    Snarky comments were made by the night shift receptionist called Emily on the evening of 04/02/2033. I phoned guest services for a box of tissues, she didn’t want to give any to me and later she interrogated me and questioned why I needed more tissues. Why do I need to explain this to you? Maybe because I have a cold 🤧 and I needed to blow my nose and have a sneeze? What is this cheap stingy hotel? Cheap so cheap can’t afford to give guests a box of tissues? Rude so rude. Pls Go get a new job Emily maybe a job as a tissue police would suit you better.

    Horrible! I had to stay a night because my flight was cancelled. First of all i was undress in my room and all of a sudden a man enter my room then. I immediately told him to get out of my room .the reception called 5mins later apologising because there was a glitch in the systemand her colleague accidentally booked two people in a room .they didnt bother to give me anything for that mistake . I went to lvl 9 to get my pizza . And went to my room and the door wont open!.i went to the receptionist 2 times and they change the card they gave me but it didnt work . Long story short i got in my room but my $29 pizza got cold ! . The next morning i had a call around 11:26am saying i have to check out around 11am . I told the receptionist i was never told last night what time . They tole me i have to be out of the room by 11:30am i told her that i just woke up and i need to take a shower . She given me 15mins . Or i will get charged $30 an hours for over staying. Then when i checkout they were looking for the key which the women took from me because she was fixing the door. It was the worst experience and i never going back there again!!!

    The reception was bad service. I would like to addition guest to stay in the room and they told me I had to do on the website the way I booked. But I could not change it on the website. So I decided to email them about addition guest information. Then I contact them again to confirmation but they didn't care and said bad words to me. Actually I like this hotel a lot because convenience and comfort. I always stayed in this hotel when I traveled to Sydney but just one thing about receptionists was bad service so made me felt like dog so I think I won't come back to the hotel anymore

    Wonderful 2 night stay in this comfortable well appointed modern hotel. New style of Covid-safe security lifts. Rooms are quiet and have been thoughtfully designed and decorated. Super comfortable bed. Large bathroom with plenty of room. Staff were very kind and helpful. Fantastic value for money.

    Could not fault Travelodge Hurstville. Staff were wonderful, our room was immaculately clean and very quiet and the location perfect. So many cafes, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We’ll have no hesitation in returning. Thank you!

    Big, clean, bright room I just had a few issues with the airco, I was feeling cold and even if on 26°C it was delivering cold air

    I love their room, looks new and modern everything and clean. I enjoy the room, can sit on the chair next to bed. Near to the train station which is 5 minutes walk. But one thing I’m not happy about is the customer service. I was so sick and tired, I’m from Melbourne, and still have to listen to the receptionist’s lecture for putting my own name which I been using on every hotel booking around the world including Australia more than 10 years. First time I get lecture for my name, I was so surprised on it. I don’t want to argue anything, I just asked her to stop, she said cannot, and still keep going and going which I’d totally can’t understand what she tried to achieve. And I said okay, you are winner, I don’t want to fight anymore, she still keep going and going on my name again. I was like …… speechless on her attitude. Hmm… her name is Asmita. But luckily I still got another nice lady helping me which comfort me somehow at that time as I was so tired and sick, and speed up the registration process instead of giving me lecture as I just need the bed, thank you Nicole

    Just look at this!!! Is this thing broken??? Please FIX THIS ASAP!!!!!!! Why don't you freaking turn this off at night? Cant sleep coz of this flashing RED light. It shines directly to all apartments.

    I booked the Travelodge for our basketball team who was playing in St George. The accommodation was very conveniently located just a few minutes from the stadium and is right across the road from the Westfield. We didn't get there until just before 10pm but the lovely team allowed us to store our bags, go find somewhere to eat (they recommended Above 8 which is the top level of the building and it was amazing!). They then worked with us once we returned to check all of the players and spectators into our rooms. Zoey and Emily in particular were outstanding and so helpful! The rooms were super spacious and beautiful, with enormous TV's and the bathrooms were just something else, they were fantastic!! We will all for sure be back!

    Thankyou for the services provided while staying there but how hard is it for the staffs to provide an invoice of previous accomodation when provided with all the booking confirmation number and travelled dates? I called them requesting an invoice but the receptionist directly refused to give it...

    From my first contact to check out, after 4 nights, I have been very impressed. The staff were all very helpful and everyone of them provided outstanding service.The location was excellent with easy access to Westfield and the train to the city. On site parking at a very reasonable rate was a bonus. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Being able to access the Club Central next door gave us a chance to relax after a few busy days. The most important part was the rates we paid. Couldn't match them, at this standard of accommodation, anywhere within the area. If we are even back this way, I am sure we will rebook.

    It’s the first time for my parents to come to Australia and we stayed here for 6 days. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet. Very good experience

    I have stayed here multiple times, and cannot speak highly enough of the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. I would also like to give a special mention to Emily who works on the front desk. She is a wonderful, bubbly person and an excellent host to have working Reception. She goes above and beyond to remember returning guests.

    Great rooms on level 8… I expect other levels the same, disable parking and electric car chargers close to lifts. Staff were excellent, definitely go back. Only problem I felt I was in China and not Australia when looking for lunch or dinner.

    My five stars are mainly because of the staff! Hitesh, Smita, and Ernie are the best. My job involves a lot of travel and, unfortunately, I suffered an arm fracture while on the job. I had to stay in Sydney until I got better. The staff helped me with luggage, working the lifts, and were generally so nice and attentive. They made a very frustrating experience quite pleasant indeed.

    I love this place. Been here twice and will come back again whenever I'm visiting family in Sydney. Its across the road from Westfield shopping mall and the staff are as friendly as you'd expect, helpful, attentive. The clean and modern rooms have big beautiful beds, great comfy plush mattresses, lovely fat pillows, good thick blinds to keep the room dark for night-time, clean modern bathrooms. If they had a gym it would be the perfect place, I'd never leave! The dinner we had at the bistro was probably one of the best meals I've eaten in a long time. My fettucine was hot and fresh and yummy. The pie was beautiful, actual crust around the entire meat filling. We tried to leave a tip and were told not to, but they definitely deserved one, props to the chefs!
