based
on
all
the
circumstances
of
the
night.
We
were
looking
for
a
special,
good
restaurant
at
11pm
in
the
middle
of
nowhere
somewhere
in
Terracini
(Palermo,
Sicily).
Only
our
amazing
host
Simone
could
come
up
with
a
solution.
She
recommended
this
beautiful
place.
She
earned
us
that
is
expensive.
It
faces
a
beautiful
small
warf
with
tables
on
different
levels.
The
food
was
gourmet.
Because
of
the
traffic
we
arrived
at
11:30.
The
place
was
almost
closed
but
they
were
nice
to
serve
us.
Because
the
hostess,
waitress,
chef
I
want
out
of
their
way
to
take
care
of
us,
we
ordered
whatever
they
recommended
without
asking
what
they
were.
We
enjoyed
the
food,
the
views,
the
ambience,
feeling
guilty
to
keep
all
these
people
to
take
care
of
the
inconsiderate
tourists.
