    The BBB gym is amazing. After three years of chronic shoulder and neck pain, I started at BBB doing one on one PT sessions with Lewis with the aim of becoming pain free and eventually one day being able to join the group classes, both of those things have now happened! Lewis is the absolute BEST, amazing coach and super patient and encouraging, definitely see him if you’re looking for PT! Especially if you’re a beginner like I was. They’ve created a really positive environment here and the classes are epic. Best way to start the day.

    Awesome gym and community. I joined BBB 8 weeks ago and have found a new motivation for training. After doing bro splits for the past 12 years I needed a change as I was bored of my training plan. After joining BBB, I had an initial onboarding session with Tee. Tee’s super personable and knowledgeable. Joining a new gym/ starting a new form of training can be daunting but Tee made me feel welcomed and at ease and was fantastic at teaching me the basics to get me ready for the classes. I then had a couple of personal training classes with Hannah who broke the more complex movements I’ve been finding difficult down into simple chunks which enabled my progression at a much faster rate. Han has been amazing at correcting my form, giving nutrition advice and above all support and encourage throughout my time at BBB. One of my favourite things about BBB is that Tee, Hannah, Jade and Harry all work as a team to ensure each individual is reaching their maximum potential. Together they work to create a plan for each member to have them reach the goals and results they are seeking. Between the incredible staff and the amazing sense of community, joining BBB has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Thanks you BBB crew!

    Amazing gym with elite coaches and programming. However, its the brilliant community with all clients at different stages of their journey that make the gym environment so good.

    Within weeks of starting at BBB Bondi I noticed instant results. My overall fitness and strength has improved tremendously as well as my mobility and gymnastic ability. The coaches are phenomenal both one on one and in group classes where the coaches will still coach you individual and scale exercises to your ability and desired goal. As a professional athlete in the sport of dressage the functional fitness aspect of BBB whilst not just improving my strength, health and appearance is also helping me tremendously with my joint strength and overall mobility which is required in my sport. I could not recommend BBB Bondi any higher, the community is amazing and supportive unlike any gym I have previously been to, and I just love working out here

    I joined BBB about 5 months ago looking for a new fitness challenge and honestly one of the best decisions! The gym, trainers, programs are all amazing and I’m really starting to see the difference. Couldn’t recommend highly enough :)

    I’ve been on and off with my fitness for years due to motivation and injury. Since joining Body By Brando, it’s the consistent I’ve ever trained. The coaches are experienced, know what they’re doing and how to get you results. Couldn’t speak highly enough of the team.

    The team at BBB Bondi are fantastic. I’ve had a really nice experience over the past 3 months since joining. Classes are well programmed and supervised. Everything you do is specific and goal orientated so works for all different levels of training. I have also seen results; improvements in strength and moving with less neck and back pain.

    I have been training at various group training gyms and am SOOO glad I dived into the community of BBB. I'm 3 months in and I have never felt so physically and mentally fit. The trainers are an extremely talented bunch and I particularly like how they communicate with each other on your progress and technique - which shows how committed they are on helping you achieve your goals. I highly recommend the team at BBB to anyone and looking forward to kicking more epic goals in the future !

    I have been at BBB for about a year. All of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable pertaining to training and nutrition, and keep you accountable. I have seen substantial improvements in my strength, mobility, and overall fitness. Finally, the gym offers a welcoming atmosphere, which I particularly appreciate. I highly recommend!

    BBB is a great environment, which always makes me feel welcome. As someone who has had an injury on my knee, I was a bit apprehensive when I started the program. But the BBB team of Tee, Harry, and Scott were all extremely supportive and tailored the program for me to incrementally improve my confidence and strength. I feel our perseverance has been totally worth it, and the improvements in my fitness have flowed onto my day-to-day whole outlook where I now possess the motivation to build on what I've started with BBB. I cannot recommend BBB enough. It’s more than just a gym. It’s a place where you’ll find inspiration and a genuine desire to help you succeed in your fitness goals.

