I don't know about other McDonalds, but this one by Culverhouse Cross, contains the most incompetent staff possible. I wonder how they are still running. EVERY TIME, either by getting the order through Uber eats, or directly inside the restaurant, or by drive through, EVERY TIME there are items missing. Today, through uber eats, they missed 5 (five) sandwiches, so we had to eat their incompetently uncooked fries and oily nuggets. Interestingly, we still order from them, much rarely though. Most of the times we go there to pick it up to check the items. Why is nobody taking any measure with this restaurant? So many times we complained to Uber, they just refund and that's it!

What is McDonald's? Quick, consistent & cheap. This one is slow and the food was mainly cold and had obviously been standing for ages. Portion control doesn't exists. Got a 1 small & 1 large Mcflurry both had the same amount of ice cream in them 🤷🏼‍♂️

They are all special needs, including the managers and the owner. Orders never right, food cold, zero effort in preparation and accept no responsibility. The absolute pits of the food establishment. Will never use McDonald's or Just Eat again.

I'm obsessed with McDonald's. Always getting food from here. I will admit the staff here aren't the greatest, always missing an item from my order, and sometimes the order screens don't print receipts as no one puts new paper in there. Luckily, I use the McDonald's app, so it's in recent orders. The prices are flexible and cheap, for such fast food. Friendly to all ages. Food comes fresh as always busy, and wait can be long.

You can use the machine to order meals in this place, and you can also go to the counter, but the store is not too big, and it is also convenient for people in wheelchairs

Come here once a week after sports, consistently good hot food and usually very fast. Staff are competent and friendly. One of the best mcdonalds I've been too

Wanted a coffee milkshake (1 medium vanilla milkshake and 2 shot espresso mixed together), but the milkshakes were off the menu. Was planning on grabbing a bite to eat and take advantage of the wifi, but with no milkshakes there wasn't any point. I turned around and left. *shrugs*

Nice enough McDonald with a clean and tidy restaurant and clean toilets which isn't always a given. Food is as you would expect typically McDonald's style so you know what to expect and you will get exactly that. Staff are friendly and helpful and will answer your questions and help you.

Convenient late night dining. Won't let you have a double patty in a mcplant 😞 car park always seems a bit tight to get round but the loos are clean 🤣

This restaurant needs a management overhaul, no cohesion, service 20 minutes, ignore customers when they chase up orders. Staff looked like they’re all over the place

Just received my 2x LARGE portion of fries.... no fries left in the bag ....

I would give less of a rating if it was possible. I called in here about 3:30 am, on the way back from the airport. As this McDonalds advertises as 24 hour service, I imagined the service, would be 24 hours. How wrong I was !! What you actually get is food from earlier in the day, that's been laying around for hours and just kept warm or reheated. The quality of the food at any point in the 24 hours of service, should be consistent. After all, the company charges the same amount of money at any point during the day. The burgers were almost inedible the fries actually were, I had to throw them away. The staff need to be restrained to understand, when food is no longer of a saleable standard. What they should have done was throw it away and cook fresh when a customer places an order.

2nd time I have been snapped and shouted at by same young girl working there early mornings. This 2nd time , some months later on Thurs 7th Dec around 5.18am. The very Same girl! Just more rude than the last time! Unbelievable! . I asked if she would serve my drinks instead of the lad mopping the floor as he did not wash his hands between doing so. She told the lad what I’d asked and he replied ‘Whaaaat’ ! She brought my drinks to me at drive through after my food & screamed in my face - ‘You do know that’s what his job is don’t you ! Cleaning & serving food!’ My polite snd calm reply to her ‘yes but people usually wash their hands in between’ . On her finally finding & handing my receipt , which I hadn’t asked for . ‘I calmly told her that I hadn’t been rude to her , She replied screeching at me -‘well don’t come back then!’ * Charming customer service McDonalds ! * NOT ! ** And even more concerning …. Cleanliness attitudes. Clearly I won’t be going back! ***Would have given minus stars if able . Your staff have some serious hygiene / cleanliness issues as well as lacking any customer service skills.

The staff are helpful and polite, the food is normally good and tastes hot and fresh, well as fresh as it can be for a fast food outlet. The drawback is there always seems to be a long wait on the drive thru, maybe they are just short staffed.

Food okay, service adequete and atmosphere like a zoo. Fadt food joint not a typical resturaunt is it. Think we all know that though. If you sit outside at this one you have a lovely view of the car park to asda (opposite) being dug up and redone. Traffic a nightmare if want to do drive through as due to roadworks you are diverted right the way through asda car park and out the other side just to get in to mc donalds.

omg the young girl working there early hours is so rude !!! and they serve cold food. My food just looked like it was cooked one our ago and then just passed to me to save them time. Terrible Service, never going back.

