I will never come back to this mall again or recommend to ANYONE WHO FEELS THEY CANNOT SHOP HERE BY THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN. I’ve never been racially profiled before and felt so scared and uncomfortable all because having Tinted windows is considered a “suspicious activity “ . My friend and I were there to shop at Hirshleifers. But due to the capacity in the store we had to sit in the car and we parked in front of Zimmerman, Sneakerology & bluemecury. Waiting till we’re able to be called in. But Because of this , 3 policemen had came by our car , made us step out the vehicle and pat us down. This is discrimination & bad assumption for thinking Two people can’t sit in their own car because we’re trying follow the stores guidelines and wait till it was safe to come in .

Our very own beloved open air Americana for mothers with strollers&kids walking excitedly to be outdoors.Now we have a Guard Post looming high above. Its not a scene from the land of the free & brave. The destruction of your own home is not free brave. The mall belongs to you&me. Also a waste of tax money for the GuardPost. My absolute favorite mall. Hermes, Chanel, Rolex etc. All the best stores are here. If you like nice things, this is place to be.

It's a shopping mall, what else can you expect. To clarify, it's an outdoor shopping mall, it is set up like outlet store shopping. People make a huge deal of it because of the brands that are located there; Hermès, LV, Gucci, Bottega, Chanel, etc. If those brands are what you are searching for, you'll find them here. Personally I couldn't care any less about that, I enjoy the non-traditional set up, the ability to stroll in and outside, all the sunlight, convenient parking, and there are some shops that you don't always find in traditional malls. Overall, it's nice, nothing to gawk about. Let's be honest, in 2023, you can buy everything online and ship it to your doorstep. Because it's an outlet set up, I have never experienced overcrowding. I visited Hilrshleifers I SPENT! money in there before never again. This particular day a salesperson followed me to the point that I was so uncomfortable I had to leave in disbelief. Every 4 little steps I took she took 2. Thanks but no thanks

Small shopping mall with luxury stores. There's about 2 dozen stores here. It's a nice way to spend a portion of your day browsing stores, shopping and grabbing some food and drinks. They have some "lower-end-luxury" stores such as J. Crew, Michael Kors, Sephora, and a couple others. This is a luxury outdoor shopping mall. (Think Tanger Outlets on a Luxury FULL PRICED retail level). 2.5 stars on the staff: Some of the staff in some of the stores DO follow you around and sometimes that can be a little uncomfortable. I like to shop and look around and ONLY when I need help will I ask for help. But otherwise I want to be left alone while shopping. I do only tend to come here when I know EXACTLY what I want and I am ready to purchase the product. Otherwise I do not shop here. I don't like being followed around the store with an employee up my rear watching every move I make.

The Americana Manhasset is my favorite place to be. The workers always treat you well and give you water while shopping. It’s a great place to be when you need to shop after a hard week. Very great environment and it cheers me up! Workers at Burberry, Fendi and Jimmy Choo are the best!

Americana Mall has all the stores my husband and I love!. We Spend the day here and they have Very delicious restaurants! Definitely recommend for all your one stop shop needs!!

Well managed shopping center with intelligent security and good police presence at major access points of entry/exit as well as in front of the High Value Shopping Area in front of the London Jewelers store.

Cream of the crop. All top notch designers represented in this strip mall. Ample parking. Apple store is the most visited store at the end of the mall. Victories secret exited., so did Brooke Brothers. Others are there to maintain presence without much profit.

It's a really nice higher end mall... Location is a bit of a pain in the b*** if you're coming from the highway (lots of cars waiting to make that left turn if you're entering coming from 495). Not as many restaurants in the "mall" itself. Think of it as an extended strip mall with a lot of high end designers

This is one of the most beautiful and trendy malls on long island as far as high end stores with Gucci in the forefront. 5 stars for trendy ambiance but zero stars for affordability...

Horrible experience. Came yesterday with my friend to buy a Chanel bag from Hirshleifers. The Sales Associate was following us around the store as though we were criminals. She was not helpful or trying to make a sale because I showed her a photo when we first came into the store of the bag I was looking for. She could not be bothered to help and merely shook her head telling me it’s not in stock. About five minutes into browsing, we were told by the same SA to leave and was escorted towards the door for no apparent reason. Glad I left because I went straight to Saks and spent $5,000 there. It’s a pity these stores do not value customer service or simply being pleasant because I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Will not be returning after that terrible incident.

Come here if you want to be surrounded by Long Island's finest....money certainly does not buy class.

This is a really nice high end strip mall. I didn’t go to visit several stores but driving in, some of the stores I saw was Sephora, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tiffany, Michael Kors, Prada, Hermès, Tory Birch etc. It was packed. These stores practice social distancing so expect a line for most of them. Hermès had a pretty long line. This is overall a very nice mark in a very nice area in Manhasset.

This is the best place to visit and i like this most ti shop and spend time for loved ones.

Great, luxury, quite, and clean. Parking lot is huge so you'll not have to worry about it. For me it's the best place to go for high end stores because this has my favorite stores in one place. Also 5* to Cipollini, food is delicious. Don's : - it's pricey not affordable - gets a little packed sometimes - there aren’t many food options to choose from

We stop by this mall from time to time. Nice outdoor setting with some medium to high end shops that we would otherwise have to travel into Manhattan for. Selections aren't as wide but it's something to do.

Today was my first time and I lalalove this place! It's the best thing about Long Island! I had girls day with my sister in law. Best Day Ever!

We got there at 12 noon. Within 15 min, the place was packed. I had the seafood salad and my friend had the salmon with salad. It was delicious.

Let's be honest. High end name brand shops with security in each store and several restaurants to add. If you prefer to splurge and spend some money then this is the place for you. I prefer establishments where I can casually shop without the ogling eyes of security personnel or store employees. Free parking, but no covered structure. The mall shops are totally outdoors without any covered walkways. Everything is wheelchair accessible.
