Absolute disappointment. My partner purchased a couples massage via Groupon upon calling to make a booking she experienced nothing but rudeness from the owner once she realised it was a Groupon purchase. Before starting massage I was asked where my aches and pains were where the female owner asked me if I wanted cupping to which I responded no three times and then when she was adamant that it had to be done. It was a one hour massage to which I received cupping and hot stones for 58 minutes of the massage the only time in which someone actually touched me when she tapped me on the shoulder to say that it was all done. By the time I had finished I was actually in more pain than when I walked in tightness in my lower back like a pinched nerve and when I explain this to her she told me the pain would go away after three days and I should come back and book in another treatment. So I had to pay an extra for the cupping but didn’t get any credit considering I didn’t receive any kind of massage overall the whole experience was poor she was in an out of the room attending to other clients and phone calls and when she was in the room constant conversation about how she was the best masseuse and does everything right. Do not recommend…

Shop owner really should learn the customer service, when I supposed to ask something, she quickly cut off,” don’t ask anything, just trust her.” If not with friend, wouldn’t continue . By the way, the person who did for me was a good person but the massage for the whole body wasn’t quiet experienced. After finished, the girl quickly went for another customer, there was no one else for anything. Just passed by the shop and gave it a try, while, the only good thing might be the location. Terrible customer service !!!!!!

bad service, me and my wife paid $40 for 30mins each person while the noteboard shows $35 for 45mins. the owner claimed the cupping is more expersenvise but she would like to offer us with noteboard price and massage for full 45mins. we knew she use cupping to save labor so that she could serve both of us at same time. we provided full kindness and agree due to this specific virus period, so we paid $80 to her for both of us. when massage went to around 30mins even shorter, a new client came in and she told us that we had have the service we paid for and turn to new client. very bad experience!

The best massage I have ever had! This store is a gem in the city core area with a longer and more flexible trading time than massage stores in the shopping centre. The therapist was very knowledgeable and always cared about my feelings. My muscles felt completely relaxed and the tension was gone. The quality of sleep has improved as well. Highly recommend Aussina to everyone who needs a massage, whether simply relaxing or professional treatment.

Probably one of the most caring, focused, attentive and thorough healing treatments in my long life. Angela is wonderful as is Gabby, both of whom are extremely well qualified and genuinely intent on your well-being. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would like to say thank you for making me feel better after treatments. I have been done my treatments at Aussina for a few times. I have never felt disappointed. Although I felt a little bit sore after treatments, I felt good after a few days and all my soreness and tightness have been gone. Today I had booked a hot stone massage for a couple at 10am. Whilst I got a hot stone massage my friend did not get any massage which I had specifically booked for him as he loves massage and it was his birthday. I am very dissatisfied. My massage was very good but it was not what I asked for my friend.

A friend got me a Groupon for 30 min massage and 30 min sauna. Was ok for price which I found was $39 but would have been annoyed if paid full price. Place is very makeshift and quite dirty. A Canadian/ American girl did my massage who was nice person but massage wasn’t great. I’d rate the massage 2/5 and place really a 1/5. Manager not too good as I heard her speaking in nasty tone to Canadian girl when she was trying to process my groupon. Did sauna but made me feel uncomfortable it was tiny sauna for one but looked unhygienic and weird not like normal relaxing sauna I was expecting. I don’t understand how reviews are so high. Maybe I just went on a bad day

When I first visited Angela’s centre, I was looking for a massage to relieve my very tight lower back, which I’ve had for quite some time. It’s a different experience than I had in Thai massage stores. It focuses on my personal problems. The therapist treated me gentle instead of pushing hard and explained the reason. $50 for 30 mins, but I only lasted 10 minutes, in the hope the massage would improve. Sign said $35? The girl was very polite and kind. But obviously very inexperienced. She was kneeding my skin with very little oil. No muscle massage or pressure points for a remidial / sports massage. After weeks of weights training and sore muscles i was really looking forward to this. It was really bad. They refunded me $25 and I left disappointed.

Accupunture may be good here ..... Massage is over priced, poor standard , lazy and always tring to upsell of which is all the same massage.... lazy and unenergenic ... second time I have been and been really disappointed....

I felt nothing. It's costly. Bad customer service, the staff do not have enough experience. I lost my money, and I wasted my time with unnecessary. I asked the staff to do more strong. However, she told me back that she already do more strong for me, but I can't feel ( is it my fault? ) At the first time, the owner said that the staff just only touched your body. They can fix your condition, but it's not true. I highly not recommend this shop.

Bad massage

Not a wonderful experience when booking the massage. I rang in and the lady rudely said "I'm busy, I can't talk" and pretty much hung up. Then 5 minutes before we were about to leave, we received a message saying one of the staff was off sick. It would of been nice to know first thing in the morning, not at 1130. Will not be attempting to book here again.

