Southern cross vet is wonderful. I worked with Dr. Paul when my dog had a weird abscess on her paw. After initial home remedies it didn’t heal so we went to surgical removal and biopsy. From pick up to drop off the process was not only simple, the communication was brilliant. They let me know of my dogs arrival, her time of anaesthesia, recovery and time of departure. She was dropped home by the lovely chauffeur. With a bag of medications, a beautiful toy and recovery instructions. Our follow up visits were very insightful and gave us so much peace of mind. Dr Paul went above and beyond to call me at 6pm to tell me the good news about the biopsy on a Friday so we wouldn’t have to wait all weekend. I greatly appreciate that. If you’re looking for a vet Southern Cross and Dr Paul are our choice.

We recently adopted our beautiful girl and she needed her vaccination shots and worming etc. My daughter and I were so impressed with Southern Cross at St Peters. The vet answered all our questions (and we had a lot!) and my daughter came away feeling so much more confident. He was really thorough and knew his stuff. So impressed. Thank you so much 😊

Had our cat vaccinated and a flea, worm and tick treatment at Southern Cross today. They offer a pick up and drop off service for pets which is very convenient. The driver Marc was excellent, he kept us up to date when arriving to pick up our cat and when dropping her off. Thank you Marc! The vet also took the time to call me to let me know how the treatments went. Overall I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Marc and the rest of the Southern Cross team

I would like to say a huge thank you for the care and compassion shown to our family dog on Sunday night, I have never in all my year’s of being a dog owner come across a more wonderful vet service. The young receptionist was so polite and friendly to my 2 daughter’s and myself, and the Vet who attended to our dog was amazing such a kind natured man, the lady Vet was also very kind the price was very reasonable compared to all the other vet’s I called before finding this vet. I highly recommend this Vet and will be passing on the detail’s of the Vet to all my family and friend’s who have animal’s, once again thank you for taking care of our family dog, Regard’s Tracey and family.

We cannot express enough how grateful we are to the amazing team at SCV. They recently performed a life-saving airway surgery on our beloved pug (named Pug) who was suffering from laryngeal collapse. The entire team, from the reception to the nurses (special thanks to nurse Cindy and nurse Bruna), Dr Neil (surgeon), Dr Scott (anaesthetist) and Dr Sam, went above and beyond. Thanks to them, our pug made an excellent recovery from the surgery and is breathing easier than ever before! The team worked together seamlessly to make sure that our pug received the best care possible. Dr Neil was highly skilled and performed the surgery with great care, ensuring that our pug was comfortable throughout the process. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure that we were comfortable with all decisions that needed to be made. We wanted to also express gratitude to our beloved vet Dr Sam for the care and attention he has provided to us. Throughout the course of our Pug’s treatment, he was always available to offer guidance and support. We highly recommend SCV to anyone seeking top-notch veterinary care for their furry friends. After much research and consideration, we decided to go with Dr. Sam for Teddy’s airway surgery. He has been generous with his time giving us thorough information and reassurance that we are on the right track to a better life for Teddy. I also have to mention their lovely concierge and reception team. Marc is one of the loviest people you’ll ever meet and he made the journey back and forth heaps easier and pleasant. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at the veterinary clinic when I brought my puppy, Eddie, for his vaccinations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Dr. Paige, in particular, was exceptional in her care and attention to Eddie's needs.
