I popped in to EBM a couple of months ago now, when my external hard drive failed. They had a look to see what they could do, gave me great advice about pursuing the warranty, and referred me to a company that could do the data recovery without wasting any time and without any charge. Will definitely take future work to them!

Despite not being able to fix my product (due to manufacture not releasing schematics #righttorepair) they saved the data and were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Please hit these guys up if you need help, the least you'll get is prompt, efficient service with a smile.

My first experience with EBM will keep me coming back. The service I received from Jason was nothing short of outstanding. I brought my motherboard in after experiencing issues with power cycling and the BIOS. I was given the space to set up on a bench and trouble shoot through with him until we resolved the issue. He dedicated his time and expertise and shared his knowledge, and I left with a working PC. 5 stars, one very happy customer. Highly recommend EBM.

Had a new build that needed a working cpu to do a bios update as the new chip wasn't supported with stock firmware. So I popped in on the off chance of being able to borrow a cpu. The guys were happy to let me set up on their testing bench, lend me their store chip, let me update the bios in-store and at no cost. Thank you so much as you're a lifesaver.

Pros: Friendly service (Josh was polite and easygoing) Gave my PC a decent clean Replaced my dodgy backscrews Very competitive pricing (for labour) One of very few options in the ACT (MSY didn't answer their phone or call me back). Cons: Rarely pick up their phone Highly disorganised (forgetting appointments, callbacks, etc.) Told me that my PC would not boot and motherboard needed replacement. I declined and asked for PC back. PC boots just fine, motherboard seems fine. I don't believe this was a deliberate lie to get more business, I think they genuinely just made some basic testing error.

Really friendly staff who are capable & eager to help! They honoured their quote after ordering the wrong keyboard (we all believed it was the right one!) and even ordered in another from overseas for me. Very satisfied with the service here and I can't recommend it enough - a blessing for an Honours student who overtypes and breaks her keys. Five stars :)

5 out 5! I had a hard drive fail that held some pretty important information, so did some quick research and came across these guys. Their reviews were enough to convince me that they were the ones for the job. So I dropped the HD in to them to do their thing... Needless to say, they retrieved ALL the data from it and all at an extremely reasonable price and as efficiently as one would expect for this type of thing! Couldn't recommend these guys more highly. They now have my business any time I have a computer related issue. JB
