This is the first time ever I’ve shopped gold online and it was so worth it. Shopping for gold online is not a easy task as you’ll have so many questions and doubts and that’s very obvious because you’re paying a lot of money. However, Mariam, very lovely and polite lady called me and FaceTimed me to show the item I was very keen on, answered all my questions and more importantly reassured me. Bless her she was so sweet and I really appreciate her time. I received my item next day first thing in the morning which was very quick service. On top of that received such a nice gift for my newborn. I am so much happy. I will definitely visit the store in future to shop more as they always have such a fancy trendy gold items in reasonable price. Would recommend everyone to shop from them. I found Mubarak Jewellers online and rang Mariam. She was extremely helpful. They have a metal analyzer (Niton DXL) which confirms the gold content of what they are selling. I bought some lovely 22 carat earrings for my niece, but as I live far away, Mariam was happy to facetime me showing me the earrings and box selection. I found her service to be amazing and the communication is brilliant - both verbally and by WhatsApp. The invoice stated the 22 carats and weight in grams. She even provided a gift receipt that I could include for my niece. Postage was next day delivery before 1 pm. It arrived as expected (today-May 2022) and the earrings measure up to the exact specifications. They appear to want to serve their customers honestly and without any pressure. Having trawled around several Jewellery shops locally and in Hatton Garden, their gold price is very affordable and you get so much more for your money (please don't change that!) Having not dealt with them previously & not being local, I requested payment by credit card, which wasn't a problem & the added safety-net I required. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience. Extremely trustworthy. I will definitely recommend them and use again. What else can I say - honesty, integrity and great service is all you can hope for these days and Mubarak give that out in spades!!

Went into this outfit a while back and tried selling a gold necklace that my husband had given to me as a wedding gift. I needed the money to pay a bill. They quoted me a certain price and said they needed to disassemble the necklace to ascertain its true weight and worth. After doing this they came to the conclusion that it was only worth a third of the price they had quoted. Had no choice but to VERY RELUCTANTLY accept this as the product was completely ruined by now. Couldn't understand the difference in price either. Surely you had an idea of its estimated worth before hand within a 10/20% range?? but a third of the original price!!!!!?????? A very upsetting experience. AVOID! I ordered a ring 2 weeks ago after going into store and finding one i liked in store. Was told i would receive ring couple days after as they didn’t have my size. I received no communication about my order and was calling daily for an update to be told they’ll be in touch. That never happened. I asked for a refund and took 4 days. Avoid the stress and go elsewhere.

Love my 22k gold chain. It took 13 weeks to arrive from order and communication could have been better but I cannot fault the end product.

My girlfriend took a necklace she inherited from her grandmother here to have it fixed and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Despite it being a fragile piece of gold jewellery they did a great job of mending it and provided advice on how to care for it in the future. We will definitely return here for any future repairs 😊

seen this place all over TikTok and instagram so drove over an hour to go see, wanted to order a ring but because they didn’t have the size available he said this would have to be ordered, we were told this would max take a week which was fine, and we would receive it the following week, paid a deposit and left! After we left we have no communication from the guy who served us, no calls to say it’s being made or it’s on it way.. no point ordering from them because you most likely won’t even get your jewellery after being promised 😂 don’t bother wasting your time go elsewhere …
