WORST CHARCOAL CHICKEN I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. It was literally all burnt! No one in their right mind would have eaten it, and yet they're selling this quality to their customers. Do yourself a favour and don't bother eating here, unless you want to be disappointed. Never coming back here again!!

I ordered in the shop so you’d expected it to be made fresh. Chips were soggy and wet, as if they had been microwaved Chicken was rubbery, wet and had a curry taste to it, didn’t taste like charcoal chicken at all Threw the entire meal away, wasted money and bought from another charcoal chicken place 10 minutes later. Do not recommend this chicken shop.

I'm not sure what happened to this venue, but it has turned into complete trash. Hommus was watered down, and chips tasted like grease. I'm not sure how often the oil is being changed here. Tabouli salad was turning brown. The chicken was dry and rubbery. Overall, the cleanliness of this venue is very questionable. To the staff reading this, Clean your store, change the oil and make fresh salads and dips daily! Its the least you can do.

If i could i would give 0 stars. This restaurant is pretty disappointing overall not sure how they are still in business especially after all the negative feedback received and what im about to say. To begin, the food is borderline horrible. For a "chicken shop" the one main thing they make and sell is bad. The chicken is dry, rubbery and sometimes undercooked. The chips i have received most of the time are cold (just to clear up i live around the corner from here so i pick it up myself without any delivery services) so ideally, you would think the food is fresh and cooked fresh but no, not sure how they manage to do this (probably cooked it beforehand and left it out). That's not even the end of it! The staff are completely rude and clearly have no respect for the customer and dont take them seriously. From a personal experience i once walked in to order chips stood at the counter for 5 MINUTES waiting for someone serve me, the two people working clearly saw me waiting but pretended to do their work and own things just because they are lazy and didnt want to serve me, in the end i walked out went to a different shop to get chips WHICH WERE HOT. But in other times, once my food was ready they will (for no reason at all) slam my food on the counter, ruining the wrap/chicken/chips, etc inside the bag. They clearly dont seem to care once an order has been messed up and pretty much try to scam the customer by not giving replacements or refunds. Ontop of this the waiting times for something as simple as chicken or chips is ridiculously long i once waited 30-45 minutes for a tawook wrap meal (even though the shop wasnt busy). Everytime i have been into this restaurant every experience is worst than the last. Please i would recommend not coming here and wasting your money as this place is a disappointment and will not guarantee what you pay for. There are other restaurants that are better in the vicinity that are worth spending your money and trying. But please take my advice and dont try this place 9 times out of 10 it is a bad experience.

The service was rubbish. Could hardly hear or understand the girl. The chicken smelt so good as I was there for another shop and thought I’d try the chicken but was a huge let down and actually made me sick.

I wrongly accused Natasha for leaving my roll halfway to serve another client, because I assumed that the chicken was cooked already and that she was taking too long to serve my roll to me. She corrected me and I took offence because it seemed like she raised her voice at me. So I asked for my money back and left. It then hit me that Natasha had actually dealt really professionally and was so kind to sincerely apologize as I was leaving, that I felt compelled to go back and apologize for my behaviour. I request the owner/manager to commend her and boost her morale as she's proved to be a valuable asset to the company! I will be coming back for more Shawarma!

I remembered this place was great. But I have to say food has gone downhill. Chicken has been average, chips look and feel old, not fresh, and the fattoush salad we received didn't have any crunchy bread pieces even though there was some in the tray. Very disappointing. We'll need to find another local chicken shop that won't charge an arm and a leg like El Jannah do when you order via a delivery system.

Nice little take away, just perfect for brunch, lunch or a light meal. Their garlic sauce is excellent, and prices are reasonable, Pete B 😎

Had a chicken from there pretty bad and below the average. Salads are Ok tho. Chicken kebab is I say awful it would be a compliment , didn't feel well after it.plus they have no idea how to make it, who puts salad on the top of garlic dip , it becomes soggy .sauce belongs on meat and not salads. Overall if your there just go to Jasmin1 for a shawarma wrap or el janna for chicken.

We ordered the mixed skewer plate. After we paid, they told us they don't have salad or lamb. We received our food and turns out there wasn't any rice either without telling us. The chicken skewers were raw, the kafta skewers were black. When I went back to tell them, they didn't care. I spent $25 for a meal to have 90% of it missing and the remaining 10% raw or burnt. They didn't even offer a refund. Never going back here again and I hope everyone reading this doesn't go throw their money in the bin like I just did

Hummus had a curry taste to it? Chicken was moist but didn't have much of a charcoal taste to it.

The place is in desperate need of professional touch. Example : the order dockets should have a name of the client which will eliminate confusion.

It became complete rubbish. Quality of food became so bad. Customer service is terrible, always need to wait for such a long time. Food is never ready to be served. Lady who is making rolls wearing only one glove, with this hand she us holding the dread and with hand that does not have glove she is spreading vegetables, lettuce. What is a big deal to wear 2 gloves? Falafel roll is done with 2 falafels...are you serious? For $9? For sure not buying there anything anymore. Used to be so good place with such a good food. Very disappointed.

Amazing Charcoal chicken juicy and tasty, and really friendly staff. Can get busy, so sometimes you have to wait. However it is worth it, but the pierce de resistance is the garlic sauce. It is honestly the best I have had in Sydney, I go there just for that.

Ordered this so called chicken snack pack which costs 8.50. Literally all of it was chips as you can see with some shredded chicken on top which tasted stale. Definitely do not recommend!!

Disgusting $11.90 for a chicken snack pack that has cold chips, the cold chicken is at least 3 days old dryed out and a piece can not be broken with the full force of your fingers let alone eaten. Bbq sauce is totally covering it to disguise the burnt old chicken. Cannot be eaten due to food poisoning risk. Waste of money.

Food was good. Service was terrible. Shop was hotter than a seat belt buckle left in the sun on a 40 degree day! Wasn't busy, I ordered a chicken wrap. They said 10 minutes, I came back in ten minutes and still wasn't ready, people who ordered more food than myself and ordered after me got their order before me. Took 20 minutes for a chicken wrap, could have gone to Woollie's and made one quicker..... Wrap was tasty but definitely won't be going back again!
