    The facilities at Volume Fitness are great, the staff are friendly, and the personal training service is amazing. Adam, my personal trainer, has ensured that I and my partner feel comfortable considering this is our first time at a gym. He helped us get started with our fitness journey and improve our overall health. He is knowledgeable, professional and motivating, and he always customises the workouts to suit our needs and goals. He also gives me useful tips on recovery and lifestyle. I would highly recommend Adam and Volume Fitness to anyone who wants to transform their body and their life.

    What a great gym to train at! Fun programming, all the functional fitness equipment essentials and a very friendly supportive crew. If you're looking for a supportive community, workouts that can be tailored to your fitness level and great coaching, this place delivers in spades 👌 Love it!

    I joined Volume a couple of months ago and can highly recommend. From the get go I instantly felt welcomed into the community that they have, something you don’t get in a commercial gym. The small classes have built my confidence and strength back up in the gym and I’m keen to get stuck into the CrossFit side in the new phase. The atmosphere is really empowering and I look forward to my morning workouts with the team, it gives me that push to keep going from the constant support and knowledge you get from the trainers. Shoutout to Adam from the beginning who helped me with my PT sessions to learn the Olympic lift basics, looking forward to what’s to come next 💪🏼

    The best gym ever! I've been a member for just a month, having had 4 personal training sessions and a few group sessions, and I can already see a significant improvement in my body composition. Thanks to my coach Adam and the support of the other coaches. I've never experienced such an efficient workout before!

    I can't speak highly enough about Volume Fitness! The sense of community here is exceptional; everyone is incredibly supportive and encouraging. The personal training sessions available are ideal for those looking to do 1:1 sessions to fine tune techniques &/or to take their fitness journey to the next level. The coaches are super friendly, knowledgeable & motivating & tailor workouts to individual needs & levels of fitness. I highly recommend Volume Fitness to anyone seeking a group fitness or CrossFit facility with a welcoming & fantastic vibe.

    I highly recommend Volume Fitness to anyone at any fitness level. The coaches are attentive and really help you through your sessions with a knowledgeable approach. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked into the gym, my strength has improved significantly, I feel more and more confident each time I walk out of a PT session and am loving the CrossFit classes - I can't thank the team enough!

    I believe I discovered my dream spot! When I looked for a gym to train I wanted to find a place where I could feel a part of the team, feel that I belong, and Volume fitness gave me just that. We train together, challenge each other, laugh and have a great time every time I come for a visit. It wouldn't be possible without a great coach like Adam. He's experienced, encouraging and, most importantly, patient to people like me. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a supportive team to train with!

    Amazing place!!!! Recently started training at Volume Fitness. The best decision I ever made about training and totally recommend Volume Fitness as a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment. The level of coaching from Adam and Harry is highly professional! Adam & Harry are knowledgeable and fully engaged with the members, always helping with techniques and supporting you to train hard and safe, encouraging you to push through your limits by giving you the skills and the confidence you need. 🙌 🙌 The fundamental classes with coach Adam have been excellent. Adam helped me with basic lift techniques, made some achievable changes to my diet and has given me lots of encouragement. Adam is superrrrr friendly, client focused ,very patient and supportive coach. I would def recommend checking out Volume Fitness –great team of people 😊

    I highly recommend Volume Fitness. From the first time I went there I felt that the entire team was very attentive to me and committed to my goals. I've always practiced different types of physical exercises but certainly being part of this community is surprising me a lot. I see a great change in my body and my skills in just a few months.

    Volume fitness is an awesome place to train! The encouraging environment helps you feel confident during every workout and the coaches ensure you’re getting the most out of each session whilst maintaining technique. Special mention to coach Adam who never fails to check up on me and tailors some workouts based on my injuries. The community is second to none, everyone is open for a chat and advise and genuinely want the best for you!

    I have been coming to Volume Fitness for just over 6 weeks now and I can’t thank them enough for the support and encouragement they have provided me. Coach Adam patient and continues to motivate me in every class that I attend. I have seen massive improvements not only in my strength and conditioning but also my technique.     I've been going to Volume Fitness for two and a half years now and love it. It's a great place to train. The coaches are very knowledgeable and great to work with. I particularly love the small class sizes, the attention and supervision the coaches can provide has let me learn new skills such as olympic weight lifting that I never would have tried without a coach. The other thing I love about the gym is the community, everyone is so nice and encouraging. I can't recommend Volume Fitness enough, do yourself a favour and come join the community.

    After moving to Australia all the way from Saudi Arabia.I struggled looking for a good crossfit place that can help me achieve my goals. VOLUME FITNESS was the perfect place to train even when you have a busy schedule like me!(working as a doctor). Great fun classes everyday. Super friendly and professional coaches who give you tips based on your level. They know how to find the perfect balance between pushing you to get better and keeping you injury free. It’s been three months now and it’s definitely my happy place in Sydney <3

    I highly recommend this Volume Fitness gym and have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of coaching provided by Husky & team. The coaches are knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me achieve my fitness goals. Their weekly check-ins are particularly noteworthy, as they keep track of my progress and offer valuable feedback.     I had tried different gyms in Sydney and even PT's with no really good experiences so far, and then I knew about Volume Fitness. I am genuinely happy and would highly recommend Volume Fitness to anyone who is looking for a nice place to improve their well-being, health, and fitness among a great and friendly community. Does not matter whether you are experienced in Crossfit or a beginner like me, Hassan, Adam, Harry and the whole team of coaches and the Volume community will always make sure that you are in a safe and and motivated environment.     If you want a gym that offers top coaching, friendly vibes and a welcoming community, Volume Fitness is the perfect place for you. This gym welcomes all people of different abilities and works with you to achieve whatever your goal is; get fitter, stronger or something specific like learning how to lift whilst at the same time introducing you to a community who are supportive and fun to be around.     Volume Fitness is an awesome place to train! Since signing up about a month ago, all the coaches and members have been very warm and welcoming and your own personal cheer squad! Coach Adam has been a great support so far, and has been helping me not only with my crossfit journey, but also with some previous biomechanical issues of the knees in order to help me achieve my fitness goals! I highly recommend Volume to anyone who wants to stay fit and active or even try something new, as the team here are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and really go out of their way to focus on your individual needs and goals.