For a fast food chain, this McDonald's provides a good service with friendly staff. To be totally honest, we did find a hair in the chicken burger and the staff manager was mortified, so apologetic. We were offered a refund but we declined, we made them aware so they can learn from it.

My order took 20 minutes despite me being the only person in there 😄

Been in the drive through for 25 mins and then told to park up. Would have been served quicker in a proper restaurant. Very unhappy. Fast food is is definitely not.

I went through the drive through, I got a MC Crispy and MC Spicy. The chicken was under cooked and the customer service was lacking they had no empathy for what had happened. It was not worth skimping I wish I would've gone to Burger king instead!

Okay in a pinch though I would go to the one in Leckwith if you can. I found that they didn't put any salt on the chips most of the time and I was given lukewarm food many times I would go through the drive thru.

You know what to expect from a Maccie D’s so it’s all about service. Culver never disappoints. Too marks for speed. If they make a mistake - speedy resolution. Bonus points for the outdoor play cube for the kids.

Staff serving didn't know their arse from their elbow. Considering it wasn't very busy. But on a good note, it is very hospitable and friendly, especially the lady who gave out the balloons, as well as cleaning up was formominal with all of the kids and not just my grandchildren. She deserves a medal. Must add chips were cold due to being prepared prior ordering.

Very busy when we got there. Very few parking spaces and busy inside the restaurant. Also didn't help that the app wouldn't let me pay, but the drive through staff were pretty quick to be fair. Unfortunately milkshakes and the special I wanted were not available.

Do not oder anything for delivery from here, they don't get orders right the orders don't turn up they won't resend out an order if missing items or wrong, you get rubbish compensation for missing items, if an order doesn't turn up you wait days for a refund if you'll get one, oh yes but let's blame the delivery people they use because it isn't there problem, even when you drive up they can't get orders right. Multiple times this Mcdonalds have made mistakes it's just eats problem with the drivers just eats problems when food is missing, don't ring them up and challenge them on rubbish service though cos they just hang up on you absolutely appalling... Use another Mcdonalds is my best advice I won't use here again given far too many chances as it is

At drive through. They took the wrong order, then said they would rectify, then when I went to pay and they had the wrong order. They sorted it and I paid, but had to wait 12 minutes for it. Used to be my fav drive through but the service is getting bad.

What is wrong with the staff in this place? Annoyed at you being there, annoyed at you trying to sort your rubbish into the right bins and snatch it off you then roll their eyes (sorry for trying to recycle??) and annoyed when THEY give you the wrong order. They quite literally threw my order at me when I went back with an incorrect item. I was so shocked all I could do was say thank you? 😳 Need a serious management review in this store, and some serious staff replacement! Can't stress how awful it really is.

No food but they took my money! It was crowded and the staff were overworked. I ordered on the machine but it had run out of paper for a receipt, so no receipt, waited for my food. It took ages, the order number moved to the collect queue and then vanished, no call of my order number. After a while asked them too check it, the assistent looked and said it wasn't on the board, I said yes, I watched it all the way till it had disappeared. He went into a huddle with the a few others and then they all ignored me. They were good at evading contact with me and just blanked me while they sorted out the other orders. I tried to get thier attention to see if I could get a refund, but no joy, so I left. Money gone but no meal. Basically if they lose your meal, they don't want to know you.

It's like I got the leftovers of chips, soaked in motor-oil. If you can't get even this right, then I don't know... Shame...

Terrible place, only order because the kids like it but there is always something missing from the order, i mean every time, without fail. Plus there is no way to feedback/complain to mcdonalds. Additional, just openedy burger and there's already a bite taken out of it, disgusting!!!!

Service at drive thru in culverhouse cross was terrible. My order was taken wronly and I was made to feel ilke it was my fault and nothing was offered to correct and the person who served me justed looked away for a little time then said umm umm are you sure. I was made to feel as if I was holding everyone up so just paid and got the food, but a very dissatisfied customer. This experience has put me off visiting again.

Waited in a long queue. No milkshakes. No Big Tasties. I bought two dips, which have doubled in price in the last few months (inflation isn't double) which they forgot to give me even though its on the receipt (not the first time, they always seem to miss the dips). Fries were only half full which meant my large was about less than a medium, I asked for no ice which was updated on the menu but got ice. Always check your bags to see if it's all there. I usually ask for salt just for an excuse to look inside. A company that's lots it focus on getting the basics right.

2 happy meals 2 adult meals on a wednesday lunch time but not one ice cream available! Cheerfully told they are cleaning the machine!! Really at lunch time very poor!

Friendly and kind staff, my daughter spilled coffee all over by mistake, staff was checking on her, replaced the coffee for free and treated the situation with grace. I haven’t seen this in a long time. One of these experiences that restores your faith in humanity and I am humbled by it.

Not happy!! Our delivery arrived a bit late my chips were missing and all meals were cold. Drinks were in the bag with our food and must have been in a cooler bag for delivery. Definitely not recommend
