I can’t speak highly enough about Next Practice. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful and I’m super happy with Dr. Chatfield. She’s the only GP in Australia I’ve been to that didn’t try to prescribe me antibiotics all the time for no reason (which just stood out to me as a German haha). She always listens, makes sure to ask relevant questions and tries to find suit als solutions.

I have recently moved to West End and was looking for a GP I could see that was local. The Practice is conveniently located in the West Village that I frequently shop at and meet friends for coffee. I can honestly say that the Medical Practice is beautifully set up and feels very welcoming. I have seen Dr Chatfield there several times now and am very impressed with her warmth and absolute professionalism. Dr Chatfield goes over and beyond, even following up with a phone call to discuss blood results etc. I can not fault The Practice and am very happy with the service provided

Next Practice West End GP clinic is the best! I was a patient at their amazing Next Practice Albion medical clinic and moved house to West End / South Brisbane / Highgate Hill area. I needed an appointment available today and this medical centre went out of their way to help same day. They were also great with my kids! Was able to park for free right below it in West Village / Woolworths / harris farm parking 😀

Dr Power is a wonderful doctor. She has a lovely presence, and is very thorough during consultations. With regards to the practice, it is a lovely building. Spaced out and great for families. Free Parking available underground with west village.

I moved to Next Practice West End having previously been a patient at their Albion clinic. Everything about the clinic is outstanding. The space is warm and inviting, the front of house staff are kind and helpful and the Doctors are empathic and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Next Practice West End highly enough.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Next Practice, particularly Dr. Sheetal Bull. I have been attending their clinic and seeing Dr. Bull for approximately a year, and I’ve been treated with the absolute greatest level of care and compassion possible. His knowledge far exceeds other cannabis specialists and he actually has time for his patients, unlike some of the other clinics. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, or the clinic to anyone in need.

Great Doctors in brand new, nicely designed medical rooms. Very easy parking in the Harris Farm Markets parking garage. Highly recommended.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Matthew Harvey at 8:15 AM today, but he was nowhere to be found. I waited patiently until 8:45 AM, at which point I inquired about his whereabouts with the receptionist. Only then did they inform me that the doctor was running late. I wasted valuable time waiting for a doctor who didn't even show up. The office itself was clean and presentable, but the customer service was abysmal :(

This place is exceptional, it's refreshing to visit compared to other practices (particularly in the West End area) Dr Kylie has been a standout GP, considerate and always follows up. The reception staff are friendly and professional.

I had a 10AM appointment for a 30-minute consultation and was called into the consultation room at around 10.10AM, the doctor was rushing to finish my consultation at 10.26AM. After a few more minutes, I still feel rushed and it made me feel so uncomfortable. What’s the point of getting a 30-minute appointment and paying for it if the doctor doesn’t want to see you for the full 30 minutes, anyway.

This newly opened Medical Clinic in west end is stylish, light filled & has a well thought out layout. Most importantly the staff are polite, friendly, considerate, very knowledgeable & I feel confident placing my health care needs in their capable hands. I have visited this clinic for myself as well as for my 1 year old son. The doctor & nurse who saw my son were great with him & made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Dr Jacinta is one of the most lovely doctors I have had the pleasure to meet. I always am heard and cared for in my appointments. Would definitely recommend!

Worst experience I have had with a business in the west end village. I never leave any reviews, let alone 1 star reviews on anything. I called in asking for a phone appointment and the lady said it was all good to go. Whilst getting my info the line “disconnected” and they wouldn’t answer any of my calls when I would try to call back. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe they were busy on a Wednesday morning. So I just walk in to hopefully book in a phone appointment. There was maybe one patient there. Whilst wasting my time, the lady told me that they were booked out until tomorrow, even though over the phone she stated that they were free for phone appointments today. Instead of being cowardly and not returning my phone calls - to of which she picked up one of the phone calls and immediately hung up on - she truly wasted my time and effort.

Excellent service and facility, will call you if appointment running late... So they respect their patient's time. Doc was very knowledgeable, and understanding.
