I’m saddened by what my friend had to go through today in today’s society there should be no room from obnoxious karens. Please be aware there is a women who works at this shop who still thinks in this day and age she can get away with blatant discrimination. Its a shame my friend did not record the interaction for the world to see how pathetic this women really is . I will not be returning to this shop again awful.

So helpful, my order wasn't ready, but that wasn't a problem, whilst they were getting it ready I could look through the freezers and pick a few more things. 😀

We have been buying from Cook Cardiff for some time now and the quality of the food is great. Service is always top notch too. Try the sticky toffee pudding and the variety of frozen quiches and salads. Just great for entertaining too.

We used Cook for the catering for my 50th birthday party and are thrilled that we did. The food was delicious, the portions were large and we were easily able to offer option for those with restricted diets and allergies. A total success and real value for money!

Very disappointed with my meal of aubergine lasagne. Tiny amount, tasteless and unappealing visually. Not cheap either. However, hubby really enjoyed his meat dish as usual. Definitely geared up for non vegans. Staff were lovely and helpful. I won't shop there again but hubby loves it.

Food is good. Good prices. The only draw back is there is 1 assistant that refuses to take cash for payment. Company policy according to her. All the other members of staff ive dealt with are lovely. No problem with cash payments. Im marking 3* because of the 1 member of staff that eventually took the cash then passed my change and sarcastically said here's your change, have i good day. She was lucky I didn't react. I think its because she too slack to go to a bank to get change, the other ladies do obviously as there is never a problem. I'd give 4* but shes spoilt it

Perfect meals cooked from frozen. For a busy business owner like myself Cook helps me eat great tasty food quickly. The children’s range is perfect for my little boy and him being dairy free isn’t a problem as they have a wide selection of dairy free meals. They also deliver making it even easier! Staff are always extremely helpful and Kelly is fantastic. My little boy loves a chat when they deliver. Meals for one or for family’s this place has it covered. Highly recommended you can’t get frozen meals at this quality anywhere else.

We have received our food ready for Christmas Day tomorrow and so excited to cook it all!! It all looks yummy and amazing! Would recommend Cook to anyone, they kept us updated with regards to delivery and times and no problems at all, one happy customer/family 😊

Fantastic range of frozen ready meal options that are excellent value for money and so tasty. The cakes are absolutely delicious and I would strongly recommend you to try them all!

I regularly shop at Cook, the choice of food is excellent, the staff are always friendly and take time to offer advice and recommendations. When convalescing from an operation I placed an order online for home delivery and this service was just as efficient and helpful. Thank you I can't recommend highly enough.

I like Cook, the meals are all very "home made" and hugely tasty. A little more ££ than a supermarket but definitely worth it

Amazing food! I was recommended to Cook by a friend and didn’t realise really how good it is, I would eat this instead of going out for a meal. When I went in the staff were very helpful, suggesting what I could have with my meals and they even have pudding too! Lemon posset is delicious. Friendly and warm service and I will shop here again.

Absolutely tasty food, it’s frozen but tastes fresh. Will be ordering more meals. Only reason I didn’t score 5 stars was because when I placed my order and paid my bill for my food to come the following day, an hour later I had a call to say my food would be delivered a day later, ok lovely, the food delivery was suppose to be within a 1 hr allocated time, which meant it would have been here for my meal time, unfortunately it didn’t turn up, I rang the company 1hr after my delivery should have been here and was told it would be much later, so yes that did annoy me as I’m disabled and unable to cook meals for myself. After eventually tasting 1 meal the following day, the company have redeemed themselves!

Amazing Christmas lunch... A friend recommended Cook Christmas 'bundles', following his purchase for a large family meal last year. We ordered the meal for 8, even though only 5 in our party, as we didn't know portion sizes & wanted to ensure we had enough food. There was enough food for 8 very hungry diners. It was very tasty, simple to prepare and great value for money, the nicest 'pre packed' turkey I have eaten - I will order every year. Thanks 'Cook'
