I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nando's and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The chicken wings were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. The accompanying chips were crispy and well-seasoned, complementing the wings nicely. The garlic bread was a nice touch, adding an extra layer of flavor to the meal. Overall, the quality of food and service was excellent. The staff was attentive and ensured that I had a great dining experience. I would definitely recommend Nando's to anyone looking for delicious and well-prepared food in a welcoming atmosphere. 🍗🍟

Nandos has always been one of my favourites but haven't been here for a while. Make sure if you plan on going here you book a table, otherwise you have to put your name and details down and que until its your turn. If extremely busy you may not get a table at all. Food is nice here you have many options of flavours from extra hot, lemon and herbs or plain. Both my kids had a butterfly chicken burger with one side. Which was enough for them ( they are 8 and 4 years old). Me and my husband shared a sharing platter for 2 which was a whole chicken and came with 2 large sides we picked spicy rice and coleslaw and I paid extra for another side (peri salted chips). Not going to lie we could have eaten more, so portion wise not the biggest if you have a big appetite. And the price has gone up quite abit which was a little shocking at first. Atmosphere is good. And bottomless drinks are available. Would go again but not too much only because it was very expensive. Plus side for us was its Halal

This place has been recently refurbished and it looks very neat and fresh. There are more 4 person tables and less tables for larger parties. Nevertheless it is still packed and be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes as they usually don't allow reservations. The food is the same as always but this time around it was a bit drier than normal and my hot spice chicken want as spicy as normal. Maybe it was slightly overcooked? That's why I can't give it 5 stars.

Come here loads not just because the food is amazing and always is.. but the staff are also amazing especially Lara one of the managers. Her service and interpersonal skills are second to none.. and if she wasn’t happy at Nandos I would employ her tomorrow with no hesitation always happy always smiling and this is one of the main reasons we keep coming back is the food and the service is second to none best Nandos in South Wales by far 💯👌

I have NEVER received such bad customer service in Nando’s before. I am a Nando's fan and arrived at this store last night 01/11/2022. We were seated ordered food where we had a short wait 25mins later still no food. A lovely polite gentleman came and told us that they were waiting on my food to be cooked and there was a short delay (No problem) when the food arrived my partners food was stone cold we got the attention of the waiter who apologised and said he’d get a new one cooked it was possibly cold as they were waiting on my food. Now we were seated just a short distance from the kitchen when the food went back a female member of staff proceeded to shout and through abuse that we’d sent the food back asking “we taking the piss” we could hear every word and complained to the male waitress who said he’d speak to her absolutely appalling behaviour and I will never go back to this store again. Not even the manager could Be bothered to apologise and we were offered wait for it……. A brownie free !!!

Very busy, fewer staff members doing their best to keep everyone happy. Very strict table policy, did not allow us to move 2 empty chairs to our table so two of our friends had to eat while standing. They enjoyed it anyway :-)

Busy Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was full, but after a short wait for a table was available. Ordered and paid for the food and drink through scanning the QR code. The glasses were promptly brought to the table for us to fill up at the drinks vending taps. As we returned to our table, the food arrived. The kitchen team were on fire (not literally). Perfect meal and catch up with a mate - 2 happy customers 🙂

Enjoyed the visit. Although, the place could be fully booked and one has to wait if no prior booking is made. Moreso, if not arriving within 10 minutes of your booking means you likely to lose the slot booked. Good customer service, nice food and music, very artistic decor, chickens not that small and overall good experience. Bathrooms available, and access for wheelchair. I would recommend the place to everyone. Bonus point is free more than enough parking.

I only had to wait inside for 20 mins waiting for food, i book to collect at 6pm but didnt get my food till 20 past, it is a very overwhelming place the music is to loud so everyone is shouting at each other, and the food it will prepared but it not food that i think is worth the money you could get the same sort of things from a weatherspoons. It was clean and tidy and the staff were working hard, but it took 15 mins for me to be asked what i was waiting for when i was standing at the tale away counter not the best first impression.

Was quite a 30mins wait to get a table. A bit noisy and i had to go pick up my food myself after ordering 😞 And the refill drink was quite pricy 😏 Nonetheless, the boneless chicken was tasty and the best part was the corn cob 🙂

The service was fast and friendly on today's visit. Unfortunately this is where the positivity ends. To start the drinks tasted strange despite changing glass, I believe the machine needs a good clean. The tables were very close leaving us feel crammed. The portion sizes have gone down but the prices have gone up.

Getting a table doesn't take long, even when it's packed with students! Food is quick and tastes brilliant. Love going here. Thanks to all the staff there. Appreciate your hard work

Food was decent. Toilets disgusting. Reported to staff but nothing done about it. Also prices have shot up recently. Poor choice of sugar free drinks - no Fanta orange! Plenty of parking. Very busy.

Order take out from nantgarw (collection) a few times a week and they are always spot-on and consistent with both food quality and collection time. Management literally runs sometimes when it’s busy! Clearly a well-motivated bunch and I appreciate their diligence, it’s why I keep coming back.

Do you like chicken in a variety of marinades and sauces that slowly get hotter through the scale? Nandos always provides an odd experience. The service is half school cantine and half restaurant. If you don't mind selecting the least dirty piece of cutlery that has recently been unceremoniously dumped into a bucket then this might just be the place for you. The food is relatively consistent, not a bad experience.

Really friendly team and tasty well prepared food with a good choice. Salads and starters to share were delicious. Knocked one star off because toilets were dirty, ice machine was broken and limited range of drink options due to a syrup supply shortage.

I visited this Nando’s for the first time on 9/5/22 and will never return, by far the worst Nando’s I have eaten in. It started with the order, my husband told the woman at the till that it is a gluten free order, which should be taken by a manager, but her response was what you have ordered is gluten free anyway!!! They have to make the cooks aware to avoid cross contamination but nothing was mentioned. After 45 minutes of waiting for our food my husband went to speak to the manager to see where our food was, and it had got lost between the till and the kitchen, which was next to each other!! We finally got our food which was ok, nothing special but it’s only chicken and chips, but had better at other Nando’s. Also during our time waiting for our food I witnessed the cooks eating chips in the kitchen as they were cooking them and dishing up, not only that one of the waitresses thought she would join in and regularly went into the kitchen to help herself to handfuls of chips, and having a laugh and a joke with the cooks whilst peoples food was waiting to be served to them. Very unprofessional and poor service.
