure if stills opening 24h.

Verbally very good however last couple of times have had stale or over cooked muffins.

Good food. Could have been a bit hotter and the Deliveroo drivers seem to be being served first, but good overall.

Gave this a 4, the staff deserve a medal 🏅 as it was 3am and it was carnage inside with drunk people shouting. Felt a little intimated by this. But it was 3am. McDonald's staff you do a great job 👏

I travelled from Kent to Cardiff, I was hungry and needed to charage my phone. The Cel shakila who greeted me at the door was lovely and found me a place to charge my phone until a booth became avaiable. I was promptly move ld to a booth. Resteraunt was clean and staff very welcoming. Your staff are a credit to you.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't even give one star to them. We only went to Mcdonald's for their Monopoly promotion and we've been given drink cups without stickers on them with a reason 'we ran out of cups' even though they had monopoly plastic cups after. One friendly employee has tried to give us stickers, but she got stopped by someone named 'Lauren' in a higher position saying "no, we're not allowed to do that". It wouldn't hurt if she gave us 2 stickers that weren't on cups? I don't see what's a problem with that? When we tried to explain this issue, we found the customer service really rude and selfish. ('job's worth'). They didn't even take this matter seriously as one of them 'laughed' at us. It might sound like a small thing, but at the end of the day, we are McDonald's consumers and we expect a good customer service, but I, as a customer, feel betrayed and disappointed by this company and their 'Monopoly promotion' and would rather leave my money at their competitors.

Very busy yet clean and orderly. No problem visiting again.
