Used to be a great place, have taken my daughter there since the day they opened. But never taking her back there again. During my recent appointment for my mum, the daughter was extremely impatient as mum couldn’t speak perfect English and I had to explain a few things. The appointment went for 15 mins tops and we were charged double by the doctor because it was apparently a very long appointment. The staff at the front desk were not helpful and just kept saying go and claim with your private health fund.

My son has been a patient for the last year or so. I Called to book an appointment for myself 2 days ago (my last visit was 2019 as I often use a walk in medical centre for general visits). I specifically advised the receptionist the intent of my visit was to fill in some forms for a third party or upcoming surgery next month and hoped the Dr would be my personal GP moving forward. I was advised this wouldn't be a problem. So I arrive today and I'm told the paperwork will take too long and the Dr doesn't have my history . What a waste of time, too concerned about how many patients they can squeeze in rather than providing a personal service or any concern to a patients welfare. We won't go back.

I highly recommend this medical practice as the receptionists are very polite and helpful especially Monica. The practice is super clean and comfortable and you don't feel like you are waiting at a doctors surgery. There is a large TV on at all times with a movie that the kids can watch to keep them occupied. There's never a long wait to see your doctor so you don't get frustrated waiting. My family usually only wait less then 10 mins and that is only as I maybe early for my appointment. We have been going there a little while after 1 of their doctors moved practices. Dr Samira Etemad has been our doctor few quite a few years and she has looked after my family unbelievably well. She has the ability to make you feel at ease and especially with my 2 daughters. Especially with my eldest daughter had was mildly delayed and was scared of doctors and needles. She never was scared to see Dr Samira Etemad at all and was never scared to get any vaccinations or blood test as she trusted her. If there was a highly rating available to give then I would give 100%. There is no better doctor then Dr Samira Etemad that I trust to look after my family and myself with.

Aggressive policymakers (The king of your own little cube). New patient? Go for PCR and come back. Seriously? PCR for my 4 years old with no covid symptoms? Here is what your policymakers want me to do : - Go to PCR, Drive or whatever - Wait for 24 hours - Get the PCR result - Send you the report - Find an appointment (next day or two) - And then we are qualified to visit your little cube. Your receptionist said - If you are an existing patient then no need ... Why? Once you are at Providence Medical, covid does not come? Justify, which health advisory you are working under to demand PCR.

I’ve been going to this practice for 3 years now and it’s the best doctors I’ve ever been to. Wait times are much shorter than most other places and most of the doctors are so lovely and professional! I regularly see Dr De Mel and Dr Boonzaier and they are fantastic! The only thing is that they get booked up quite quickly. I’ve also seen Dr Eccleston and Dr Farah before and they also seem great.

Love this place! Friendly, helpful staff, clean waiting area and I rarely have to wait long to see my doctor. All doctors there are great but Dr Samira Etemad is a star.

Literally the best doctors ever. They don’t keep you waiting and the doctors are all amazing. Especially Dr Dilini and Dr Samira.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Had an emergency and Kieran was nice enough not just to squeeze us in but also call us back and get us in earlier. Kieran was professional and just a joy with our little boy- he has made a new best friend! The doctors are great and hardly any wait times.

This practice needs a big overhaul. Drs are amazing if you can get in . Went to make an appointment and couldn’t get in , I was told you haven’t been here for 3 months , well I’m sorry I’ve been healthy and haven’t had to book to see the doctor . The receptionist have no people skills at all , very rude

Dr Evelyne Farah should be avoided at all cost. She did not take my health seriously and had a terrible attitude. She is uneducated and not up to date with medical conditions. She lacks emotional intelligence and should not be practising as a doctor.
