The apartment it's so neat and clean. Their staffs customer service was amazing from the beginning. Very informative, helpful and friendly. Overall our 3 night stays were so comfortable 🥰🥰🥰🥰❤

We’re in Cardiff for a stretch because of my husband’s job. Staying with Aaron Wise has been like having a home away from home. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed and maintained. And the management is so warm, responsive and helpful. It makes a huge difference when being so far from home.

I stayed at Arron Wise for three consecutive weeks, making use of the same duplex apartment each time. Overall the apartment was spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen was well appointed and the coffee machine a nice touch. The bedroom has small roof window which means the room is brilliantly dark at night (but well lit when needed) and I found the bed firm and comfortable. The bathroom and supplied toiletries were also of an excellent standard. I was also pleased to have been supplied with a robe and slippers. Key-less entry also makes for a fuss-free check-ins/outs and electronic invoicing reduces the need for more 'bits of paper'. Located on a reasonably quiet embankment a short walk to the station, and the view is at it's best when rowers are practicing on the River Taff in the morning. If I need to return to South Wales Arron Wise will be the first place I try to get accommodation - So yes, I'd recommend it!

Terrible Company. With disregard for the immediacy of my safety concerns. After a breach of my room, I was asked to wait until the morning for a response. How ridiculous. If someone had access to my room. Do you not think its a bit dangerous for me to just hang tight.

Someone broke into my room. It is an unsafe place to stay. Liked · I felt totally unsafe. No CCTV anywhere on the property and No bolt lock on door only a pin code. Someone went into my room without my permission during the day. Staff were unresponsive and it resulted in me moving to alternative accommodation. It has black mold everywhere, my room smelt of ciggerettes and it was very dirty. I was not refunded even though I did not stay in the room. VERY VERY awful experience. They had no record about what staff had been in and out of the property. They had no security. The property is on an unsafe street with homelessness and is next to what seems to be a half-way house. I can not express enough how terrible my experience was. Disliked · It was awful. Do not stay here unless you would sleep on the streets. It is that unsafe. It is a disaster waiting to happen and I did not stick around to be victim to such a place. I later received an email to say no staff had been in my room. Which means there was unauthorised access to my room that day, nothing was taken because all I left was a few items of clothing and toiletries. I had pulled my chair right up to the door before leaving. So you can only open the door by 1 foot and would need to wiggle your hand in to push the chair out of the way. However, upon my return the chair was out of the way of the door by about a meter. This is how I knew someone had been in my room. Anyway I write this review as a warning that you shouldn't stay at this property.

Should have been far better. On arrival the hall carpets and bedroom carpets were extremely dirty. Spattered in dirt . Very obvious. One evening we found the mattress protector under the clean sheet on the bed to be stained and smelling of urine. We attempted to contact the management team but they did not arrive until the next day. The rest of the apartment was clean and tidy. And a sheet and fan was delivered when requested as the weather was extremely hot. Footnote : Two managers came to see us on leaving. Extremely apologetic and offered us 20 percent reduction on a future stay. I'll leave you to judge if this is sufficient.

Unbelievable quality for the price, and could not ask for a better location. All of the Castle quarter arcades are just a few minutes' walk away.

Great long term accomodation for my hospital placement, bus stop right outside. Had everything I needed inc a coffee machine, tv, cutlery, washing machine and dishwasher. Staff were helpful and quick to reply to emails.

Perfect location in the heart of Cardiff. Very very clean. Almost everything is available including a microwave, cutlery and dishes, a kettle, and so forth in each room. There is also smoking area washing machine and a very tidy kitchen in the apartment. Worth the price. Would try it again 👌

Beds were really comfy, the apartment was very clean and it's in the perfect location which is very close to everything. Only thing I would say is the 4 people apartment was very small and made it hard for us all to sit at the sofa. Other than that everything else was great

It is somewhere I've already recommended to other and will continue to do so. The apartment was Gorgeous. The design was 10/10. Very clean and welcoming. You are very looked after here. Coffee machine, dressing gowns, slippers, water, ice, biscuits all presented beautifully. TV in front room and bedroom. Cute little garden 👌 I'll be returning asap. Duplex Apartment. Well maintained apartments in Cardiff. Useful shared kitchen and lounge areas where you can cook a full blown meal of just have simple breakfast of toast or a fry up and sit outside in the outside terrace. It's a good job there is an electric patio heater seeing as it tends to rain a lot!!

Got separated into 2 apartments, one at no.17 and one at no.57. 57 was tiny and cramped , 17 was lovely and spacious. Had to walk up and down the street each night due to being separated. Would have been lovely had we both been based at 17 butit ended up inconveniencing us greatly

Beautiful photos of the apartment..but nothing like what I got..paid £200 for 2 nights in spacious 2 bedroom apartment, instead we got a cramped bedsit looking place. The damp on the living room walls was disgusting, the draft coming in from under the window in the living room was unbelievable! The sofa was small & uncomfortable (definitely not for 4 ppl as advertised). However the bedroom was lovely, the beds were nice & comfy...we slept like babies...but....there was no bathroom robes as advertised either... Morning time went to use the shower & there was no hot water!!! Rang out of hours number & fair play we had quick assistance.... however he couldn't fix the shower, so we were then moved to a different apartment...only thing is it was a 1 bedroom instead of 2 like we'd paid for.... We had to wait for an hour whilst they got this "apartment" ready, when we entered the bedroom the stench of cigarette smoke was overwhelming!!! It was literally stuck to the walls..by this time my valentine's weekend was ruined....the shower was working, but the toilet roll holder kept falling off whenever it was used due to the screw that was holding it had gone!! The "apartment" was so tiny...it was a huge disappointment for what was advertised.... would never go there again..those "apartments" suit ppl who just need a place to crash & aren't really bothered about standards....but for £200 I expected alot more than what I got

Stayed here for 3 nights, very nice hotel and in a really area of Cardiff. Would recommend highly!
