They used to be great we used to book our dog in when we travelled BUT since we got our new pup they are impossible to contact, they weren't happy to have her lodge there and just went to book her in for vaccinations and they don't even answer the phone any more... Sad they used to be so good.

Had taken a cat to this vet for over 10 years then there was in something to do with running the place and the quality dropped to the extent that they never redid the check for hypothyroidism that is supposed to be done monthly minimum. The quality of care dropped so bad that they cut the cat when shaving their arm for the drip causing her to bleed.

Dr Cannon was excellent! Our first visit went really well. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Such a great first visit with them. Highly recommended. Not only do they look after your fur baby, they give you options with pricing. Chloe who looked after my fur baby was amazing. These guys are great. I will continue to take my fur babies there.

A caring vet practice. Going the extra to really determine the issues, explaining the diagnosis and treatment so we understand what is best. We have also boarded our pets. Great all round care.

No quality of service. Highly unprofessional vet, Did not keep the transparency about pet health condition, as a result we lose our beloved pet. Super miscommunication between staff members, they sell their products and do their business on people’s emotions. And icing on the cake they have so called facility manager, super super rude and bloody liar. She know now that we don’t have pet anymore and they can not make money out of us, she was not even ready to listen us. If you want your pet to suffer, surely the place to go. NOT RECOMMENDED vet clinic at all🤬🤬

Kind staff, easy to make bookings over the phone and long opening hours 6 days a week. I took my two cats for a general check up and vaccination. The room was clean and the vet was very gentle with my cats, asking questions about their behaviour and health and provided advice for my concerns. I have not utilised their other services (grooming, boarding etc) but if I needed these services I would look to Parramatta Veterinary Hospital first.

Easy to get too, lots of street parking available. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My cat didn't freak out which I take as a good sign too. Highly recommend :)

This has been our local vets for all of our pets. For nearly 2 years we've been taking Millie our first cavoodle there and took her through Puppy School, which she loved. We then got another cavoodle about 9 months ago - Little Kuma who has been a favorite among all the staff and he loves going there! Kuma has also been through Puppy School.He has recently been treated and is on a special diet for his sensitive tummy. He also got de-sexed and a hernia removed on his little tummy. They did a fantastic job and when he hadn't gone to the toilet for nearly 2 days after his surgery we were able to bring him back for a free consultation and ultrasound. Thank you to the lovely staff!!

The vet & reception were by far the best i have met yet. Went above & beyond - and demonstrated genuine interest in my pet. This will officially be my go to clinic.

Always friendly service here from the staff! Have brought my dog in for boarding as well before and he is always so happy coming here. They give regular photo updates as well while at boarding for a little peace of mind. Book in advance as this place can get busy!

Great vets. My family has been using this vet for close to 20 years. I have a difficult and nervous dog, Roo, the vet and nurse were so understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.

We just took Ringo, our 9 week old miniature dachshund to Parra Vet for a complimentary puppy check up. Christine was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. Great service all round!

Lovely staff, and very professional, they definitely care about our pets just as much as we do. They also address text messages to my cat which is hilarious and adorable.

Our two boys love coming here. The staff are incredible especially Donna ! She makes that place happen and all the Vet Nurses are beautiful and care about all patients. Swayze our Groodle has lots of anxiety and trauma and Christine and the team have made a great effort to ensure all experiences have been handled sensitively and positive. Swayze now loves walking up the ramp for cuddles and a check up with no worries. We have really recently moved but will continue to support PVH.

It’s easy to tell everyone really loves animals, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. My cat is incredibly old and grumpy but everyone there is so sweet about her even though she yells constantly about literally everything. Can trust your fur baby is in good hands with the team here, highly recommend.
