Fantastic views from the front of the building, the building itself is well worth a visit. Very accessible and interesting exhibits over a few rooms. Very nice cafe.

What an incredible experience. My business trip to Aberystwyth couldn’t be any better thanks to the friendly staff at the Library! Interesting exhibits, access to the reading area, warm room- great for any work you need to do on your laptop ot if you need a more cozy place to read. Stunning views, children play area, cafe on site and a souvenir shop. Keep up the good work, you’re amazing!

Great cafe but parking was chaos because of refurbishment more temporary signs needed but atleast it was free during refurbishment.

Culture, loved it. Definitely pop the headphones on in the TV & sound exhibition. And for the first ever maps of Wales check out the Treasures room.

I photographed a wedding here a few years ago and wow! absolutely stunning building with great views over aberystwyth and Ceredigion bay. I highly recommend at least considering your wedding here because you're away from the busy town and you'll have your own sanctuary to celebrate your wedding day.

Interesting exhibitions: a permanent exhibition of highlights from the collection (books, maps, manuscripts, paintings and photographs), only small just one room, but worthwhile nonetheless; and temporary exhibitions (Dylan Thomas and 'Under Milk Wood' on my visit). Free to visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Free WiFi. Ample parking; charges apply (though, free on my visit). Also, great views of Aberystwyth from the steps outside.

Always enjoy visiting here. However, whereas the restaurant used to be excellent it is now truly awful!
