Please avoid this place as much as possible. A certain doctor rushed my my loved one out, declaring her injuries are only temporary even though she has been experiencing pain for over a year now. Next this doctor told her that her only relief, being physiotherapy, is now pointless and unnecessary. How can you be a doctor if you cannot even empathise with your patients? or at least give them the time to speak? I have not mentioned any names, but if we have to return and we receive the same or worse treatment, I will not hesitate to divulge the doctor's name. Please be more mindful and considerate of your patients.

If your insurance company ever asks you to see Medicins Legale, then you know you are in trouble. They will minimise your experience of pain, overlook whatever they want and write whatever is in the interest of the insurance company that is paying them. Then they will promptly forget you even exist

My mom just went in to have a second opinion for her case. Unfortunately, the doctor who’s in charge for her case to give an assessment was very rude!! No wonder this only has 2.3 star max review from people. A good profession is nothing without knowing how to be nice to people, in short. MANNERS. Hoping it stops here and no more people would be treated so badly.

A dodgy company who employs dodgy doctors to write dodgy medico legal reports in order to favour insurance companies. If your insurance company sends you here for an impairment assessment I highly recommend you refuse to attend.

Came here for an appointment and both receptionist were very rude and had no manners. It honestly doesn’t pay to be nice especially if you work in healthcare and elder people who have just been into tragic accidents. The receptionist aren’t very accomodating and do not care about their people. Avoid this place if you can.

MEL is extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me “I don’t care see you and hung up” this is one of the WORST company’s I have ever dealt with.

Will be taking a legal action for Defamation and Perjury/Medical Negligence, against the Medical Practicioner who did my examination, and sent the report to the Insurance Company (NRMA) who hired him for the exam. Consequently, for any damage caused to me as a result of this report, I will seek legal compensation from the Insurance Company, separately!

This company is unprofessional and it employs Doctors who write false reports with information I did not provide during a consultation. The company continued to send me information in relation to another patient including their personal information, not once, not twice but three times even after I informed them and they acknowledged the error. In respect of Dr David Pennington, he a unprofessional Doctor that should of retired 20 years ago and I will be lodging a complaint to AHPRA in regard to his unprofessional conduct, false report and commenting on issues I didn't even consult with him on.

had an online appointment just now with Karthik Modem. demanded to see my drivers licence I said no sorry I don't really know who you are and than refused to do the booking. waste of my time and very unprofessional.

They are known to give false reports and work for the insurance companies just see a independent doctor afterwards and you’ll see how dodgy these people really are.
