Rude staff, very slow wait times, food order not followed. Was served hot.

The customer service is so bad! The family friendly restaurant (is not so family friendly) I ordered the BTS meal today and no friendly welcome! Plus I didn’t get my sauces that I requested for! I had to go back to the restaurant today (1st June 2021) and ask for the sauce! I said “excuse me” The girl said “what?! In a rude manner, when she looked up I didn’t look pleased at all, then she said “sorry” and handed me the 2 nugget sauces! Rude rude rude! These people need to go back to school and get educated properly! Will Never come back here again!

Service was very slow and unfriendly and just a massive wait on food. I don’t understand a fast food restaurant is meant to be fast food not a slow wait. Obviously not enough staff and their food was terrible for McDonald’s.

McDonald’s Miranda is located inside the Westfield food court. It’s always busy and I get it, the pay is not ideal, so I don’t expect decent customer service here. Service is quick and food come pretty quick as well

The usual maccas but this one is pretty busy. Located at the ground floor food court just next to Aldi.

VERY LONG WAIT! IVE WAITED 30 MINS FOR MY ORDER! THE STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE!MANAGER GET YOUR STAFFS IN CHECK!

Received my meal 6mins after ordering and my coffee 15mins after ordering. Had finished my breakfast and still waiting for coffee. I wouldn't mind if they were busy but there was only 3 people before me.

Worst coffee. Don’t waste your money

They messed up my order, instead they gave me a iced chai instead of a regular Chai latte with a vanilla shot. These kiddos need whipping into shape

3 times I’ve bought a flat white - when it’s handed over it is nothing but a cup of foam. The last time I even asked for it to be replaced, they just topped up the cup with milk and it’s still only half a cup of coffee.

Pick literally anything else in the food court. From my experience, you’ll get better service, food and value