    I had the pleasure of working with Scott Wilson as my personal trainer for around 2 months during my short stay in Sydney, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I felt incredibly fortunate to have been paired with Scott. Scott's positive energy and upbeat attitude made every training session enjoyable and motivating. He had a knack for establishing a personal connection with me, which added a unique touch to our workouts, and added some much-needed humor to each one! I was initially apprehensive about joining a cross-training gym, but working with Scott completely transformed my perspective. From day one, Scott instilled confidence in me and reassured me that I could not only participate in the workouts but also excel and grow. His unwavering belief in my abilities was incredibly motivating and played a pivotal role in my progress during our training sessions. Scott's guidance and encouragement made me feel like I was not just a client, but a valued individual on a journey towards fitness success. Thanks to his guidance, I not only overcame my initial reservations but also thrived in the cross-training environment. What truly stood out during my time with Scott was his holistic approach to fitness. He emphasized the importance of not just focusing on isolated muscle movements but rather the entire connective system as a whole. This perspective opened my eyes to the significance of functional fitness, which I believe is crucial for long-term sustainable health.     I joined BBB after getting bored of swinging a kettlebell around, appealed by their crossfit programming without the die hard culture. I was apprehensive before joining as being ripped wasn't my thing, but I did want to do barbell work under guidance & do difficult things. Everyone is super friendly, the coaches are masters of movement, teaching their expertise without being overbearing. It's two years since I joined and also two years since I had a sore back from squats or deadlifts, yet am by far the strongest I have ever been. Every class is good with tips from coaches, props from members - BBB is a haven of good vibes.

    I am a member of Body By Brando for around 3 months now and I can safely say that I am very happy with my decision to join. Prior to joining I mostly did running as my main form of exercising and I felt that I had neglected strength work, so I decided to joint BBB. I was apprehensive at the beginning as I did not have experience in weightlifting, and I did not feel I was strong enough. However now 3 months later I feel much stronger and confident with the fundamentals and have the knowledge I need to keep improving. My PT is Tee, she has been very patient with me since the beginning and has encouraged me in every session along the way to ensure that I keep improving. Tee has put heaps of effort into my fundamentals and understanding of the techniques, which has been key to my great results to date. I have also attended the scheduled classes and even though I still very much a beginner, I always feel comfortable as the trainers (mostly Nathan) and other members are always very welcoming and helpful.

    I have been at BBB for about 6 months now, and without a doubt, it's the best place I have trained yet. The coaches are dedicated, highly experienced and always have time to field questions on anything from nutrition to technique. The community here is one of the friendliest I have come across. I've achieved more in the last six months than I ever have since I started training 15+ years ago. Give it a go - you won't regret it.

    I started at Body by Brando through the UTS Bats AFL team as the gym sometimes hosts classes for the team. I joined the gym full time because I loved the gymnastics and full body strength building components of the workouts. I have had Tee Verall as my Personal Trainer and she's been great with helping me progress up with weights week by week. She's also been very understanding and worked around my knee injury. Would highly recommend this gym and PT.

    I've only recently joined the team at BBB having moved from the Inner West. From my very first class I felt comfortable and welcome in my new training environment. Having had PT Sessions previously I engaged Tee to assist me around classes with some of my movements and in refining areas I needed to work on. Tee is outstanding, incredibly knowledgeable and dialled in to every session. Her focus is on programming workouts that develop the areas you are looking to improve and she's focussed on making sure the sessions are fun but tough. I feel she's especially good working with females given her strong knowledge of female movement and her ability to make you feel completely comfortable. I'd highly recommend working with Tee, she cares and it really shows. Her training philosophies make perfect sense and her advice and knowledge around diet is also clearly researched.

    Hadn’t stepped foot in a gym for years and years before I came here. Joining a new gym can be super intimidating, but I’m glad I bit the bullet and jumped in - it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The coaches will make you feel welcome straight away and the members are an awesome, friendly, diverse crew with varying levels of experience and “fitness”. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and I’ve made some great friends here. The group classes are a mix of CrossFit, resistance training and gymnastics, all supervised by the best coaches in the business. There’s also PT options if you’d rather do 1:1 (or both). Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Top coaches and an incredible supportive community.

    Body by Brando is more than just a gym, it’s a supportive community. Since starting at the end of October I’ve dropped nearly 12 per cent body weight, 4 inches from my waist, and increased muscle. I’m stronger and fitter than I have been in a long time. I was a bit intimidated starting as there are a LOT of fit people but the team at Waterloo are amazing and work hard to tailor classes, or PT sessions, to your fitness level. Also there is no pretentiousness, everyone there is supportive and willing to help you succeed in your goals. A key shoutout to Jen who is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. In only three short months she has worked miracles. She has taken a holistic approach to my sessions understanding the need for good physical and mental health. She quickly built up a strong rapport with me keeping me accountable while at the same time being supportive and understanding. Her workouts are fun and brutal, two words that shouldn’t go together but somehow she makes it work well. She’s a pocket rocket who brings it every time to motivate you, be it in a class or one on one session, and help you to keep challenging yourself and improving. With a heart of gold this ‘snatch queen’ is helping me turn my life around for the better and I couldn’t be more thankful. If you are even considering it slightly, just do it, you’ll have no regrets.

