Burrito on the go, fast food/street food place at the center of the city. Nice seating arrangements and nice street view from the window. Very friendly people at service, good service. Taste and price were quite okay.

Good food and atmosphere, those are undeniable. Service though leaves something to be desired. I arrived at 12.15 expecting a quick lunch even though there was a queue - and I left at 12.45 with nine people still ahead of me and the staff busy making a mountain of burritoes for a delivery order. While I have no qualms with the food from my previous visit here - and the atmosphere is lovely - customers who're waiting in line really should be prioritized especially given the proximity of the shop to Strathclyde university and the limited lunch time that students may have.

What a satisfyingly painful heat heehee, staff were far to welcoming for the evil devilish fire they were about to set alight in my mouth. Haha. Washed down with a very enjoyable cool and fruity beverage. This place is a hidden firey gem of Glasgow. Certainly recommend

Quick service, easy to place your order and cost seems about average for the size of burritos. The place is clean with lots of seating and is a great location. The staff are all extremely helpful, friendly and patient (visited afternoon of the 24th September). Vegan and gluten-free options are available. The guacamole is fresh and tastes great. There are two vegan deserts, churos (with vegan sauce) and a brownie though they aren't listed on the menu board. The staff were thoughtful and suggested these options after placing my vegan burrito order.

Good attempt to capture the magic of Chipotle Restaurant. I tried the Chicken Chipotle burrito. It was good, the service was good, the quality was good. Overall, good experience. I would recommend.

We are low carb and often eat taco salad back home, so we thought we would check this out. Not disappointed!!😁. We saw the Protein bowl and it was exactly what we wanted. Staff was patient with our diet requirements and explained all the dishes. Love this place. Great people, great food, reasonable prices.

Never been. But staff I have met away from store are fantastic, well educated, better at electronic principles than me, and can produce excellent brownies or maths when needed. When ever I get the opportunity I shall head straight here faster than a hungry hippo! A happy hippo too. The eaterie is inside so it's also a great place to hide from the rain. The management team is infinitely more experienced than humanly possible really.

I have passed by here over the years but never tried it until now. Searching for some kind of genuine street food in Glasgow city centre is tough and as I couldn't find any locally I thought I'd give here a try. Having been to a few burrito bars in the past I would sit this as average but not bad. The two female staff were helpful as I explained it was my first time there and I had no problems ordering. They explained that they no longer done the meal deal, which was top of the list on the website, but explained what deals were active. The burrito itself, while tasty enough, wasn't the warmest and, like I said before, average. My one annoyance was wanting to sit at the window and people watch as I was eating but the display sign sits at shoulder height so completely blocked the view without stopping. I don't know why you would have cracking big windows and block them? Overall, it's reasonably priced and tasty enough but not the authentic feel I was looking for. While it had the feeling of a chain or franchise I would still come again if an easy option was what I was after.

Really good and reasonably priced, although it costs to add certain things. The new vegan “chicken” is great

Very good food, not too much seats free when busy, if you're bad with English and unfamiliar with Mexican food, then it's going to be difficult to order food. Toilets downstairs.

I have ordered from here and visit during work lunch. I will never not come here, the staff are incredible and so lovely. They probably think im crazy for how spicy i like my burritos and they always deliver. They recently sent a little extra with my order and i want to thank the team for all of their hard work. Genuinly amazing customer service! Honestly, thank you <3

Visited here for the first time, heard all good stuff about this place. My experience has not been as good as for the staff, they seem to be quite rude and not seem to care. But as for the food quality, it was a bit disappointing as it was a little cold but it tasted okay. I would not recommend this place.

fairly decent burritos in here with the option of many different fillings I went with the pulled pork double cheese, guacamole, sour cream and red onion for my burrito. its quite expensive for what is, in effect, a giant wrap. conveniently located just off George Square in Glasgow City centre

Staff were all so friendly and one was dancing to Abba’s Waterloo whilst it was quiet which made me laugh. They even gave me student discount without proof because my phone was being repaired at the time.

  • 2/5 Lesley B. 1 year ago on Google
Burrito was wrapped so poorly that everything immediately fell out the bottom, despite keeping the foil. Contents were lukewarm, not mixed/laid well and had a tiny sprinkle of cheese. Not clear what your toppings options were or what ingredients were in each option. Also not clear which toppings carried an extra charge. I had a basic beef burrito and it cost £10. What cost extra? Who knows. Table hadn’t been cleaned, tray and napkins weren’t provided. Would avoid in future

Bar Burrito on Queen Street, Glasgow. The Eastern European girl was not so helpful and rushed us forgetting one meal in a party of six people and generally not very polite. She wasn’t able to really help with advice for our 5 year old and therefore not kid-friendly. The Man on the till and the tall lady in the middle were lovely and helpful though, restoring confidence in your restaurant.

I went with my two children after swimming to treat ourselves to a burrito. One of the staff put little bit rice and little bit meat in my burrito, I looked at rest of the burritos and asked her why she put less than half of what she put in my children burritos? She replied rudely ( this is the regular amount and if you want more you pay extra) I paid extra for regular size burrito because I don’t want to ruin my time with my kids but I will never go there again and I’m telling everyone about it she was so rude and had bad attitude.

By chance, I thought I’ll have something different for lunch today (17/11/2022). Went for the classic regular burrito. Do not even bother. By the time I walk the two minute distance back to my office, it cooled down considerably and the worst bit, it’s the soggiest and tasteless burrito I have ever had. £9.45 went straight in the bin. And to top it off, got charged an extra £0.50 for mushrooms (that was flagged by the sales person) and an extra £1.00 for guacamole!! The guacamole should be included in the pile. I’m pretty sure our Mexican friends wouldn’t touch this place with a barge pole :/ Annoyed, and HUNGRY, is an understatement.

Yes to this place, a great chain, great locations and great seating to enable people watching! Super easy to order also. We had the naked chicken bowl with brown rice and all the trimmings. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious, we had the regular size which we shared.

My husband and I visited the Queen Street restaurant earlier this week and enjoyed a very nice meal. Good sized portions made with fresh ingredients at a very reasonable price. Great value for money is really important in this cost of living crisis.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good experience all round.

Excellent comes to mind! The grandest, loaded burrito ever. Mine was filled with chicken and everything else. Hubby had beef. They even laughed at the poor joke...."coo"(sorry). We will be back.

My partner has been here before and highly recommended it. This was my first time and I cannot compliment the staff more. They guessed this was my first time and spoke me through the menu :)

  • 5/5 Gareth M. 11 months ago on Google
It's always freshly prepared, and you can personalise your order any which way you want. Can't fault it and it's my go to when I fancy some Mexican!

These are the best burritos outside of Tijuana. The guacamole is not dissimilar to what the apostles rustled up for Jesus at the last supper. I once saw Michael Keaton ordering nachos to takeaway here.

Food tastes good, but PLEASE ask people if they want coriander in their food, people either hate it or love it, there is no in-between and the burrito I ordered today went in the bin as it had coriander. I ordered from your deliveroo front restaurant "death valley burrito" yesterday, all was good, no coriander, but not sure about how legal it is to do that though, you also have "twisted health kitchen" misleading your customers that it's a different restaurant. At least add a "by barburrito" at the end like you've done with "quesadillas by barburrito". Otherwise, unethical practice

Bought a burrito which I carried out. I ate within 10 mins of buying it but the tortilla was soggy and had leaked through all the packaging. The texture made me feel sick. Ended up throwing it in the bin as it made me so nauseated. Not impressed and won't be back
