The Welsh parliament building is beautiful. With its long swooping curves and it's wood and glass construction. Well worth a visit. The security is tight to get in but once inside you can see the debating chamber and have a coffee and cake in the cafe which has views to rivel any where. If you have not been, definitely worth a visit

Interesting building, used as the Welsh Parliament since 2006. It can be visited without any costs.

Interesting place to visit. Great architecture. Café open to the public and quieter than many others in the area. Airport style security at the entrance so empty your pockets. Tours are available though I didn't take one. I went mainly for the poppy display.

Really modern building. You can visit it to learn more about Welsh politics and the evolution of the country over the years. It is interesting even if you are coming as a tourist/visitor, because the staff is really friendly and helpful. They will try to explain everything you want and also small exhibitions can give you a even better view of the status. A very good nice thing is that the building is built with materials coming from Wales and with focus in the environmental sustainability.

Brilliant place to visit. Lovely cafe inside. As it’s The Welsh Parliament, security is tight a bit like airport security

A really good experience finding out about the working of the Senedd and how laws are created in Wales. It was difficult to hear at times but that couldn't be helped as more than one group were having tours at the same time.

It is a nice public place where you can have a coffee. It has a nice relaxed feel for a parliament building. Just needs a little more info on the history of devolution in Wales.

Did a successful and satisfying poo in the parliament toilets. Spent a good 40 minutes in there fantasising about whether my cheeks have shared the same seat as mark drakeford. Lovely stuff.

Really interesting building to visit. Free to enter and there's a large playmat with lego for the kids to entertain themselves, so you can sit in the cafe, enjoy a drink and pretend their not yours for 5 mins.

A great welcome, including from security staff. Very accessible, in terms of what you can see and the explanations about how the Senedd works. Building and whole setting very impressive -- including Cardiff Bay.

A fantastic experience. The public are able to walk around the Senedd and view certain aspects. The building has some beautiful tiles throughout the building. It's a must to visit

Definitely well worth a visit. The guides are more than happy to show people around and talk about the history. There is a nice cafe and a shop that sells books.

Enjoyed seeing inside of the Senedd, a sculpture in its own right, the wood is beautiful. Very friendly & professional security team. A must while in Cardiff Bay 😊

Free entry, security check, interesting to see inside. Cool, unusual wooden structure, and can look down into the parliament chamber from above.

What a welcoming experience! We were standing outside looking at the phoenix artwork inside when a lady came out inviting us inside. She explained to us what the phoenix is all about, and what else we can see and do, then allowed us to explore. I hadn't realised that the building was open to the public so it was quite a nice surprise.

Fabulous experience, we had a kind representative who explained the history and the working of the Senedd, entry is free, good time to visit in this time of the year which is less busy, took 45 min, had to go through security check but worth the visit, must see when in Cardiff

I was a bit luck being here, just when a reggae show was being presented. Brilliant musicians, and a wonderful place. Really liked the bay mood, friendly people and a joyful day. Strongly recommended when visiting Cardiff.

The Welsh Assembly building is architecturally outstanding. The materials are superb and the curvaceous roof is a joy to behold. Another Richard Rogers masterpiece. There is a comprehensive tour at 11am, which is well worth participating. A constant visual bonus is the view towards the Bay.

Very nice Wales Parliament tour on Monday afternoon with the stuff Hannah, she was very helpful and answered a lot of questions. The constituency card and region card really do make you sense the transparency of the parliament.

Attended a debate regarding dementia...so interesting...the staff working there are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

The architecture is uninspiring and lacks any sort of character history or ties to Wales. It is an artificial tumour on the Bay that lacks any depth. It may use Welsh materials, but it could quite easily have been copied and pasted from any other modern urban area where real beauty is no where to be found. I will comment not on the assembly members who sit in here, only as much as to say that the building is very fitting to their nature.