    I’ve loved my first few weeks at Body by Brando. I was battling low motivation at the gym for months and knew a couple of other people who were really enjoying BBB so I decided to give it a shot. It’s a very different way of training for me - I’ve never done CrossFit style training - but I’m loving it and learning heaps. The trainers are great: super supportive but they know how to push you too. Im definitely feeling more motivated and am looking forward to seeing the results!

    Best gym ever! The team at Body by Brando know what they are doing and they know how to get results. The coaches have created an environment that is 110% supportive of everyone regardless of your fitness level. I look forward to every single workout and love seeing the progress I am making even more. Best decision you can make is to join this gym!

    I would highly recommend anyone considering joining BBB to just do it. Before I joined, I was nervous as I had never done Olympic weightlifting or group exercise classes. I can now comfortably say that joining was an excellent decision - BBB is a superb gym, with welcoming, impressive coaches, and great programming which can be tailored to any level of experience. The facility is modern, clean, and spacious. My only regret is that I wish I joined sooner. As a beginner, I have really enjoyed learning new moves (eg Olympic lifting and gymnastic movements) at a pace I feel comfortable with (while still being challenged). It’s been quite satisfying to develop my confidence and see improvements in my technique and strength week to week, thanks to the great coaching and encouraging atmosphere. Tee is my personal trainer (who also coaches classes) and has provided excellent instruction, encouragement, and has helped me develop and reach my goals quite rapidly. I would highly recommend Tee to anyone in need of PT.

    Such a great quality gym! Facilities are new and clean, all the coaches and members are super friendly and welcoming. All workouts can be scaled to suit your ability and energy levels. I also love that you can easily train at any of their locations across the week. Have also been seeing Lewis as a PT for a few years and it has been such a good experience- he has taken the time to develop training programs specific to the skills I want to develop and introducing me to new skills. Would definitely recommend!

    Amazing gym with highly skilled and super friendly trainers. I have been training at Body by Brando North Sydney for more than 9 months and enjoyed every workout. I was nervous from the beginning as I had never done this type of training before. However, every workout can be scaled, and I have built strength, endurance, and flexibility to perform all movements. Coaches Cat, Tim, Brady, and Luke are very knowledgeable, genuinely care and create amazing atmosphere which pushes your limits. They always advice on proper form of exercise and happily provide additional help with nutrition and recovery. More, it is a great community of friendly and supportive members which makes every workout a great fun. Highly recommend to anybody who is looking to improve physique.

    I joined BBB Paddington in November last year and I was paired with Tee as my PT. The whole team are very skilled, highly personable and do genuinely care about your needs and wants as a client. Tee has helped me tremendously with mastering the big lifts, she’s helped hugely with my mobility and is very patient with my whinging when I’m sore. I am now at BBB Bondi - the space is superb and the dedicated PT sections is a great bonus. Highly recommend BBB Bondi and Tee for a PT. Also some of the cutest doggos frequent here.

    Great facilities. Friendly, enthusiastic and incredible coaches such as Tee, Lewis and Harry, Jade. Thank you BBB Bondi for saving me from boring gym routine. I do wish that I started years ago. Be warned that you will amaze yourself at different gymnastics movements that you thought you could never do.

    I have been training with Tee for a few weeks and she has been great! She is so helpful and always makes sure I know how to do exercises properly which is so important to me. She has been able to adapt exercises when I was injured to make sure I wasn’t doing any more damage to myself. I feel stronger and more confident in the gym already and she has made the impossible possible, I look forward to my 5.30am gym sesh.

    The BBB online program is great! There are so many resources that Brando sends through and heaps of amazing instructional videos that really help you understand the exercises and how to do them safely. Brando is also really quick to respond if you have any questions, which helps so much if you are unsure about anything. I would highly recommend this, regardless of your training experience. Matt

    After a life time of issues with shoulder instability, Tee designed a program to rebuild my shoulders with a strong foundation and a focus on stability. For the first time I’ve felt confident performing over head exercises, and it’s been amazing seeing my progress in all of my lifts and bar work. I appreciate her flexibility working around my busy schedule, and she is always able to refocus my workout, no matter how tired I am! She has an amazing attention to detail and diligence and our sessions are always a highlight of my week

    Amazing group of highly skilled and super friendly trainers, very helpful and genuine care about your progress. Would often tailor exercises to fit different needs and levels. Great value from nutrition, meal plans to one on one coaching As a complete beginner it's great seeing improvements every week. Special shout out to Tee who helps me with PT, she's awesome and super enthusiastic even on Monday mornings! She makes all routines and movements easy to get your head around and I'd highly recommend Tee as a coach.
