I have been a regular at BPS for almost a year now. It's always a positive and friendly vibe and the smaller classes allow for the trainers to monitor everyone and ensure all movements are safely performed. Ed's classes are my favourite. He puts in extra efforts to keep us challanged mentally and physically with new moves while still ensuring we are safe and have correct technique. I can feel myself getting stronger and can see the changes in my body too! Would highly recommend!

After over 18 months of being on the medical merry-go-round and seeing doctors, surgeons, physios and alternative practitioners for my back pain, Kai has got me living a pain free life. Not only has Kai addressed the actual cause, and not treated the symptoms, she has got me stronger and given me the tools to rehabilitate and do the things I love, pain free. I cannot recommend Kai enough for her amazing expertise.

Been to quite a few pilates studios prior to attending BPS and have never had such attentive instructors who adjusts to your injuries and teaches you proper procedures and cue. Shout out especially to Ed and Raj, classes are never the same and always pushes us to try new things.

“It’s All Pilates”...which was my answer to BPS’s reply on my Instagram photo a few months ago, and I meant it! I’ve always been a long time and consistent participant to my own health regime but if it wasn’t for the Pilates classes at BPS then I doubt I’d have had the confidence to wear that outfit…and it was worth every glute and tri-cep exercise they threw at me. If you asked me 8 years ago if I would be a cheerleader for Pilates I’d have rolled my eyes and said…” Ugh..Pilates is sooooooo boring!” Well friends, I take that back. So much so that I hung up my yoga mat after almost 15 years and purchased my Pilates socks...in a pack of 3 several years ago. Here’s the thing…and especially for my flexi (like me) friends…yoga wasn’t doing me any favours. Sure, I could do a full pigeon and Chataranga like the best of them, but I had no glute strength = my lower back was ALWAYS in pain, my shoulder pain was constant and my wrists...don’t get me started on my wrists! What I learned from Pilates at BPS (which is taught by either a physio or a Pilates instructor that has completed their full diploma...no weekend certified teachers here!) is that just because my body liked certain postures, I was NOT using the correct muscles to get there, I was just “hanging out in my body.” So today I no longer just hang out in my body. I work hard and consistently to use the correct muscles through each exercise to avoid low back pain, wrist pain, shoulder pain and whatever other pain use to bug me on my yoga mat. Whilst I said it was ALL Pilates, let me throw in that what I do out of the studio serves me as well; long daily walks in nature, eating well and drinking plenty of water are key aspects as well. I have been recommending and referring my own clients to BPS Tensegrity for years. The caliber of service, teacher and individual attention you receive at BPS is second to none. So, if you have an event (mine was a fun Cabaret event) or outfit you are determined to shine in…you want their help! And if you simply want to feel good and strong in your body everyday…then you want their help!

I've experienced many of the different classes and physio available at BPS, and all of them have helped alleviate and manage any pain I initially went in for. I'm currently attending a block of reformer classes, which is different to what I've been used to. I enjoy the variety and challenge, and feel better for it.

This is a great studio, clean and spacious with lots of different equipment options. Instructors are excellent, each bringing a unique style to their class. With small class sizes they can easily monitor and adjust the exercises to suit particular people and issues too. I have been attending pilates reformer and circuit classes for a few months now and am feeling stronger than I was in my 20s. As someone who has had osteo arthritis for many years I never thought this would be possible. Thank you bps team!

Being a bit older and a bit unfit, I was worried about exercising as I have done myself a few injuries in the past! It took a lot for me to actually start Pilates as I was worried I would stick out for all the wrong reasons. Starting was the hardest thing…now I’m very grateful to everyone at BPS for kindly and patiently helping me to build my strength. I don’t feel uncomfortable walking in there as there are lots of people in there just like me, just regular men and women of all shapes and sizes who are building strength/stretching to try to get rid of aches and pains and be able to get through life with less pain. I have anklosing spondylitis so moving can be tricky some days. Pilates is my time out once a week and I feel so much better when I leave and it’s really helped keep my arthritis pain under control. I feel confident trying more challenging things as there is a physio on staff if I need some extra help. Very happy to say I’m even back playing tennis again, and I’ve been shown how to strap my foot in the event of any foot pain reappearing during a game! Ash Barty, here I come :)

I can't speak highly enough of Kai .The overall level of care and service received from Kai has been better than any I've ever experienced. I'd heard some very positive feedback about the practitioners at BPS Integrity but having already seen various health professionals for an ongoing hip issue, I was very sceptical. Kai has exceeded my expectations! Her unique method of treatment has helped me so much. I now also have have a good understanding of my problem and how to manage it moving forward. I'm very grateful ,many thanks!!!

