Spacious apartment , well equipped, nice and clean . So pleasant to sit outside in the long balcony watching Bondi beach view. Best location, seaview apartment , lots of cafe and restaurant around. This was exactly what we searched for. Hope to have a chance to stay again.

Simply great value for the location and room quality. Only negative for us was parking. We are from interstate and not expected parking to be $11/hour. We found that you can park for free overnight near the beach (Queen Elizabeth Drive) and during the day in two hour stints along Francis Street if you are lucky. If you don't want the messing around I would recommend just taking the deal the apartment offers with a local parking lot.

I love how it literally in front of Bondi Beach. The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay e.g washer/dryer, toaster, iron. We even got to check in early! Definitely recommend this if you’re planning to stay in Bondi. It’s really value for money. Our room was not facing the beach so we had a comfortable sleep i.e quiet space. So you may want to consider to opt non beach view instead if you wanna have comfortable sleep at night because it’s not a high rise building and next to road.

Lovely serviced apartments! Stunning view of Bondi Beach! Great location! Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, and bars. Clean & modern rooms equipped with all the essentials. Large balcony with beautiful ocean view. Surprisingly quiet when balcony doors are closed. Room was excellent! Very clean, modern and had all the essential amenities.

Our experience was amazing! The location was perfect… convenient to everything! My daughter and I were upgraded to the most beautiful apartment and views. Wonderful toiletries and amenities were included. Such great service throughout our stay! It was hard for us to leave and we will certainly return!

Has everything you need, is right on Bondi Beach, One minute walk to a bus stop to text you directly to downtown Sydney Two things to potentially mentioned for improvement. The sound isolation is terrible. When you’re in the living room, you hear every car go by, on the street. You also hear them quite well even from the bedroom. Bring your earplugs.

Room 6. The Disability friendly room was fantastic. Totally accessible and set up great for wheelchair. The View from the room was amazing. Beds extremely comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. Shower chair provided too. Thank you to reception who answered any questions and were helpful finding out information for us on accessible walks around the area. Car park was provided for one night during our stay. It is a little walk away from the apartment, but this was explained to us at the time of booking it. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Great spot! Restaurants, bars, and of course that beach. We got the veranda ocean view and it’s well worth the money. Sitting on the balcony watching the hustle and bustle and the iconic beach was memorable. Check in was easy and convenient … would be great for other places to take its lead. Comfortable bed and apartment with air con and tvs and wifi. I would do it again. Thank you

We found Bondi 38 Serviced Apartments lacking in quite a few areas. Booked a room with a sea view however when we checked in there was no sea view. The access code did not work either and that happened more than once which was a real inconvenience. The staff are rude and unhelpful to say the least, not sure how they ended up in customer service, particularly the older crabby woman who we thought may have been the owner. We were warned by other guests after checking in about the rude customer service they’d also received too, so it seems poor service is the norm here. There were hairs on the bed, and in the bathroom on the floor, the place didn’t feel clean, attention to detail was certainly lacking. The room had a strange smell. Needless to say we won’t be staying here again.

Upsides: Great views, great location, easy to get to the beach and main Bondi drag, minimal noise from other residents, clean and functional, great shower and water pressure and the had all the basics. Downsides: Street noise travelled into the bedroom even with the window and door closed. The bed was unpleasantly soft, and sunken either side from previous sleepers. Had two really bad nights sleep. The floor was sticky in areas, though didn't seem dirty, so not sure why. The air conditioning vents were also very dusty.

This space and place was an absolute joy to stay❣️ This 1 bedroom apartment with perfect Bondi sea views was spotless, ideally located to all amenities, 5 star services, excellency at it’s best! Big Thank you to Vicky at reception for attending to all our needs and wishes!!
