Small groups (up to 6 people) and private tours available (even for non swimmers) Aquatic Sanctuary with the most compact underwater ecosystems in the whole world, with more species of fish recorded here than in the entire Mediterranean Sea.

Tamila was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable in the water and answered all the questions we had. She pointed out so many species of fish, pointed out sting rays, and we even saw 2 sharks! It was an amazing experience and i would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

There is nothing like snorkeling to get you in a Zen frame of mind! Excellent experience from start to finish. Tamila was responsive to my questions, gave thorough instructions before hand so I knew what to bring and where to go, etc. She also adjusted the snorkeling time to make sure we would get the most out of the experience (making sure weather/swell/tide were good). The guide, Jada, was lovely, the beach was beautiful, and the fish were plentiful. Of particular note are the small group sizes for this business: my tour had only 2 people. When we were finished I saw other companies had groups of 15+ and only 2 guides (you can see the huge group in my photo of the beach). Jada gave amazing recommendations for restaurants along the beautiful walk back to the Manley/Sydney ferry wharf.

What an amazing experience I’ve had! I loved every moment and enjoyed swimming with all those beautiful creatures underwater. Tamila was an excellent host! She gave us a little background about Shelley beach and it’s surroundings, and paused to name and tell us a bit the beautiful fish we encountered. For a person who can’t swim Tamila made me feel comfortable and completely secure as she didn’t only train me on how to swim with a safeguard but kept close to me ensuring I was ok the whole time. I highly recommend Snorkeling Shelly Beach, if you’re in Sydney it’s a must have experience! Thanks once again Tamila 🫶🏾

What an amazing experience! I wanted to go snorkelling for a long time, but have been too nervous to try - Tamila made me feel safe and showed me this under water wonderland! We saw so many different types of fish, stingrays, the magical blue groper, and Port Jackson sharks! This experience was AMAZING. Tamila is super communicative about the expected conditions beforehand, and gives really detailed & helpful instructions on what to expect. Her recommendation for wetsuit hire was super easy and great value. Tamila did a wonderful job instructing everyone on how to use the snorkel gear and was very clear about what the plan was. She made sure to point out every species we could see - and we saw a lot! Would recommend Tamila’s tour to everyone - this was a bucket list experience for me and it was incredible!!

Exploring Shelly Beach natural reserve with Tamila was just incredible. She guided privately and I made me feel very confident and comfortable during the whole tour. An amazing snorkelling experience!!!! It was my first experience and I just loved it!!! Im not confident in the water at all so Tamila offered me different equipments I could use to feel more comfortable , she held my hand and showed me how incredible the ocean is!!!! Tamila is very patient, enthusiastic and has a great knowledge of the area. I highly recommend her!

I had the best time snorkelling at Shelly Beach. Right from the start our guide Jada was so helpful and really took her time to show us the ropes and made sure the group was comfortable before heading in the water! We saw many adorable fishies and Jada was telling us all of the names and types of fish that we saw. I would 100% recommend this snorkelling tour to anyone ! Thank you so much Tamila and Jada !
