I’ve been experiencing elbow pain from gym training for the past few months. When I see Will in the gym he has been giving me great education and advice on how to self manage. He also told me how to train around the pain that I have and how to self monitor its progression. I’ll be receiving shockwave therapy soon to hopefully fix it once and for all.

I have had issues with my shoulder and neck, and it has been troubling me for months. Will was very professional and knowledgable. He fixed my problem and taught me how to correct my posture. It’s been a few months and I feel a lot better now. Not only Will, the podiatrist Winnie also did a great job fixing my achilles. Taught me how to stretch and choose the right shoes.

I got a massage from Ivian today and I’d like to just say how bloody good she is, I like a deep tissue massage that might hurt but actually releases the problem area which we discussed. Don’t be fooled by her small size she summons the gods of Olympus and surgically delivers that strength into the right places meanwhile always asking if the pressure is right. If anyone is looking for a massage then book in. Thank Ivian!! Definitely be back
