If I could give zero stars I would. Don't visit this take away often, as the food has always been awful. But when I do visit, I think, ' maybe they have changed now.' Friday night I really fancied bag of chips. I came here and placed an order of chips. I waited about 20 mins and I was the only person there. I thought they must have been cooking them fresh, but as you'll see in photo, they must have been cooked last week! The photo actually does it no justice to show just how bad these chips actually were. Whilst waiting I also noticed a hygiene rating of 1 in the window. I will never come here again, as long as these are in charge. Worst food ever.

When the Chinese takeaway first started it was great. But over time it has deteriorated. Many times missing items. This time I ordered House Special fried rice. There was no chicken in it. It wasn't nice at all. I won't be ordering from there again.

We ordered on a friday night which we realise is always a busy period, however we waited half an hour on top the estimated delievery of an hour and a half before contacting the restaurant to find out they had closed without delivering our food. We then contacted Just-Eat who told us the order had been registered as complete but they opened an investigation. The restaurant's reply was that unfortunately their "delivery driver was very busy" and even though they had taken the money for the order, they had not bothered to deliver it or to even get in touch to inform us that we would not be getting our dinner. Thanks to Just-Eat we are getting a refund but we will not trust this restaurant again.

By far the worst fish and chips I've ever had. Chips greasy and sloppy Batter was dark hard and fish was jelly like with a pink hue. Wasnt cod or haddock. Also barley any fish once we hacked through the batter Expensive for what you get Curry sauce was horrible

I'm happy to say that all the 1 star reviews were all well justified. This is the worst Chinese I have ever had. Had pork fried rice. The pork was fatty and dry and the rice..... Well let's not even go their. The chips were dry and soggy (I didn't think that was possible either lol) and the and the brown water that was ment to be curry sauce just tasted of Chinese 5 spice. Please, please, please avoid this place

Food was absolutely awful. We don’t have high expectations when ordering take away Chinese food but it was just terrible, the fried rice was a strange greasy blob, the ribs just fat. Another smaller gripe, when ordering I asked for vermicelli noodles - Pheonix reply -nah...dunno what your on about butt. Me - fine noodles? The thin type? The Pheonix ..- thin? Noodles??? Nah dunno what your on about Steer Clear.

Staffed by two teenagers at 7.50 on a Saturday evening; just two other customers in the shop at the time. I should have had my wits about me. The fish and chips was totally inedible. It was the worst food I’ve ever wasted money on and I’m 55! Looked clean on arrival and like another reviewer I didn’t spot the 1star hygiene rating until we’d already ordered and paid. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother going there.

Worst Chinese ever. Rice tasted like boil in a bag rice. meat was dry. Chips were warmed up and tasted like plastic. There were items missing of the order. This place is seriously awful

Absolutely awful! £24 for chinese that we couldnt eat! The fried rice was undercooked no egg just tasteless , curry sauce like water, chow main was coated in a thick orangey paste which was vile and nothing like it should of been. The chilli ribs didnt have any chilli on them and were cold and fatty. So annoyed with what we got and ended up starving because it was not edible at all. I would appreciate this being refunded to me as none of this food has been touched and still in the containers. Very disappointed in your standards and quality of food u sell.

I received my order this evening and boy it was disgusting, no flavour, bland, I had the Chicken, Pork and Beef Fried Rice which had big lumps of meat and fat, not small chunks like other Chinese takeaways, there was no egg, no other vegetables, the Fried Noodles with Onion was just awful, it's appalling food, the only thing that was good about the order was the Prawn Toasts and the early Delivery, I will never order from here again, what a waste of £19, I only had abt 5 mouthfuls I had to chuck it away, I really would like a Refund!!!