Ever since I went for my first session sometime in May 2020, I have been a regular, coming in almost once a week, for fire cupping and 2 hr remedial massage. The environment is warm and cosy and the staff, such as Angela, are friendly. My therapist, S, is also very pleasant and friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. I swear that she has magical hands (and fingertips!). She just know all the spots that I am sore, strained and tight. Kudos S and Aussina! Keep up the good work! - Jason H

Hmmm... returning customer here over the years that feels the quality of this place continues to drop. It used to be good but the last one I’ve had was the worst foot massage I’ve ever had. I was asked if I wanted harder pressure but will be $5 extra, didn’t know what that means because I’ve never been asked that before. I didn’t go for it because I’ve been here before and has been ok with it. Then the new “STANDARD” feels absolutely nothing. Had given good feedback before but I’m revising that to not recommend.

When I was holidaying in Brisbane, I was hobbling when walking and had a sore ankle. I organised a remedial massage through Groupon for $49. I met Angela at Aussina. I had cupping (extra $30 for the cupping) and some hot stone massage on the first visit. Three days later, I had a 90-minute session with cupping and acupuncture. Expensive although I've paid more for a lot less. I stopped hobbling and my ankle is not hurting. Meeting Angela and having acupuncture for the first time was a unique and extraordinary experience. Angela 'read' my body with skill and precision and impressed me with her knowledge of holistic medicine. I liked how she communicated with me about what she was doing, and she appeared to be a very experienced practitioner. I place my trust in God and feel it was a blessing to find this woman. 100% recommend! The treatments are amazing and Angela is very knowledgeable, knows how to find the issue and treat it properly. My partner and I have had the cupping, acupuncture, and massage treatments. We completely trust her and go with her recommendations based on what the body needs and will respond to. We also feel muscle tension release during the session, so you know it is working straight away. Angela is also a lovely person and makes you feel very comfortable. Amazing massage! I loved the hot stone full body massage, I felt like I was about to go into a trance. My masseuse was working really hard to remove the knots in my shoulders. Only tweak is how loud the cups were, they were making lots of noise when put back in the bucket. I would also dim the lights a smidge. Overall, it was such a great deal. Make sure to look on groupon first.

Angela is an excellent, experienced therapist who listens to your problems and then goes about fixing them. I'm a pilot with general back stiffness and soreness and her treatment techniques are sound. I visit here on my Brisbane overnights regularly. I get acupuncture and remedial massage. This is professional treatment unlike many other 'shops' in the city. Highly recommend if you want results.

Excellent therapy experience. I cam back a second time after the my first combination of cuppling/acupuncture/massage service a few weeks ago. I usually feel sore and some pain on my upper back down do exceesive gym workouts. The service has exceeded my expectation and I believe Aussina offers lots more just than conventional massage and keen to explore for my wellbeing! Recommended.

Angela is a highly qualified acupuncturist and is genuinely willing to do everything she can for her patients. My experience going to her on a regular basis has always consistently exceeded expectations and I almost fall asleep during my appointments as they're always super relaxing. If anyone is looking for acupuncture to get deeper into the muscles (because massaging has only been temporarily reliving the problem, but not fixing it), Angela will not only find where you're tense and need treatment, but will also talk you through the process about what she's doing and ask you how you're feeling throughout the treatment. Same as the others, lady was pushing me to do more expensive package, cupping even though I didn't want to, insisting I would benefit more from cupping even though there's no clinical proof it does anything. Repeatedly interrupting the sauna session. Being pushed into doing $230 acupuncture cupping and only 30 minutes sauna (she proposed the 30 minutes sauna was a free addition) is a ridiculous price for something less beneficial than just longer acupuncture and sauna. I could fly to South East Asia with that money 😂 the cups kept falling off but no-one would come to put them back on for ages and the headrest was choking me, at least the Infrared sauna works. Like the other comments said there's no shower but there is a cup of water provided...

I had an amazing experience (massage, cupping, acupuncture and sauna). My neck felt incredibly relaxed and loose after the acupuncture and my skin and mind glowed after the sauna. Recommend!!!

I recently came in here for a relaxation massage and the amount of pressure to add in cupping to the massage was beyond ridiculous. I was asked 7 times to have this and was also told that I did not respect their experience. Awkward does not even begin to describe how it felt. I get the impression they do this to increase volume in services as it’s pretty much a “set and forget” massage service. Too much of a hard sell.

Saw Angela today at the practice and received cupping and acupuncture. Was hesitant at first but Angela’s professionalism, confidence and competence put my worries to rest. She was very accommodating and intuitive to my body’s weaknesses and gave great instant relief. Can’t speak higher and definitely recommend the practice! Keep the great work up!

Genuinely the most positive and beneficial massage I've had. From her athletics and yoga she new exactly where to press and was really strong. 6/5 stars!

1st time acupuncture, very impressed with my treatment. I saw Angela. She was very warm and friendly, provided a professional and respectful service, conscious that it was my 1st time receiving acupuncture. I was feeling really stiff and unwell and found her treatment was very helpful. Then her deep tissue massage on my upper back neck and face and probably one of the best I've ever had. She knew how to apply the right amount force and pressure to release the knots without pushing too far into the pain zone. I will be back next time I'm in Brisbane.

I always go to different massages and acupuncture. In Aussina, we first bought a couple Groupon coupon massage and love it. My husband and I repeatedly book for acupuncture and cupping treatment. Angela is taking care of my treatment. The treatment concentrate on my lumps on my lower back and other parts. The cherry-size lump on my lower back reduced the size after two treatments. For me, the combined acupuncture and cupping is effective treatment and stress relief.
