Horrible!
I
had
to
stay
a
night
because
my
flight
was
cancelled.
First
of
all
i
was
undress
in
my
room
and
all
of
a
sudden
a
man
enter
my
room
then.
I
immediately
told
him
to
get
out
of
my
room
.the
reception
called
5mins
later
apologising
because
there
was
a
glitch
in
the
systemand
her
colleague
accidentally
booked
two
people
in
a
room
.they
didnt
bother
to
give
me
anything
for
that
mistake
.
I
went
to
lvl
9
to
get
my
pizza
.
And
went
to
my
room
and
the
door
wont
open!.i
went
to
the
receptionist
2
times
and
they
change
the
card
they
gave
me
but
it
didnt
work
.
Long
story
short
i
got
in
my
room
but
my
$29
pizza
got
cold
!
.
The
next
morning
i
had
a
call
around
11:26am
saying
i
have
to
check
out
around
11am
.
I
told
the
receptionist
i
was
never
told
last
night
what
time
.
They
tole
me
i
have
to
be
out
of
the
room
by
11:30am
i
told
her
that
i
just
woke
up
and
i
need
to
take
a
shower
.
She
given
me
15mins
.
Or
i
will
get
charged
$30
an
hours
for
over
staying.
Then
when
i
checkout
they
were
looking
for
the
key
which
the
women
took
from
me
because
she
was
fixing
the
door.
It
was
the
worst
experience
and
i
never
going
back
there
again!!!
