Just popped in to grab a coffee on my way home. Great customer service! The place was clean and quiet and the servers were amazing. My Barista Lily really took “ treat others as you want to be treated “ to the next level She’s an amazing lady who makes a great coffee, we had a quick little chat, she brought a smile to my face and made me laugh. Keep her around guys she’s amazing !

Amazing friendly service from the young girl with dark hair. The place was really busy but she was being so kind and friendly to everyone and really doing her best to juggle everything with a smile the whole time. Great coffee and such friendly service

I often call in here on my way to Rydal, on previous visits I was greeted by a joyous smile and great service from a young dark haired girl with piercings and her service was worthy of a 5 star review. However on my recent visits the venue seems to have new staff (this venue seems to have a high turn over of staff ) and the service is now seriously lacking and unfriendly. My coffee was warm at best and my wrap lacked any attention to preperation or flavour and was not served with the same joyous smile I had become used to and looked forward to.

As everyone who’s ever been to an Oliver’s knows, the food here isn’t cheap, but thats not why I’m leaving my review. I’m really disappointed to write this but I feel let down. I’m local so me and my partner noticed there was new management and the place has changed!there we’re new staff, with a couple bright and Happy new faces I hadn’t seen before! It was great for an while, a month ago I would have left 5 stars, as I don’t mind paying extra for good service, good coffee and good food!!! However the past couple weeks the service has completely fallen off. there used to be a morning barista, dark hair with multiple piercings who was always up for a chat and made perfect coffee timely even when she was busy! We looked forward to getting a good coffee and a nice morning chat every time! Now the service is mediocre at best, and not worth the prices. The barista i got last time seemed like she didn’t want to be there, not rude but not up for a chat, obviously forced customer service smile, and service which made me leave feeling quite dull. as apposed to the genuine care and willingness to help the previous barista had for the customers. I also recall one late morning either a sat or Sunday where the same girl was left all alone to do food and coffee! While her co workers were on breaks! Mismanagement. The girl handled it so well, apologised to us all as we noticed nobody else was around and someone even asked, she and explained it was just her there for a small while and thanked us, and the other maybe 2-3 people for their patience. She said not to worry, as someone else would be back soon any second to help..however I’ve worked hospitality… and leaving a young girl who looked no longer that 16-17 to run a whole fast food restaurant on her own on a busy day is ludicrous !! Gave them a few more chances, coffee from a different young barista with brown hair was warm, overly bitter forgot the syrup I paid for and a had to be thrown out. She was sweet so I didn’t complain, Simple thanked her, went next door to the coles express and got a much a better coffee for the 3rd of the price. Not perfect but at least it was hot. Since then I’ve walked in, seen who was working and left. Not worth the gamble to see if my coffee is drinkable for that price! in my opinion the place is mismanaged, going through staff at an insane rate! and a real let down as me and my partner thought we found a gem of a spot for great coffee! We now go to hometown where the coffee is consistently good, cheaper and much better food! Not to mention a locally owned business NOT a chain. 128 are not too far which is also recommend if passing through I gave this place so many chances as I didn’t want to leave a negative review but I feel let down. hopefully the old barista is on break or holiday so the coffee improves! She was one of two who could make a food coffee. Her and a thin lady maybe late 30’s who’s is often there And I think may be manager or a supervisor She is polite but since the last barista hasn’t been there she is the only one who can make coffee and is rarely making it. Not worth it

I had a great experience with my stop at Oliver's at Lithgow on my way from Orange to Sydney. Lily, the girl that served me was so friendly and lovely and made me a fantastic coffee! I always stop here when travelling!

You always found an Oliver’s right near an unhealthy option on a road trip. In the past i had grabbed a sandwich until Bae introduced me to Oliver’s Pita pockets. Oh my goodness! I would choose this over maccas overtime now. Wish Oliver’s was in Sydney! Lamb roast pita pocket - Succulent lamb roasted in rosemary with roasted pumpkin, smashed organic potato, caramelised onion, baby spinach, Oliver’s three herb salsa, Oliver’s tomato relish & Oliver’s basil aioli wrapped in wholemeal Lebanese bread $9.90 - lamb roast in a pita, yes!! Make sure you get the sauce with it to dip and spread on it, it makes the whole pita yum!!

