Sally goes above and beyond for her customers. We love dropping in and giving the shop mascot "Zeppelin", the lab cross a pat. I have always received great advice and fair prices from Mullum pets.

Small pet shop but well stocked. Friendly staff are always busy looking after the animals, replenishing stock and cleaning. I can browse for as long as I want without feeling awkward. Don’t be shy asking for help if you need it . Sally and Lily are happy to answer your questions . If they don’t have what you want they will happily order it for you.

Sally helps with what ever you need and if she hasnt got what you are after she will get it.. Great shop for the kids lots of animals to see.

Was willing to spend a few hundred dollars on dog beds, bowls and quite possibly some fowl. Shop owner was rude and abrupt and kept walking off out the back mid conversation. Decided to be fair and asked if she wanted me to come back another time. She insisted she must keep working but will answer questions. After the forth time of disappearing out back I left the shop. The shop was a disgrace and a dead budgie was floating in the fish tank.

Sally has such a beautiful passion for all the animals, She's so caring and her customer service is excellent always.
