Upon arrival the receptionist answered a phone call after I had walked through the entrance, she was the only staff member working and I had to wait 10 minutes until she had finished the call. A few days before we were due to stay at the Motel we decided to message them via booking.com to ask if they had any parking available. We received a reply that confirmed parking was available free of charge. Whilst we were checking in we were told that we had to pay an additional $25 for parking, even though we had made prior arrangements. I showed the receptionist the message and then was told that the message I received was incorrect as it was sent through booking.com not directly from the hotel. The receptionist was extremely rude and very unhelpful and didn't even explain where any of the Motel facilities were located. After paying additional money for the parking we were told that our room was ready and we had been given an upgrade.... perfect! So we walked up the stairs to our room however there were still 2 maids in there cleaning in there, also this room was not an upgrade! We booked an Ocean view and all we could see was the road. We then walked back down to reception to inform the receptionist that the room wasn't ready, it wasn't the room we'd booked, and it certainly was not an upgrade! She proceeded to tell us that we didn't book an Ocean view so I showed our booking on my phone which stated 'OCEAN VIEW!' After complaining (great start to our holiday) she reluctantly moved us to a new room which had a sea view if you looked around the corner of the window, and by this point we just settled for this as it seemed like we were fighting a loosing battle! The room itself was very small and it was completely different to the rooms pictured online & not very clean. Overall we feel that this Motel is falsely advertised online, it looks absolutely nothing like it does in the photos. The Motel should not advertise through booking.com as we encountered many issues with our booking.

Great location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nice and clean with a great view to the beach but the toilet did not have a lock, wish the showers were separated by something more solid than a shower curtain but appreciated the stay nonetheless.

I think the place was nice. Some rooms were to small and had barely any space or kitchen stuff, the staff where rude and we put a do not disturb sign cause we were sleeping and a staff member opened the door with her key and woke us up

A caravan is bigger than these rooms. The pillows on the bed were an excuse for a doormat. I know this is beachfront and gave the location 5 stars , however this is not a good a good place to stay. It’s too expensive for what it is and the pictures do not depict the room. We will never stay here again. There are better places in Manly that are much nicer and worth the money you pay for them. This place is right on the corner and very noisey at night to top it off. Sorry but NO

Had one night last week end in a motel room, very clean and quiet. Bed very comfortable. Everything you would need for a night or more, a kitchenette and toiletries provided. Staff very friendly, no complaints from us..We will certainly return.

Make sure you book the right rooms The smaller rooms are for 1 or 2 night stays, not longer term as there is limited space, no wardrobes and a very small bathroom

Needs a refresh looking dated , management need to spend $$ on re doing plants on the balconies for a start .

Great location steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Rooms wew clean and functional. Bathrooms are a little snall, but everything worked as needed. Great value for the price.

A small motel positioned in the corner with rooms having slanted view of the beach. Very basic. But if you just want to stay near Manly beach this one will do. Room size is alright and rooms are clean

Great location just down from the Corso mall beach front corner all rooms have a water veiw good value with rooftop deck to relax

Had a really good stay, Heather was very friendly and helpful! Perfect location right across from the beach and bars and restaurants all close by. Rooftop pool is great to relax with Great views, and the rooms are really comfortable with Foxtel aswell which is perfect if you just want to chill out in the room for a bit Highly recommend this property

3 1/2 Stars. Evertlything was good. Staff very friendly. Close to everything. Great ocean view. Room was nice. Concerns.. 1. Cleaner knocked on our door at 9:50am to clean when checkout was 10am. 2. There was no parking for cars within the building. 3. Shower was bad..3-4 minute wait for hot water. When it did come the water pressure was very low. Did not enjoy my shower.

Reason I'm giving room a 2 star is because of the shower trickled took over 20mins to heat up couldn't even have a proper wash

We have just stayed at this property (Unit 618, weekend of 22.1.22) and whilst the location is great, thats where the good stuff ended. The unit was quite dated and needs a refresh. 1.The sofa cushions desperately need new foam and were extremely uncomfortable to sit on. 2. The kitchen taps and main bathroom showerhead dripped constantly. 3. All bedroom pillows may as well have been pancakes and need replacing. 4. One of the wine glasses was cracked and we didnt notice until we had poured some wine. Upon transfering thw wine to another glass and washing the cracked glass, it broke cutting my wife's finger. 5. They have included $2 shop kitchen utensils and no bottle opener. 6. The toilets do not flush properly and do not exit the waste. 7. The shower curtain rail in main bathroom has not been secured to the walls and is wedged in. It fell twice hitting my son in the head. When I told the manager of all of the above she was nonchalant about it all and didnt even ask if my son and wife were ok. I cannot recommend this property and suggest you find somewhere else to stay if you are staying in Manly.

Lovely hotel. Superb location on the beach. Cafes and restaurants bars all around. Check in was awesome. Lovely lady and early check in no dramas for us. Recommend

Best location right opposite the beach and half a block from the Corso. Very convenient and accessible with dedicated underground parking. Short walk from Manly Wharf and access to the city.

We spent 1 night at the Paradise Motel & Apartments, we booked a beachside room which was pretty spacious. The motel is within walking distance to all the beauties that Manly has to offer. The carpark attached to the motel isn't very car friendly but the staff are very accommodating and provide you with a pass for the council car park a street over. The highlight by far though was the accommodating and friendly staff. Heather was amazing to deal with and ensured our stay in Manly was comfortable and amazing. She allowed us to check in early so we could explore Manly and a longer carpark stay the following day so we could make the most of our day. Heather is definitely an asset to the motel she is very inviting and we will definitely be back soon!

Absolut beach frontage. We stayed on the sixth floor and the elevator was out of service, nothing the staff could do about that and they did offer us a room down lower, but we wanted the view. great workout. Manly beach was amazing to wake up to. Far better than some over priced accommodation on the Gold Coast. Will be back.

Great apartment. lovely staff at reception all day every day. apartments was very spacious and had a kitchen, microwave, kettle and even a toastie maker. Nice swimming pool. location was great too as it was within walking distance from bars, restaurants and manly wharf. I would really recommend staying here!

Amazing fairly price accommodation provided for travellers, spent a night here with seaview sightseeing and a swimming pool on top of building, very neat on its class, their receptionist very helpful, recommended here

Great view and location, although the apartment was dated and overpriced for what you get. Our apartment wasn't very clean and the balcony was crawling with cockroaches. No insect repellent provided and no basic cleaning products in the kitchen eg. dish washing liquid, sponge etc. Quite noisy due to proximity to corso.

This place was great value for your money! Nice and clean. Great location. Staff were lovely. Beautiful roof top pool. Bathrooms are small but they did the job. Will be back for sure😃👍

Great position and lovely, helpful staff, rooms are pleasant if not small but have a little kitchenette etc and clean. BUT insist on beachside/ocean room view. We only came back here because the first time we had a room with view and no problem with noise. This time we were 'sent' to the very back, over the back lane, facing west. Worst nights sleep with the continued noise of cars, garbage trucks and until 3am, very loud people. Wouldn't risk it again unless we were guaranteed a room at the front.