First time trying here and what a lovely surprise, it was great. The buttered chicken and earl grey tea was nice. Lovely staff and when finished used the petrol station.

Nothing fresh about this place, the food is awful, no flavour, bland, looks and tastes like it was cooked a few days earlier. The coffee is weak and the young lady working in the morning must have been planning on having a very bad day, unable to smile or answer a simple question ie do you have salt and pepper. Stay away.

What a joke of an operation. Slapped to the front door window was a sigh stating we have new staff be patient. Then greeted by a young man. Maybe 13/14 years old left alone to tend to customers. While there manager was apparently busy and not training the young man. The new staff member clearly needed a heap more training. Tried to breakfast items to then be told all egg items weren't available. Ok fine, we can work around this. Asked for a Mexican chicken pita wrap and a lamb vegetable wrap to then be told the lamb could take minimum 15/20 minutes wait. So decided to go for the chicken as I asked will it take long. Answer was no. Wanted to go for the combo but no green beans available. Which isn't that great considering the business model heavly leans on the fact you can have a side of beans with your meal. Few minutes later one of the wraps was ready but the other had been completely forgotten. Now considering we were the only 2 people in the venue. It then takes a further 10+ minutes to get the second wrap out. So could have had the other wrap. After starting to eat the wrap it then comes to my knowledge that the chicken is missing from both wraps. By this time we have to leave but waited to tell someone the issue but no one had returned to the counter till we were walking out the door. Left the food on the counter. A joke.

Ive not dined with Olivers before & thought would give it a try, to find the front of shop was clean & well presented, but was the only thing good about it. As I studied the menu with some yummy options, I asked the woman(I believe Corina S, as mentioned on the receipt) behind the counter-(in company of a younger lady-employee), what was her favourite thing on the menu? She said didn't eat anything from here!!!!🫨 I should have just turned around and walked out the door, instead I continued to ask 'is that a good or bad thing?' She grinned @ me with no teeth .... so I continued to order selecting the breakfast wrap & 2 yoghurts = $40+ So took a seat to wait for my take away order, 10mins passed & I approached the counter, now standing at the counter I witnessed Corina shoving my food in another lady employees face, for what reason I have no idea? I questioned her why she did this? She replied that the bag was facing the other way. I can a assure, if the cameras we're watching, I so hope so, they would prove her wrong in many customer service practices. Lastly dear management if you are now reading this, you might want to offer some staff training to Corina S. & improve a very flat & tastless breakfast wrap. Your sincerely.

$42 for 2 small cappuccinos, small sweet potato chips and 3 pre-made chicken sandwiches from the fridge. Coffee was pretty average and the sweet potato chips were burnt and squashed in a really small cup. For Sydney city cafe prices, this place doesn’t have anywhere near the quality to justify top dollar. Will go next door to Coles servo next time.

I was driving from sydney to orange, then stop for a quick break. I purchased a coffee. Workers are nice and friendly. They greet every customer and smile when they handed them food and drinks. Premises is well look after, doesnt smell greasy, and toilet is super clean. 👌

Service was in the hands of a couple of teenagers. Management was awful. We waited an hour for our food for them to say that they had to “defrost some chicken”. Ended up getting a refund and they didn’t even know how to do a correct refund. I suggest having some proper management on site when your restaurant is open, offering “fast food”.

Reading below has explained why things are different here now. I didn't get my coffee the way I ordered it, and I had to chase up my B&E roll. On the way home, I got my roll and had to chase up my coffee. Definitely not the same cheery atmosphere. I stopped coming here a few years ago for my halfway pittstop as the most basic items would have run out. Seems it is going downhill again. Which is a real shame.

Poor service and very slow, expected wait for food over 1 hr plus they automatically take $3.00 tip without your consent.

Service was good, but the food was horrible, so bad that I didn't even feed it to my dog. I had the egg wrap and it smelled nasty. The lady making the coffee was nice, but the big guy was not bothered one bit, he did not want to be there, you could see it in his body language and the way he walked and talked. Do not recommend this place at all.

