I
visited
this
store
yesterday
morning
and
was
on
a
phone
call.
Upon
entry
to
the
store
I
scanned
the
QR
code
and
walked
through
aisle
one
before
being
shouted
at
HELLO
several
times
from
the
opposite
side
of
the
store.
A
cashier
from
behind
a
counter
was
infact
calling
out
to
me.
She
could
see
I
was
on
a
phone
call.
She
demanded
to
see
my
QR
Code.
I
flashed
my
phone
from
a
far,
too
which
she
had
issue
with
and
I
needed
to
walk
to
the
other
side
of
the
store
to
show
her
up
close.
She
started
giggling
like
a
child.
I
walked
in
to
grab
1
item.
This
staff
member
saw
me
scanning
the
code
at
the
front
door,
I
was
wearing
a
mask
and
there
were
no
other
customers
near
the
counter.
Do
not
shout
out
at
a
customer
from
the
other
side
of
the
store
when
they
are
well
and
truely
already
in
the
store.
It
is
so
tacky
and
unprofressional.
I
have
no
issue
showing
that
i
have
scanned
a
QR
Code,
however,
if
you
need
to
check
that
a
QR
code
has
been
scanned
by
the
customer,
have
a
staff
member
designated
to
the
door.
Better
yet,
walk
up
to
the
customer
yourself
and
don't
expect
the
customer
to
walk
to
you.
There
were
no
other
customers
at
the
counter.
It
is
not
appropriate
to
shout
at
a
customer
from
the
other
side
of
the
store.
Once
I
grabbed
my
item
from
the
shelf
and
proceeded
to
the
check
out
to
pay,
she
could
see
that
I
was
on
my
phone
and
proceeded
to
talk
loudly
intentionally.
At
this
point
she
had
told
another
employee
who
also
joined
in
raising
their
voices
sarcastically
telling
me
thankyou
for
shopping
here
and
you
have
a
nice
day.
They
then
began
laughing
as
I
left
the
store.
I
ignored
them
upon
walking
out.
Whilst
i
wouldnt
typically
be
on
a
call
in
a
store,
I
was
in
a
rush
and
I
was
on
a
call
regarding
bad
news.
I
was
in
the
store
for
2
minutes.
Shouting
out
to
me,
speaking
loudly
intentionally
and
laughing
at
me
will
not
be
forgotten
easily.
As
someone
who
had
walked
into
your
store
with
a
mask
on
and
had
scanned
the
code,
your
behaviour
is
disappointing
and
it
says
a
lot
about
your
lack
of
customer
service
skills.
The
staff
members
behaviour
was
rude,
immature
and
unprofessional.
I
usually
shop
at
Priceline
Miranda
where
the
staff
are
lovely,
helpful
and
always
friendly.
I
am
quite
surprised
that
the
same
values
don't
seem
to
be
instilled
with
these
two
staff
members.
In
particular,
the
young
woman
who
initially
thought
it
appropriate
to
shout
out
to
me
and
then
tell
her
colleague
like
it
was
humerous,
your
behaviour
was
disappointing.
As
a
customer
you
embarrassed
me
and
attempted
to
belittle
me.
Shame
on
you.
If
this
review
is
acknowledged
by
Priceline,
I
was
in
store
at
approximately
9am
on
Monday
7/9/21.
The
staff
member
who
shouted
at
me
was
about
170cm
tall,
brown
hair,
roughly
an
AU
womens
size
16
and
at
a
guess
in
her
mid-late
20's.
The
second
staff
member
had
slightly
lighter
hair,
similar
in
height,
roughly
an
AU
womens
size
14,
shorter
hair
and
at
a
guess
aged
in
her
early
50's.
For
any
shoppers
wanting
pleasant
customer
service,
I
suggest
you
visit
the
Blooms
Chemist
which
is
across
from
Priceline
Cronulla
in
the
mall.
Because
next
time
I
need
to
visit
Priceline
and
I'm
not
in
Miranda,
my
first
option
will
be
Blooms
Cronulla
over
Priceline
Cronulla
after
this
encounter.