I went to BPS Tensegrity 18 months ago with lower back pain. After being assessed and attending sessions with a physio I began small group Pilates classes and then circuit and reformer classes. I have not had back pain since because I’ve been taught how to hold my body correctly and have strengthened my core and muscle groups around my whole body. I feel fantastic and able to do so much more physically. The whole team work together to ensure success. My current teacher Ed checks in with how we’re feeling before the class so he can adapt exercises to our individual capability or injuries. He’s well planned, explains exercises clearly and monitors each person for correct execution of each exercise. The atmosphere is friendly and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience.

I joined BPS a few years ago, seeing a physiotherapist to help with maintaining my chronic pain. Then joining into Studio Pilates classes. Fast forward to now and I am physically getting stronger and am able to support myself. The team and this type of treatment is one of the best I have ever come across! The team understand what you need and physically and mentally encourage and support. My son also has joined the kids program and have seen a great improvement in his posture. Love this place and the team …. Thank you ❤️

I can’t recommend BPS Caringbah highly enough. I found this amazing place 7 years ago after I injured my back and was unable to sit, stand or walk without pain. Lana Johnson found the root cause of my problem in 1 session and worked out a plan to get me out of pain and moving better. Every staff member has been so caring and committed to my rehab. A special thanks to the amazing Kai Cacnio! My goals when I started rehab were to be able to go for walks, get back to work, ride my bike again and travel. I am happy to say with the help of BPS I have been able to achieve all of these goals. I will be forever grateful to BPS for giving me my life back.

BPS is like entering a world of Physio magic where all the staff listen to your needs, take the time to assess you from head to toe to get to the root of your injury. No other physio that I went to bothered to do half the assessment that BPS did and after not being able to walk or stand for more than 2 minutes, loaded up on medications and even booked in for surgery, after 4 weeks of working with BPS staff i was pain and medication free and no surgery needed. I would recommend everyone to visit BPS as every staff member i have had the pleasure to work with takes the time make sure you are on your recovery path. Fly in from interstate if you need!! This company is the best there is ! THANK YOU LANA and your team x you really gave me my life back 🌝

I love BPS!!! Started 6 years ago pregnant with my second child up until the day before he was born, then started back when bub was 6weeks old even bringing him along. I would never go anywhere else and suggest BPS to all my friends looking for great classes. All the classes and instructors are great and cater to all levels of experience.

I have been doing reformer pilates at Feet Up for about 4 months and I love it. I am incredibly impressed with the expertise of all the instructors and the variety of exercises in the classes each week. As well as this, the instructors are all extremely warm and caring. They cater to individual needs and always have time to listen to your queries. I have noticed an improvement in my core and leg strength already and feel that I am standing taller and am more aware of my posture.

I have been seeing Albert at BPS Tensegrity Canterbury for the past month. The “connect”model of Physiotherapy they use is really interesting. They do a full body alignment assessment which helps identify the original cause of your current issue. After only one month I feel so much better , my knee pain is gone and I have become so much more aware of how I use my body. Highly recommend this practice.

The best Physio and Pilates studios in Australia! The staff are so knowledgeable & experienced, and keep well up to date on current research. You really feel like each class is fully tailored to you at each session. Lana has seen me helped me recover from two pregnancies & helping cure lifetime of bad movement habits.

I have used BPS for years for both Physiotherapy and Pilates classes. Their instructors are all experts in their field and passionate about what they do. This includes listening to your feedback and tailoring their treatment and programs to ensure you get results. They don’t just fix the immediate issues but get to the root cause and work with you to resolve the problem for the long-term Honestly, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
