Been here I would say 6-8 times so far,my dad and my dad’s sister had a cataract surgery here. Service is good i mean compared to normal hospitals in Indonesia. They have complimentary coffees/teas,snack and also Ice cream, free wifi great. The staff seems professional couple of check up done prior to see the doctor which is good preparation. Our doctor and her nurse is great, helpful and professional. Price wise might little expensive in Indonesia but as long the service is great we don’t mind to pay. I normally get frustrated when service is not provided or not professional, here is not the case.
