Had assistance with an out of control Electricity bill. They helped me negotiate with my provider and this had been too hard for me and had been putting it off. I was treated with respect and despite my embarrassment, I felt understood and pretty much like family. As I left, as a Father of two boys and experiencing financial difficulties, I was given a gift of food from their pantry. I had to hold back tears. There were frozen items and (I don't know who the donor was) But last night when I had to use them as I personally had nothing to eat, I baked two rolls and wasn't paying attention to what these frozen rolls might be. Turns out they were premium salami and premium cheese melts. I was absolutely in heaven eating these. Whoever donated these you have inspired me and I will do the same and when I have the chance will give back. Thank you Orana, and thank you sandwich extraordinaire. The gifts of this assistance means everything to me.

Excellent customer service Friendly people. Different programs like adult learning which operate during school terms. Hours are 9.30-4pm till further notice Monday to Fridays. Morning tea is every Tuesday. Friday lunch every Friday.
