Dr Monica is an angel. I have a phobia of the dentist and my teeth are in a bad way. Dr Monica is so gentle, kind and reassuring. She doesn't shame me for having bad teeth or push me to do something I don't want to. I will only see Dr Monica now. She is amazing and a real asset to the practice.

Staff are amazing. My son got braces and being young he was very uncomfortable and they had a lot of patience with him. Special mention to Kendell who was fantastic and professional with us.

Amazing professional, compassionate and friendly service. I was suffering from a severe toothache so I phoned the surgery as soon as they opened to explain my dilemma. Sensing the urgency in my voice and without an appointment they advised me to come straight down. They took me in right away to diagnose the issue and I was soon on my way with a remedy of antibiotics and pain relief to clear the infection before a more permanent solution could be done. A week later I was back in to deal with the problem tooth. I was given 2 options to have root canal or a tooth extraction, and it would be easy to be told that root canal is the best option as it’s more expensive but my Doctor advised the exact opposite and advised me that a tooth extraction is the best option. I was a little anxious about having the tooth out, but I can honestly say, other than a slight pinch of a needle when I was having the anesthetic put in, I felt absolutely no pain and was out the chair in only a few minutes. Normally visiting a dentist is not high on anyone’s priority list, but I can honestly say that this visit exceeded my expectations!! Highly recommended!!

I truly haven't had a more pleasant experience at a dental clinic before! Recently, I have had ongoing issues concerning my teeth and once again, I found myself feeling extremely anxious en route to the dentist. However, upon walking through the front door and subsequently, every interaction I had starting from the front desk and right through to and post-treatment was, without exaggeration and in my honest opinion, the most pleasant, transparent, and informative experience I have ever had at a dental clinic and not to mention, what I think, was a highly impressive facility with on-site x-ray, etc. I am very grateful for the service and level of professionalism I received and without any doubt will return for my next treatment. Oh what an amazing dental surgery! My husband attends the Monterey rooms. He has dementia and is very anxious with multiple phobias. The staff at St Mark's Dental are amazing. From the moment you enter, the bright and helpful admin staff, Amanda and Rachel make George feel calmer. Dr David Bashout, the dentist who also reassures and comforts George. His friendly and caring manner makes George comfortable. I highly recommend St Mark's Dental Surgery!

I went to David and was pleasantly surprised with the facility and the staff, because it was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life and so gentle and great bedside manner, but logical and very quick in diagnosing future problems due to the technology available. Saves me going to St George hospital for x-rays blah blah blah David sorted it right out and we were in an out in an hour 14 out of 10