I've eaten at a few olivers over the years and loved the food. Drove past a Maccas and a KFC to go here and I really shouldn't have. I was served by a young guy as a the manager was in the background. I ordered a hash Brown avocado roll and sweet potato fries. They two of them then stood talking in the kitchen as I waited, 15mins later it arrived and I headed out to the car with it, I should of checked before I drove away. The sweet potato fries were cremated, not just burnt. Couldn't eat them. The hashbrown in the roll was at most 2mm thick. It was like it was squashed down flat when they cooked it. The worst thing is it wasnt cheap and then asked if I wanted a sauce with me fries but had to pay for it so I didn't bother. Super disappointing. It's cleat why review is down at 3.6 stars. It will continue to drop with food like this unfortunately. Won't be back.

Poor slow service, unhappy staff and food lacking in flavour with stomach upsets afterwards. One of us had chicken wrap but couldn't find any chicken.Toilets were dirty and toilet paper in low supply.

I travel around a fair bit and often stop at an Oliver's, this one is by far the worst, untidy, rude unhelpful staff and the dirtiest. I would not recommend stopping at this Oliver's.

I was treated rudely so won't be going back. It is all about customer service. I get really good service elsewhere. We go out to relax and enjoy the moment as well as having good food not to be in a toxic environment.

Never stopped at an Oliver's branch previously. Didn't enjoy it at all. Menus were to hard to read had to keep waiting for them to scroll to see the variety and took far too long, just need a normal list. Very limited selection and quite expensive I thought. Won't bother stopping again.

They have a delicious organic minestrone soup which we had for dinner. We also had the lamb roast pocket and the all day breakfast pocket for breakfast jointly with a delicious almond cappuccino. I recommend this place!

pretty good coffee and good food i just got one problem. We have been there 5 times and every-time you fill it up too much and we always spill it mabye use some common sence and dont fill it up to much right near a huge speed bump

The place is okay. Juice, coffee, staff, hygiene.. They are all just 'okay'. But the worst thing about this Oliver's is that phone reception and 4G is terrible. Closer park has a better internet connection than here.

Disappointing, no designated parking close to entry for disabled persons, checkerplate access ramp warped which causes walking problems, bathrooms do not have side handrails to assist in stability and safety for disabled patrons.

Stopped by to get petrol then we saw this cafe. Green beans chips were amazing. The food healthy and yummy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only regret is I can not give them more than 5 star.

Food is good no doubt but the staff should be more welcoming and happy. The girl with piercing was so rude whole time with no smile on her face. They even forgot our coffee. Anyhow the food is good 😊

Hopeless Service. One server would rather spend most of her time finding a loyaliry card before even serving anyone in line. Could see it was “gonna be a whole” and walked out. I had customers waiting! I guess that’s the difference.

Called in for coffee and a Bacon Egg Roll ,there was already a number of people waiting. The young lady ( by herself ) was under the pump. However she was cheerful and friendly. Our order was served in a reasonable time and was delicious.

Always love stopping in on way back from Sydney to Bathurst for a healthy bite in a hassle free environment (unlike McDonald’s). Nice a clean and spacious with handy customer restrooms.

Gluten free food. Not many people but I was forced to leave to use the service station toilets as there was a line up for the locked toilets. Otherwise good.

The food looks good, and the staff are polite but be warned that they stop food service 30 minutes before close

I've been to Oliver's three times in the space of a week & the food is pretty good. What leaves a sour taste in your mouth is Oliver's expecting the customer to pick up their bank fees through a so-called 'credit card surcharge' - there is a "no cash" sign on the register! - and the 100% lack of hospitality: greeting, a smile, a heartbeat, even, by one staff member in particular. She comes across as resentful & completely void of any enthusiasm, empathy or helpfulness and, really, she is just plain rude, which makes Oliver's a really unpleasant place to go. I gave it three tries.

It was a Good Friday drive, most places were closed and our tummies were rumbling. When this cafe appeared in our sight with ample of parking and open doors it looked like a life saver. We ordered hamburger, sweet potato chips, butter chicken and coffees. To our big disappointment the food we received was warmed up not cooked to order. If you like warmed up chips you have reached your destination. If not, keep driving because soon here will be more places where you can buy hot freshly cooked food.
