Freshly renovated cafe. Good quality of coffee, nice spot for breakfast. Breaks wraps are second to none. Today was my first time dining in for lunch. Burgers were too big and generous. I wish I pick a kids size instead. Generously filed with bacon and extra large patty. Fast service as well as reasonably priced. Why not to stop and try it as you would never be disappointed?

Having driven past this place we stopped this morning on a nice spring morning to enjoy a sunny breakfast. Friendly service directing us to a table with no wait, menus and water served promptly made for a good start. Feeling like a sweet breaky we opted for Ugly sweet Banana Bread with fruit. The banana bread was a little dry but the balance with fruit and topping balanced that out. Poached pear with Granola was very good. Coffee was a little on the cool side and not the best for the area. The road noise is noticeable and the buzz of visitors gives it a busy atmosphere. Better than expected experience.

There's a sense of family, belonging, and passion for excellence felt from the moment you visit, graced by the host, accommodated by the staff, and the continued pursuit of perfection with their dishes. And then there's the coffee, always made well, robust, and respected. It's a daytime pub atmosphere, go ahead and make a new friend from the neighborhood while you wait for your morning coffee and muffin, it's time to reconnect.

The Ugly Cook is a great spot along the main road, that's incredibly popular with locals, and good enough to draw people from further afield. The food here is fantastic. The hangover burger in particular is both delicious and great value for money. I couldn't finish it and hated leaving any because it was that good! The coffee was delicious, and had a lovely flavour throughout. It's a shame there was no latte art, else this would have been absolutely perfect. Staff were friendly. There were only limited highchairs available, so we once had to go elsewhere as we couldn't get by without one. There is plenty of street parking available right outside and in the local area. Price wise everything was reasonable, inkeeping with the local area. We'll be back!

This place has taken the hospitality industry to the next level, from the service to the food was amazing. Went there for Mothers Day had the souvlaki plate which was exceptional. My party of 5 had nothing but positive comments from the quality of food to the quality of service. Highly recommended.

Your fried eggs and bacon along with the toast are amazing! But the BBQ sauce you guys provided makes this meal a lot more delicious then it already it is! Also, your waitresses are also attentive as well, they should deserve a raise man 💪💪💪. PS: your hot chocolate was also a treat!

*COULD'VE GONE SO WRONG or COULD'VE GONE PERFECT!!! Here's the thing. I was beyond gratified by the tenderly Pulled Lamb burger, the creamy coffee and perfectly crisped chips. (Highly recommend!) I was so happy that I ordered a Snickers Slice and another coffee to go. I'm in my car (still am) about to throw a 5 star rating until I realized I was trying to crunch down on a rock that was in the Snickers slice (see photo)... I thought it was just a tough peanut, I almost chipped a tooth on it or could've swollowed it. This was very disappointing... (well, I still ate the rest of the slice, tasted good) If it wasn't for the quality food, staff and service. This experience would have been a 1🌟 review. Still recommend the Cafe!

Awesome Cafe, super friendly staff, pastry was so delicious, as well as the coffee, thanks guy's look forward coming back when I'm in the area.

Finally went to try this place out and so glad we did. Will be a new regular spot I feel. The food was so good we demolished it before I thought about getting a photo! Bacon and poached eggs were cooked perfectly I couldn’t have asked for any better and my partners eggs benny looked just as good as it tasted I was told. Great friendly service to top it off.

Really good Cafe. Friendly staff, very welcoming and efficient service. Food did not disappoint, very tasty. Great experience all round. We will go back and try more things on the menu. Only thing to be mindful of is it is a dog friendly Cafe so if you're allergic to dogs 🐕 you might want to pick where you sit carefully.

Best brunch in Sydney. Great teast chicken. Top service. I have never see any restaurant so care about the customer. I believe ugly cook has one of the best head chef in Sydney, the skill and the attitude are so professional👍👍👍👍. Lucky for me that I living just 200 meters away. 😄😄😄😄

Freshly renovated cafe! If you're looking to start your day with a coffee, this is the place. They open very early and serve the best coffee in the area! Staff go above and beyond! Always fresh food and the portion size is massive! ☕️🍽
