Girls at the reception were helpful. However, Dr Isabel Derbyshire was the worst experience I had with a doctor. I spent less than 2 minutes in her office and the only question she asked was “Do you need a prescription?”. Although I showed her my previous prescription, she showed no interest in it and rushed me out of her office. I had to go back 3 times as my prescription was not right. I will definitely go back to the clinic but will see a different doctor.

I was walking past your clinic on Tuesday afternoon when I noticed a gentleman laying on the ground in your carpark. No less than 20 seconds later a young lady from your clinic came running outside and immediately assessed the gentleman, began CPR and gave direction to bystanders and other staff. This lady was an absolute gun and no doubt saved this guys life. I stayed to watch the situation unfold and she remained calm throughout and your team of staff worked together flawlessly. I later learned that not only was this young lady not a nurse or medical professional but was more than happy to jump in and do what needed to be done to save a life. An absolute asset to your team and is the reason that I will be visiting your medical practice in the near future. It is clear that your staff clearly care for all your patients and clients. Amazing work to all!

Dr Isabel Derbyshire is rude and arrogant. She acted as if I were wasting her time. Go to any other doctor. Horrible experience. wont be back. Lots of other reviews about her on google, didnt believe them before but now I see.

Went to the clinic today for an appointment, honestly the worst clinic I’ve been to in Australia. Got my payment receipt after the consultation and saw that without my knowledge and consent, the doctor tested me for a pregnancy. Her bedside manner was awful and made me feel very unwelcome discussing my symptoms and problems. Would not be returning nor recommending this clinic.

just wanted a quick appointment about my skin and to get a dermatologist referral. was about 10 mins late and the doctor i saw made me feel so guilty about it! i do understand being on time is important but i’m so used to doctors making me wait over an hour for an appointment and i thought 10 mins late wouldn’t be so bad. being late was on me and i take responsibility but my appointment felt rushed and that the doctor had little to no care and kept mentioning the fact i was late. and i didn’t feel comfortable opening up about things i wanted to talk about so just got the referral quickly to be over and done with. late or not showing care to patients should be number 1 priority. after my appointment i checked the reviews and it explained a lot. also today i called the practice i got referred to and they never got an email or letter from the doctor who referred me and it’s nearly been a month. i ended up having to sort that out myself. what a joke of a practice. will never be returning back here.

I found out about Better Access Medical online. I made an appointment, and the Doctor i saw was Dr Sandi Moore.. Doctor Moore is quite a good listener, and pulls no punches when giving me advice! Sandi is a fantastic Doctor! My previous GP of 3 years never listened to what i had to say, Sandi is all ears! I could not recommend Dr Moore more highly. She is the epitome of a good bedside manner! Thanks Dr Moore, i'm so pleased i found you!!!

I have been seeing Dr Moore for over 12 months. She is the first Doctor I’ve seen in over 9 years who has finally listened to my concerns regarding my health and continuously works to try and help me come up with a solution to my problems and advocates for me. She is an incredible doctor who goes above and beyond for her patients in a warm and caring manner.

I have always had a great experience here. They are considerate, caring and really want to help those who they treat. I enjoy seeing Gary for my blood tests and we always have a good chat. Dr. Derbyshire is also very understanding and she will offer great opinions! I understand that some people are annoyed by waiting but sometimes these things happen and I am always willing to wait (which has only happened once but with another doctor).

I don't like writing negative reviews but I had an awful experience with the female doctor here. I felt like I was annoying her with my health concerns. I told her about my symptoms and before I could finish talking she asked if I'd been 'sniffing' and that I probably have COVID (although my issue had nothing to do with COVID-19). She kept insisting it was COVID and I get a RAT test and sent me on my way before 5 minutes into the appointment. I wouldn't go here again.

Dr Merilyn Williams is great, she sometimes runs a little late but only due to giving each patient the time needed. She has assisted me alot with referrals and supporting my heart condition and I have made her my main GP due to the time, care and empathy she has shown me.

Had appointment with Doctor Moore, she is such a nice lovely person! Dr Moore is very warm, and importantly very professional! I would love to give her extra 5 stars if there was any!

My first visit and I had a caring experience. Dr.Alexander Moore is a great listener and an excellent doctor. Thank you. I will be going back. She was also the only doctor to explain Pain Management to me and how it works. Please use your maps when travelling there the first time, I ended up across the road where One Shot coffee is as there are doctors on that corner as well.

The best experience I have ever had with a medical centre. I had to have blood tests and was extremely nervous due to my needle phobia. Everyone put my mind at ease and calmed me down. They took the time to listen to me and helped me though the process. I walked in feeling highly anxious and walked out feeling so relieved. 100% recommended!

Dr Sandy creates such a safe space for her patients, I always feels listened to. I suffer from bad social anxiety, but I always feel at ease when seeing her! You can tell she truly cares about helping you :)

I just had an appointment with DR Sandy Moore, and I can not express enough how wonderful and amazing she was. She went above and beyond to help me. She was just beyond amazing i honestly can't thank her enough.

Dr. Isobel Derbyshire is one of the most competent health professionals I have ever met. She is understanding and very helpful in suggestions about personal health issues. I have seen criticisms about her and think that they are very immature and way over the top. I think a lot of older GP's could learn a thing or two from her.

Absolutely useless wouldn’t waste your time with the idiots here. The doctors here couldn’t care less. I saw Dr Isabel a few times and never again thanks.

I can not recommend the doctor Marilyn Williams enough. She is extremely warm and understanding and highly educated. You feel completely at ease and know your in the best hands. She called me before my appointment to give me test results at the end of her day when she wasn’t obligated to. She is one of the very few exceptional doctors around.

Dr Isabel is fantastic. She always actively listens to me and takes the time to explain everything in depth. Even when I have come to her with a million things in a shorter appointment, she didn’t rush me or brush anything off. I have recommended her and the clinic to lots of people and will keep returning even when I move out of the area. Reception staff are also always very friendly and given they don’t have the easiest job at times they do their best under stressful situations. Hats off ladies :-)

Dr Sandy Moore was a great GP and I was incredibly happy with her but since she's left and I've had to switch to a different doctor here, I've had an awful experience every time. I've been dealing with chronic health issues for over a year now and the new doctor I have has sent my surgical referral to the wrong catchment area multiple times. I've followed up 4 times and nothing has changed, I now have to go to a new GP as I genuinely feel I will not get treated correctly by the current practitioner. It doesn't help that they are also rude and generally not empathetic in the slightest.
