I
am
writing
this
after
I
have
had
a
very
bad
and
unprofessional
experience
with
your
company.
On
23
December
2021
I
booked
an
online
ride
with
Booking
Ref:
227236
After
which
the
money
was
withdrawn
from
my
Bank
account
then
I
started
to
have
my
Worst
experience
ever:
1.
Primarily
I
received
a
confirmation
email
from
them
which
was
sent
wrong
regarding
my
Luggage
stating
that
it
is
0
after
which
I
emailed
support
and
received
an
email
from
Mr
Steven
confirming
my
ride
and
confirming
that
he
correctly
booked
3
bags
for
my
trip.

Since
that
event
we
had
4
complete
days
before
my
departure
to
London
and
I
was
never
contacted
by
this
company
about
any
Changes
regarding
my
booking.

On
27
December
2021
I
arrived
at
Heathrow
Airport
terminal
2
as
per
my
booking
with
your
Company
and
I
kept
waiting
for
more
than
an
Hour
for
anyone
to
show
up
but
unfortunately
nothing
Happened.

And
Since
I
didn't
have
a
UK
number,
I
had
to
Call
their
Customer
service
as
an
international
call
by
my
Egyptian
mobile
and
to
be
honest
I
was
completely
astonished
to
hear
their
customer
service
agent
telling
me
over
the
phone
that
there
is
no
reservation
under
my
name
and
when
I
told
him
that
I
have
a
confirmation
email
and
a
booking
reference,
he
laughed
and
said
Oh
is
it
you
Ahmed,
I
am
sorry
to
tell
you
that
our
company
is
in
Southampton
and
that
we
are
not
going
to
get
you

The
call
then
ended
because
I
didn't
have
enough
money
in
my
credit
to
complete
this
call
and
surprisingly
their
agent
didn't
trouble
himself
to
call
me
back.

I
really
need
to
know
why
did
this
company
book
the
ride
and
withdraw
my
money
if
they
can
not
offer
me
this
service
,
and
why
didn't
they
contact
me
by
email
if
it
was
difficult
for
them
to
reach
my
phone
so
as
to
give
me
a
chance
to
book
my
ride
with
another
company
.

And
of
course
due
to
this
totally
unprofessional
and
unacceptable
behaviour
from
this
company
I
had
to
be
kept
waiting
in
Heathrow
airport
for
more
than
2
Hours
in
order
to
find
another
Taxi
from
the
Airport
which
Charged
me
213
pounds
at
the
time
that
I
could
have
booked
a
much
cheaper
Taxi
if
your
company
was
honest
with
me
from
the
beginning
and
informed
me
that
you
couldn't
pick
me
up
from
Heathrow
airport.

And
to
make
this
experience
with
the
them
the
worst
ever
today
is
12/01/2022,
this
16
days
after
their
unprofessional
cancellation
of
their
ride
with
me
they
did
not
refund
the
money
back
to
my
Bank
account
provided
that
I
did
send
many
emails
and
I
called
them
3
times
but
with
no
response
